Very helpful and organized

Had to wait about a 1/2 hour. Didn’t think that was bad. I watched how one of the salesman helped an older couple in their late 70s buy a hand gun . The salesman took over a hour to explain how to work the firearm to that old timer. I thought that was great and if I had to wait to see a salesman a little longer because of that, it was worth it . I haven’t fired a weapon in 35 + years and was also intimidated by buying one. They made the experience very easy and didn’t make me feel rushed

Absolutely loved my visit, picked up my new python and the customer service was awesome, outstanding group of people great staff.

Great workers know their products and answer any questions that you have. Gets busy but they take care of you when its your turn.

They are out of stock of the shells I asked for and the gun I want is nolonger be made. This is not Turners fault, bad timing on my part.

Ordered an item a month ago. Never received a call when it got in I had to call in to find out. Asked if I needed to make an appointment and the gentleman on the phone said no, just come in. I excuse myself from work early, rush through traffic and make it 40 minutes before closing and the first guy I met tells me theyre done for the day and for me to come back tomorrow. I tried to tell him someone told me to come in and he cut me off. Didnt even try to understand my story. After being a customer for three years Im now done with Turners.

They are kind, helpful and always desireing to make Customers happy. Turners always stays apprised of the new laws, and they let people put up petitions when those laws need changing. Turners wants good things for their community. Me and my family trust Turners for the resources we are in need of. They are there because they care.

This is a nice clean spacious store. And Mr. Adam Rodriguez is very nice. We are the 1st time gun owner . He was very nice and patient to us, we cost him 3 hours to teach us a lot of knowledge about guns. Thank you Adam and will back to you later.

Turners over prices the ammo , i bought 9mm ammunition at sportsmens warehouses in corona this morning and for 50 rounds i paid 16.99.I passed by Turners in chino and paid 25.99 for 50 rounds! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TURNERS AGAIN!!

Shelves are pretty empty, no fault of theirs.

Turners like most Firearms dealers currently have very little in stock. This location seems to have the shortest lines and helpful staff.

Extremely long wait time for purchase. Called ahead asking for pick up, which staff told as ready to goand was informed not able to be processed upon arrival.

Although it was busier than usual. The knowledgeable staff got me in and out at a good pace. I go out of my way to go to this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to have a little laugh or two.

Screw these people. You’re only able to go and look at guns by appointment only and they only take appointments once a week. Never ever ever ever going to buy from turners again.

A little hard to describe this place. Its a relatively small location, yet has a rather diverse assortment of stock for its various departments, additionally the staff is polite and rather quick with their service. But, the store is pretty high priced for its goods and its supplies are limited. So, long and sort, I give the place a look if you see what they have on their site and cant locate what you need elsewhere, but maybe put this on the bottom of your list if your just trying to peruse through a places inventory.

I feel that there is some attitude towards Chinese customers. It doesnt matter. I wont go to any store anyway. Go and serve the guests you want to serve. I am absolutely polite.I know you guys are busy for black Friday*

They have a cockey person or two working here, but all n out theyre a lot better than a few other gun stores Ive been to. If ur buying/ picking up guns or rifles round holiday season expect to wait a good while. Prices on guns n riffles are okay compared to other gun stores that r pretty much ripping people off. Still, though, they can offer better prices if they wanted to. Ammo prices arent the best, but they do have a few deals going on here n there, usually

Super corporate gun store. Ordered a Glock about a month ago and its still not in. Will be cancelling my order and going thru a mom and pop shop. The store associates here are very rude

They advertise their archery section but it is never staffed on my visits and the gun counter is excessively busy to help. Inventory is okay. Best part is their specialty firearms room; some good hardware is always in there.

Employees are extremely rude and obviously dont fully understand gun laws. Did not tell me what paperwork I needed to bring in to purchase ammuniton. I have already purchased ammuniton so why do I need to prove AGAIN that I am a US citizen?Never shopping here again

Not the best prices, but they have an incredible selection for both ammo and archery and have what I need Everytime.

What more could you ask for? Guns, fishing, gear, safes, a room in the back to drool over guns I could never afford. Sometimes I just circle the isles and look around when I need a fix that reminds of being outdoors in this concrete jungle. Store has a very helpful staff who ensures you are taken care of quickly and takes time to understand what you are in the market for.

Customer service sucks for the most part you better know exactly what you want to purchase because they arent much help other then the customer service the selection and the prices are great!!!

I went twice and was able to leave in under an hour each time I was surprised these guys work fast! It would take hours to complete a PPT at the one in Orange. Very clean store as well. Only complain is inventory isnt always on point for their sale items.

Bought a Glock 26 recently which is my first gun purchase. The counter employee failed to tell me that I needed to do the DROS paperwork or come back to do it. I paid in full within two days of choosing the gun. Waited 10 days, went back to pick it up (since I wasnt told otherwise) and was told the DROS part still needed to be completed, so I took care of that on this visit. I waited another 10 days and finally got my gun. Went back today to get more ammo. Super busy as usual at the gun counter, but saw about 5 red shirts behind counter. I took a number, like youre supposed to, and they soon called a number ahead of me. Then, all but 2 of the red shirts disappeared. I kept waiting. By now only I was waiting while the employees helped 2 people at the counter then two guys walked in without taking a number. The 2 employees at the counter were writing up gun purchases. At one point on of those employees looked up and asked one of the random guys that walked in after me if he needed help, that guy wanted ammo. The employee got him the ammo then went back to writing up the customer. Then the other employee finished his write up and the other random guy that had walked in went straight up to the employee and asked for and got help. And Im just standing there like a big dummy for 25/30 minutes. I got fed up and left. Turners, whats the deal? Why bother with the numbers? All employees should look around and see if theres people waiting at the counter before giving help randomly. If someone is waiting, the the employee should ask the person wanting help if they have a number!! So frustrating to wait at the counter. So busy all the time and some employees that just dont bother to do a good job. Ive never really liked going there and found better prices on ammo elsewhere nearby. Goodbye Turners. Its not like youll miss me.

Close to home, and they always got what I need. I got my fire arm license here and my fishing license.

Very experienced knowledgeable staff who are also very friendly and not pushy. Everything you could want to find for General Outdoor Sports primarily every possible imaginable firearm that you can get here in California. Very willing to answer questions and help you become completely comfortable with your very expensive purchase. I like this facility better than the one in Rancho Cucamonga because overall I enjoy speaking with the staff a lot more. Highly recommended.

Frankly this Chino Hills location is one of my favorites. Just bought two handguns but only one can I pick up in 10 days the other has to wait 30 days and another background check.This is not Turners fault for the extra wait time on a 2nd gun purchase. A total of 40 days and another background check, how did this make sense to our politicians? (rhetorical question I know the answer...NO Sense!)That said, Turners made the gun buying experience a little less stressful with all the paperwork that seems to take forever but Im still for the background check and safety test.

Ive purchased new and sold PPT here several times. The employees are all respectful and have never had any issues. Highly recommend them, they also sell a decent selection of firearms accessories and fishing/camping accessories.

Its a great store for the outdoor folks. The prices are way higher then others. I only shop here when I dont have time to order from an online store. Also it was a sad day when they stopped selling bulk bin ammo.
