This is a great place to take kids in Summer or Winter. The staff are professional. Their pizza is really good. And not just for kids. There are axe throwing and beverages for adults. Also indoor soccer if there isnt enough to do.

Kids had fun. Adults not so much. It was crow and noisy. There were several tight bottlenecks that were hard to walk through. There was no security for the children. I actually saw a fight between 2 kids that was broken up by other kids. I will not go back. On the plus side the staff was overworked but nice.

I took my nieces and nephew here last year and it was the worst experience. The staff was rude and the owner, Kevin was a piece of work. He was yelling and screaming, throwing a huge tantrum in front of children. It was the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever witnessed.

Axe Throwing? YES!Great coaches, fun games, and just a lot of laughs! Highly recommend! Its great exercise and requires a little bit of skill but it may be more fun if you dont master the skill.

Just drove an hour to bring my 4 year old for his birthday and they were closed. Google and the website said they were open, but nope. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and bad/poor management.

Triple crown is absolutely amazing! I schedule my daughters birthday party there. On the day of her party she got pretty sick so I called them hoping that they would let me reschedule and they were so understanding and worked with me so nice and understanding.

Horrible, nothing to do, piece of junk. NOTHING TO DO! Half of the games are broken, nothing cool to buy, nothing but pizza. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST PLACE EVER! Just went a few hours ago on Valentines Day 2020! I JUST HATED IT!

This was a very special experience for me. We all meet here and got to have a fun filled day. I bonded with my oldest daughter and my granddaughter. We eat pizza and enjoyed the bouncy houses, slides, and other activities. Thanks triple crown

The inflatables are great but triple crown got rid off the best slide the big red slide I don’t know it’s name but replace something with that!

The kids had a great time. However one of the staff members was rude, and when she didnt feel that we had left a big enough tip she tried to charge an extra $40. If it had not been for that I would give it 5 stars.

Grandson turned three and this was not the right place for his party. They booked to many parties at same time, very crowded, and really hot in there.

Not very clean at all. The owner(s) of this place don’t seem to care about the quality of service they provide. The same games, which is the majority of them, have been broken the last few times that we’ve been there. This place is in desperate need of an overhaul. Certainly not worth what you pay, and the customer service is nonexistent. We will be finding other places to go in the future.

The food is definitely great but hard to mess up fried food the staff however not so great. In fact theyre lazy and they dont pay attention to the children theyre supposed to be paying attention to and I think theyre more into each others company than anything else. I also need to consider that some children have special needs. That loud speaker is way too loud even for normal ears let alone someone with sensory issues. We used to love going there but the staff could use an update and some manners

I have to agree with all the comments that flows the gamesir are either broken or you swipe your card and that takes your credits and you know I got a name for it there are a lot of fruit flies flies around the food and around the whole Warehouse area bathroom was not clean I wanted for it to grow again dont know how long thats been broken I ordered the 10-piece chicken wings at 9 but I was then catered with more chicken wings so that was a good fix the overall is that the real the blow-up slides for really fun but the Leafs and bounces wasnt really its later than actually do it when you fall into a flat air mattress is still a little flushed out there matches also workbook didnt work like it was shoes but then it wouldnt shoot in the right place or stick a or he would waste all your ammo you have to start over really quick but the staff here is friendly cool attitude

Really terrible setup dont go there if you want just arcades half of them dont even work, very slim selection with the machines spreaded throughout the building not all together like they should be, its like you gotta find them several are hidden behind bounce houses. The toys that you get to pick from are really high numbered after spending $50 it was enough for a small bounce ball and a laffy taffy crazy place. Ill never go back.

Terrible experience! Went yesterday and more than half the games don’t work. The ones that did did work were missing balls, buttons stuck, etc... there’s were signs posted at the kiosk that some of the games were in the process of being repaired, but none at the front desk where I paid to get in and purchased my $40 game card so I didn’t see the sign until after the purchase. Asked a employee for help due to a game not giving me my tokens when I swiped my card and she just looked at me and said sorry I can’t help you with that! When trying to collect the kids prizes from the counter of course none of the tickets that we won even loaded to the card even after swiping to collect them. So they are welcome for their $40. Everything seemed so crammed together. Employees rude and not helpful at all! Even the girl at the front desk was rude when I was PAYING to just get wrist bands! Definitely not worth the money and would not recommend to anyone!!!! Don’t waste your time or money at this place!

I was there for niece birthday. I had not been there before. Kids really had a fun day. Food was priced good and tasted pretty good to. Pizza was great ! Taste like good quality ingredients. I order pizza to go from there now

Its definitely not a clean environment. A large number of games are out of order each time weve visited. Food is overpriced for the quality received. There is so much potential its just not being managed very well.

We have been to Triple Crown several times, usually in the winter. My 5 year old has been BEGGING me to go. We got a group of about 12 kids together and went this Saturday since it was supposed to rain all day.That will be our LAST time there. We will drive to Cincinnati or Columbus and spend our money. The staff was SO unfriendly and rude. All of the adults just looked at each other in confusion, the staff acted like they had a team meeting and agreed to be as bored and non friendly as possible. It was BIZARRE! They wouldnt speak to you or greet you while purchasing bands, ordering food or working the attractions. The place over all felt dirty. I have never felt like that before about the place. Everywhere I touched felt greasy. I had my kids wash their hands about 5 times.And the games, what a joke. Most were broken.We have been coming for at least 4 years, I dont think any of the inflatables have been upgraded or changed out and you can tell. They are gross.The lady working the parties was the only nice and helpful one. Apparently she is the owners best friend. One of the kids went to redeem his tickets and there were about 5 options, the counter looked like it was robbed. She offered him some extras, which was super nice. One being a twizzler, well if you want broken teeth, eat their twizzlers. It had to be MONTHS old. We threw them out.Super sad this place turned into such a bust.

The lady who was waiting on use. Charger me 75 dollars I gave her 90 she asked if I wanted change.. I said yes please then gave me a dirty look. Then our party ended at 2 it was 145 she was flinging the table cloths off our table and knocking over cups then once we got out to the car I realized I was over charged so I went to see what u was charge for it was another pizza that we didnt order or get. I will not be going back

Poor Customer Service, paid for a bracelet only to get told by the attendants that my Daughter couldnt get on the bounce houses because she wasnt tall enough! Complete waste of money and time could have had more fun for free at a lake or the park! They need further training on how to lose their attitude before they get to work!

Staff is stuck up and rude. Food is pretty good. Parents are encouraged to drink alcoholic beverages for hours while their children play soccer and then drive home afterwards. Alcohol and children should never be mixed. For that and the rude staff I give them 2 stars. Get it to go!

Not the experience I wanted for my son, a great deal of the games were out of order, and the ones that were supposed to be operational would take his tokens and then not let him play the games. The worker behind the desk to redeem points was usually MIA, and when he was there, he was sneaking and eating candy from under the counter. I kept count of how many points he got and when he tried to redeem them it was about 50 or so points lower than what he was supposed to have. The boy was very rude when telling my son he didnt have enough points for an item.

Fun place for birthday parties!

Been here numerous times. So much to do in this place. My son loves coming here especially in the winter where he can blow off some stored energy. To put it in few words, it is like going to an indoor park. Games, inflatables, food, and bar. The only real nock on the place for me is that you cant bring a drink in from the outside.

It was an ok experience but could have been better. I dont like how all of your credits are now placed on a card and if you dont keep track, you can easily get scammed on your credits so then you constantly go back up to buy more. I miss the days of having coins in a little cup, so you know exactly what you have. A lot of the games were broke, I would say, 45 percent of the games were broke. Also, you would find a lot of the things required cash to play them even though you paid for credits.overall, this place is a massive money pit. If you bring a couple children you could easily drop 500 dollars in this place in less than a few hours, not economical at all.

The food was delicious, the staff helpful, the restrooms clean. We bought three game cards and the kids were kept busy before and after lunch.

Always a good time here. Been here for many birthday parties and we bring our kids here just for fun. Kids love it and never want to leave.

Chose Triple Crown to host a birthday party for my youngest son. During the party my oldest son chose to play the game Stacker. I was standing behind him and watched when he won the major prize (after numerous attempts of falling just one row short). The major prizes were not cheap items. There were beats by Dre. (headphones) and items of equivalent value. The screen looked like it had a huge “X” like pattern on it, which by researching after I came home was spelling “WIN” vertically. After winning and showing he won on the screen the machine would not allow him to choose an item as a prize. Thinking we just needed someone familiar with the game to help with selecting a prize I grabbed an employee for assistance. I was redirected to the front counter where I told another employee about the issue, and had to explain that my son had made it all the way to the major prize level. Seeming annoyed she said, “If he had won the item would have spun down.” If she would have looked over, or walked over to try an assist she would have seen the machine spelling “WIN” (which eventually disappeared) with my son standing in front of it. Instead she ended up grabbing another employee (assistant GM) who repeated what the employee previously encountered had stated, and there was nothing she could do because she didn’t see him win. Then the assistant GM told me the machine must have malfunctioned (insinuated that’s why he won) and offered to give back the token used to play. This did not seem appealing to me in any way. The assistant GM then pointed out that the machine has a paper that reads, “Game malfunction voids play” (at this point playing was over, we just needed assistance in selecting a prize), she did not have a key for the machine, and if she gave the item to my son she would have to take $300 out of her own paycheck. The game worked fine, until winning and trying to select an item. At one point the door was even opened at the bottom. We were there for at least a half hour after this occurred and no one attempted to test the machine for accuracy, or even take the time to post an out of order sign on this machine.This is the first negative review I have ever posted about any business. I do not feel what happened was legal, right, or fair. A company policy that refunds tokens used in the actions of winning an item only benefits the company. The company showed no concern for others who were willing to spend money on a machine which they stated had malfunctioned making prizes unobtainable. What was supposed to be a good time for all, turned in to a life lesson for my oldest son, life is not always fair.

Coming from a bigger city. I believe they could do better. The place looks out dated and staff acted as if they didnt want to be there.

Attended a birthday party there on Sunday and the staff was extremely rude. Did not acknowledge us standing in front of them at the counter when we needed directions as to where our party was upon our arrival. They would rather play on their phone and have conversations among themselves. It’s sad, it would’ve been a great place to bring my kids to. We will not be back.

Was a nice place and the inflatables were great but we were very dissappointed after we loaded money on the car and only a few games worked and the few we could play didnt even give my son his tickets so we wont be going back until its fixed.

Was really great was invited to a best friend 11th Bday party on 3/30/19 but was told at the end of the party that because of some of the children being 44inches or taller had to pay extra .from the price I was told for the party .by the person having the party ..other than that I would Love to visit many more times to come .it was my first time there but wont be the Last .

I liked it but there was some pros and cons but its great and a good place to retreat. But there are some cons like I said are some unsanitary things like on the Inflatables there has been sightings of feces and other things that can irritate your skin and can hurt you very badly but overall its good they can fix those problems, theyve been trying to so those problems might be easier to fix it might not they might be they might have to close down or have an inspection or let Ive tried to let them know about these things and sometimes they have listened sometimes I have not but yeah those problems definitely need be fixed I would go there more often if they have, its a good place to just listen to music or to just play Arcade games jumping Inflatables just have a fun time watch soccer games too.

They charge 200 dollars for 2 pepperoni pizza and 2 hours and 2 dollars for 4 ounce cup for extra pop

This could be such a great place if the up keep was done. It’s not very clean, tables and chairs are sticky and need wiped off. Bathroom was out of soap and paper towels. It’s double the price to go upstairs and all that’s really up there are 2 hamster balls that don’t properly close and need refilled every 10 minutes with only a 60 pound child inside it. I guess it used to have bumper cars that appearntly have been replaced with indoor corn hole. Don’t waste your money. World of bounce is nicer cleaner and half the price. We spent 30 bucks here for 2 boys and probably won’t be here for more than 2 hours. Sad

Very high priced and be sure to read the price section well. It cost my Granddaughter $300.00 for a party that wasnt worth $100.00. The pizza isnt great, and for 300.00 I think 2 large pizzas is a scam. Plus if you want a grown up cup for your beverage, you have to rent it, so to speak. That will cost you another $2.00. Plus the place is run by kids, one child in our group got hurt cause the kids responsible for the huge slide was talking to a friend and not paying attention to his job. Be smart and go to somewhere else.

I enjoy going here for the IWA wrestling events. I really wish the pool tables were open all the time instead of just when the bar is open. I love playing pool but hate going to the bar to play.

Wonderful place to take your young kids.

Has the potential to be an awesome place for kids but needs a lot of help. As much as you pay to do ANYTHING there they can afford to hire enough people to be attendants at every inflatable. There has to be a limit of kids in there especially when most arent being supervised and are doing flips off the walls and wrestling moves. The little kids arent allowed on most big kid inflatables but big kids are allowed on little kid ones. NOT OKAY. The place is mostly mass chaos on the weekend so if you have a little one I recommend going early in the day during the week and they wont be trampled over, kicked, stepped on, or yelled at by the employees (who are also kids).

I felt the people that are working this place are very rude, but then again, it is ran by mostly kids..

So come to find out this place is a joke! Most of the machines were out of order and there was a mouse running around! I told a woman about it and she sat there on her phone then finally recognized me and said “Yeah, someone has already told us but we’ll take care of it somehow.” She was so rude! I will never go back there again. It’s over priced and the customer service is awful.

Most of the games were shut down, food tasted like it was old. Its nothing like 2010, they should of never chanced.

Its a little pricey the kids had fun for the most part we probably stayed there for a couple hrs they got bored within the first hour. The pizza was cold when we got it but its food. Lol the bathrooms needed way more attention. But all in all its worth it for just an hour.

Used to be a good place to take the kids to have fun. The last few times we went hasnt been so good. The most recent time we went was a couple days ago and almost all of the machines werent working. There were only a few that actually worked. Then some of them looked like they worked then when we swiped our card it just took our credits and didnt let us play. My son and I went to the restroom and when we went to wash our hands there was no soap. Luckily I had hand sanitizer. I wish the employees would spend less time with their nose in their phones and more time disinfecting the place. At least try keeping the place a little bit sanitary. My son is now really sick. I dont think we will be going back there.

This place is horrible they have managers who arent out of high school, and the owner has the temperament of a 2 year old. Which is fitting due to the fact that he works with bouncy houses. My fiances card was stuck in the jukebox, we brought it to the attention of the employees and a man in a backwards baseball cap and pants around his knees was called. He was extremely rude and gave us a serious attitude. It took us 2 hours to get the owner called. He was no better than the Punk Kitchen manager who ALSO works on the machines up front. So they dont have a mechanic there which is why the games are trash. Anyway the owner wasnt happy with me and my friend who were waiting for him. He screamed at us for cussing at his Manager who was very rude to us and raised his voice to us. He said that it was against the rules to cuss, and I asked where the rules were posted. He said it was common sense and screamed that if I did it again I would be ejected from the building. He didnt give me ANY chance to speak after that and was extremely rude to my fiance when he spoke to her. I do NOT take kindly to someone speaking to my fiance the way he spoke to her. He also told us it was our fault the card was stuck in the jukebox. None of the people in power there need to be in power. Great place for kids to burn off energy. Inflatable hamster balls upstairs go flat quickly, need repaired, and pricing is rather steep for 8-10 large inflatables, but kids always enjoy themselves, none the less.

We haven’t been here for awhile and the were excited to come, until we got here......the snobby blonde girl at the desk was rude and very cold and just sat there, also she was not very knowledgeable. The hours to the bar area stated that they should have been open and they were in-fact closed. When I asked (because we wanted to watch the basketball game) she said, oh someone will be in later.....okay then....so can we get the tv turned to the game?? She seriously looked at me (the snobby blond girl) and said “I’m not sure how to work it”..... it’s a TV!!!! Another thing is there used to be packages and now you have to purchase everything separate?? It’s the worst place to take children, for one my sisters friend tried to take a bottle of water for her baby today & they told her no it was so rude of them to say. The owner isn’t very nice. They are rude. I wouldn’t waste money going there. The management is very rude and disrespectful, it took forever to get food knowing their wasn’t a lot of people there.

This place has everything! Pizza and drinks, bounce houses, and an indoor soccer arena. You can even watch the soccer games from a balcony so it makes it a great place to watch!Its a great place to take the kids and just let them play while being a lot less expensive than most places like it.

Its nice but they r way to high and the machines need to take quarters. They also need to let parents know they dont have to pay to get in to watch their kids play..we paid 15.00 each then to find out we didnt even have to and couldnt get a refund.

Not sure that ill return. My husband played with our children on the inflatables, You made sure to announce over the loud speaker that anyone without a wristband wasnt aloud! I get it...you have rules but to pay 24$ for two kids to jump around & we cant enjoy it with them for 15 minutes doesnt seem fair to me. We also got pizza (which was not that great) and drinks so we spent a good bit of money to enjoy some family time...we were talked about and stared at I noticed & we left.
