If you are thinking of buying a place in this park, dont them them lie to you about the roads. The park gets sold every couple years, lot rent goes up once or twice a year, absolutely no improvements to park or roads.

We have lived in Kenowa MHP for over 16 years now, The park is a quiet & Peaceful place to relax and take a load off. We call it Home because we have raised all 3 of our kids here, Now there over 18yrs old, Now they all own there own places in this park as well... Kenowa MHP is home for me and my Family... It is a great place to live! Could be great for you also... Have a better day!

We have lived here for years can’t see living anywhere else. The Park is very clean, neat and well cared for.

Love this place, it’s a nice camp to stay in the employees are nice, the prices are fair and the spots are lovely, would recommend.

My experience personally is that they have almost 130 Rules and dont even follow all they have listed plus the roads are a destruction they tear up every vehicle going in and out it takes me forever to just get out of there due to all the 100 + pot holes its a dump very unsanitary when they collect water and create health issues for children that play outside they are like mini swamps and they keep raising the lot rent not even worth the stay or to call home and the managers invade your privacy inspect your lot and leave notices about what the condition is of the lot i get it that it needs to be kept can clean but they tell me my items i have out there are trash and that they need removed or they will find someone to remove my items with out my consent nor my permission. with new owners that took over a year and a half ago raised the lot rent 60 dollars within a year of owning it and one year and a half later bought 2 new mobile homes but cant find the money to fixed the road by fixing it i mean not patching it either paving the whole thing .. what they should of done before they bought all the other unnecessary things that is not important only thing they are worried about it that money not the community. and not to mention new rule you cant have the trash guy pick up furniture that is at an extra cost to the tenant what a joke cant tell another company how to do there job thats there getting paid for duh!! so good luck to the next fool that wants to live here and wast 290 dollars a month when Gleason mobile home park is only 195 a month and is very well kept from both sides the tenants and Park operator!!

Great parks and road was fixed today so even better now I love it here

The roads need paved and a lot of just general up keep has been neglected. Many of the lots are not kept up and are not clean. There are no play grounds for children.

The road into the park is awful it really needs to be repaved
