Challenging course in excellent shape. Some long holes and tough greens.Club house and bar not the greatest but good food. Eat on the deck if you can for clean setting and nice view.

Good course...not to tough or too easy. Well maintained.

Beautiful rolling fairways. Newly installed irrigation since my last visit. All was plush and green. Greens faster than Im used to but well manicured. We traveled 50 mi. to play....well worth the trip.

A good and challenging course. In very good shape considering the summer we have had. I always enjoy playing here but it is sometimes difficult to get a tee time.

Sure, its in Chicopee. The cart girl is awesome tho, and so are the conditions. Try not to focus on how long you will have to be in Chicopee. Focus on the conditions. Or the cart girl.

What an incredible municipal course. Staff are fantastic. Course is well-maintained even with the difficult late spring drought.

Another local Cornish design. Great layout that is consistently in good shape. There are some holes that it pays to manage your game to score well. Great price for this well maintained course.

Almost immaculate. One green on the back 9 was in bad shape. If you have PTSD, dont play there. Your near a military base. Taps plays at 8, helicopters fly overhead, firing range active all morning.

Great course for the money

Course is in great condition after a wet/cold start. IGM has all 18 holes in excellent playing condition. Chicopees only draw back are some bunkers they are getting attention and golfers are starting to see improvement.Mike ONeill and the pro shop staff are doing an excellent job.Concession area offers a selection of beverages and sandwiches.

Public course. Generally well maintained. Played there occasionally for 25 years. Adequate, full service bar. Bar food (burgers, dogs,sandwiches, fries,etc) is as good as youd expect. Relatively long, fair course.

I played golf Wednesday with the Safari Club at Chicopee country club. The course is in perfect condition. Best condition of any course we played this year. Tee boxes, fairways, bunkers, and greens were all superb. Prices there are not expensive and I had the best burger I have had in a long time after the round. I will definitely be back there again soon.

Spectacular public golf course. Played it many times probably 25 years ago. Went back in 2012...course wasnt in as good a condition, but still well worth the trip and the money.

This is the best course hereabouts. The rough is so high you can lose the ball. It’s open to the public, and reasonably challenging. The 19th hole is just okay. I’ll do better next time.

Safari Club outing is always good. But this course is the best. The rough is so high you can loose the ball. Cant believe its a public course. Its a must play.

The starter did not space the groups properly and the idiots behind us kept hitting into us. The course has so many blind shots into the fairways you need to wait for bells to be rung or drive the cart down the fairways to check if it is clear. They should provide hard hats. Luckily we were not hit. I had to yell at the morons behind us three times to back off. Not an enjoyable time when you are worried you are going to get beaned. I wont be playing this course ever again.
