I love theater popcorn. You can get a big bag of popcorn ,the equivalent of 3 large tubs, for $10. Its to go only but who cares, its THEATER POPCORN!! If theres another lock down they need to keep the food court open, please and thank you

I am so upset I have got my car keyed just last night about 11pm 8-3-2019 no cameras no patrol in site when needed at night I noticed their were teenagers by themselves in the areas I had a gut feeling not to watch the movies as I am originally from Fresno I know trouble when I see it growing up in a crime area this is was the last time I am watching a movie at night. At the corner area I love the theater sound XD but didn’t want a 20 dollar movie night turning into a $1,000 car vandalism luckily my car has a protective coat so it’s not as noticeable.

HIGHLY disappointed! I went in to watch a movie on Veterans Day, after a voluntary half days work as a county employee. I commute from Oroville, so I carry a backpack for my lunch, paperwork, etc. I was denied entry into the theater for having a backpack. I offered to allow him to search it, but was denied. I then asked if there was a place I could temporarily stow it (as Feather Fiver Cinemas does), and was told no. The worker suggested I find a place outside to stow it until after the movie, but under no circumstances would I be allowed into the theater area with my backpack anywhere within the building. I left and wont be back.

The theater is beautiful and the staff was friendly and upbeat. It is a little more expensive than other theaters but I dont mind paying more for better quality service.

Clean, courteous. Prices are decent and they serve alcohol for adult patrons. They also have alternative films and festival viewings that are hard to find.

The chairs are very comfy and big. Love the way the theater is set up. Its very clean and the staff is nice. Convenient to other stores such as Dollar tree and trader Joes, they are right across the parking lot and so are many other stores.

We had so much fun.

The chairs are uncomfortable, I cant even hold my girlfriends hand without being uncomfortable.

This theater is okay! Its a decent size, good concession stand, and a photo booth. My only complaint is that half of the arcade is out of order or will eat your money. I also like that they do Fantom Events, where they put on ballet night, classic movies, etc. They do sell alcohol now, which is cool!

This place seemed dated, but I enjoyed watching the latest Star Wars there. Good picture and sound. The newer chairs were comfortable. My sons chair next to mine was broken though and squeaked loudly often.

Just saw Call of the Wild. Awesome movie! Love their Angus dogs. So good I dont put any condiments on it!

Great theaters I go here two to three times a week. I would give five stars but today they were out of pretzel bites witch is one of my favorite things.

Easy parking and organized ticket/refreshment stand. Seats are comfy and theatres roomy, yet seating feels cozy. Lots of first run movies to choose from.

Decent movie theater. They just upgraded a lot of the seats. My only complaint is the bathroom location for one side of the theater. You have to walk a very long ways to get to it and miss a good chunk of the movie.

Wonderful movie theatre!! No long lines, VERY clean, friendly & helpful employees, AND the BEST value for movie tickets in town!! Very hmmm highly recommended! A+:]

I want to applaud whoever approved the new seats theyve installed. The regular theater seats now resemble the XD theater with plush leather seats that are a bit wider than their previous purple counterparts that used to squeak their way through films if someone so much as breathed wrong (Im also fairly sure those were the same seats I sat in as a child 20+ years ago). The lines for snacks have been super slow lately, and I wish they had more food options, but Im far more focused on the nice, clean atmosphere they keep. Overall, great experience and I look forward to my next movie there.

Its a nice small little movie theather in chico. Its not fancy. It will get the job done just like any other regular movie theater.

Tuesdays are best days to go, less crowded, tickets before 4pm are discounted. Seating was good with reclining chairs. Bathrooms are clean. Handicapped accessible.

Nice theater. I wish they had more 3D systems as it can be hard to catch those shows. But, they have beer now, so that is a nice improvement.

Nice place to watch a movie. Had a nice bag of popcorn and washed it down with a nice draft beer.

Loving the improvements to the theater, cant wait to see what it is like when it is done. We saw a film in house #13, the new seats are awesome. Cushy and soft faux leather that recline slightly. Also liking the new consession offerings of alcohol! Havent tried it out yet, but soon!

Usually love it here, but they definitely dont monitor their theaters. Seems parent have no shame any longer and bring young children to movies who cry the whole way through. As well as older children that should no better than to continually kick the back of me sear hundreds of times. Anyway, nice place.

The XD seat wear very cozy but it was really hard to find my assigned seat as the markings were blended in to the carpet. looking back at the projector screen I noticed it was pretty dusty. I dont know if that changes the definition but I didntlike it

I love the movies because they have popcorn and slushes and they have nacho cheese and they have a lot of candy and its so good and the movie are so high quality They also have some chips likes hot Cheetos.

The food is always overpriced with little to no taste, fake butter and to top it off they only have numbers over each theater instead of a pic when rating of the movie. Honestly it was very weird and uncomfortable. The way they changed it now is just blah. No spice or originality. It is now just another chain theater. Very sad.

The staff is always helpful. The lines for food are always too long. The XD is way too loud. I prefer the old-fashioned regular movies. Mondays seniors get a better discount. But I think that they should have a discount all days at the 650 price for seniors.I dont like all the advertisements. So much propaganda! I go to the movies to get away from advertisements not to have that be another profiteering gimmick

You guys lost a customer for life. Was not let in because I was wearing a backpack with just a notebook and a calculator inside. I got there by bus, took me over an hour to get there so I couldnt simply take my backpack back. I had looked forward to watching the Joker movie all week, and you guys ruined my day. I dont see how my empty backpack was a threat. I saw multiple women wearing big purses that were let in without even checking them. Ridiculous and unjust. Feather River cinema in Oroville has gained a customer for life now.

I appreciate waiting in line for 25 minutes on Saturday night. I gave myself an extra half hour and because you had ONE inexperienced ticket seller and a line hanging out the door.No machines to dispense tickets and I just watched 10 people walk out in disgust including a child who balled his poor little eyes out when he found out he was not going to see the Lion King.All of it could have been avoided by having at least two ticket windows open on a Saturday night. You guys truly need to at least pretend you care about your customers and especially your employees. That poor girl had to go through that alone.

Went to see Good Liars , excellent movie . The theater is very clean and their bathrooms are also very clean . They have done some remodeling and the seating are very comfortable . Very nice renovation, job well done .

This is a really great theater!! Lots of snack options, and lots to do before the movie! There is an arcade and a photo booth. The actual theater is nice and clean, and the chairs are really comfortable. As far as pricing goes, like almost all theaters, it is pricey. But overall, a nice theater.

Great place to take the family. Concessions were good and service was great. We were able to get great seats, wasnt overcrowded. There were many showings available at different times in multiple theatres which was convenient. 3d was great, made the Black Panther movie even better! I would come back again, my family really enjoyed the whole experience.

I watched Impractical jokers tonight. Its was funny and had a good time with my family.

Its a nice plaxe to watch premeires, especially if you buy the whole movie theater to yourself.It may cost a pretty penny, but its a good experience.

I have waited a couple of weeks to post this so I would calm down. We tried to go to the movies on Avengers opening weekend and we bought tickets for the movie. I am handicapped and need a handicapped seat so we bought 2 seats. In the theater there are not enough seats for each person as some of the places you have to be in a wheelchair. There is no seat. I sat down and My boyfriend went to talk to someone about this and they cleared out the seat that was supposed to be mine and there was no seat for him. At this point the theater said that they were going to call the police on my boyfriend so we left. You completely ruined our weekend and we were asked to leave a movie we had tickets for. No one offered for us to go to another time or something else. As far as I am concerned I will never go back there.

It was a great out of body experience. The beer inhanced it. The food seems pricy. The usher hit on my wife Ill take that as a compliment. The picture quality was 1080p. Not 4k. The guy next to me was recording was a little sketch I believe someone had allergies due to sneezing overall it was great

Friendly staff and very clean. I am rather short (5) and the seating didnt fit very well. My feet didnt touch the floor. Uncomfortable for a 2 hour movie. The previews were extremely loud for us senior citizens as well. Thats ok...Ill bring earplugs next time. And a pillow for my back!

Smelled bad when I went and its just a normal theater. Best part was watching these 2 girls get caught sneaking in 2lbs of candy under their sweaters

Theatre is clean, bathrooms are clean, and staff is decently friendly. They could use better snack, and soda options, though. A Coke mix machine would be a great start. Mini chocolate or yogurt covered pretzels, maybe?

The best thing about this theater is that its not crowded and the prices are reasonable. There is only one high-end theater in the complex. There are several pretty-good restaurants nearby, with the Pour House being one of our favorites.

Cell phones usage is not discouraged here. No warning b4 movie to turn them off. It was a distraction throughout the movie. And the seats are old and uncomfortable. But better than paying $12 for a matinee.

Always clean and efficient, comfortable theaters, reliable equipment. Weve learned to take foam earplugs in case trailers or movies are too loud for us.

Still has Guitar Hero III, also descent theater.
