Put in a maintenance request to fix loose shower head and loose door lock. It has been more than a month. Maintenance is slow to respond, if at all.

I dont hate this place at all. Its OK. Ive lived here since March. No problems with anything or anyone. Its quite nothing special but no complaints.

Ive live here for about 4 yrs and I wouldnt recommend anyone live here if they dont like managment picking favorites never once was we late since we have been here on our mortgage the one time we let her no a head of time she didnt even work with us but our friends them being late the fee got waved then we hardly park our car in the grass and we get a note of it being towed at our expense then a sheriff office parks in grass and he or she gets away with it the lot rent is going up 30 more dollars in August and the yards are unlevel and have dips all over them can go out side with out messing up our ankles and when we mow the mower doesnt get a lot of it

Had a brief 6 month stint living here. Wasnt so bad. The grounds themselves were well kept. Most of the homes were well maintained and in good shape. The trashy elements were minimal and mostly kept to the pool. I cant speak of the management as I never personally dealt with them.

Close friend lives there and I worry about their safety. Watsons is not a safe place to live because they dont install outside water fascets in thier trailer lots so if their is a fire in your lot or in one of the grown up empty lots around your trailer lot you have no chance in hell of putting out a fire unless the fire department gets there really really quick. You cant even make your yard green unless it rains every few days because there is no way to water to keep the dead grass out of your yard or keep the stickers out of you yard so your kids can play in your yard. I guess that doesnt matter because you cant fence your yard to make it safe to let your kids have a safe place to play anyway. Think twice about watsons unless you are a bunch of partying college studendents with no kids and nothing of value to lose in a fire.

Its very nice. Management are nice people as well. Will work with you if you have a financial situation come up. Only negative is the kids cant stay out the driveway, but thats a minor thing

Nice neighborhood, great streets, clean and neat.

It would be better if they Clea ed it up as far as trash that has sled out of the trash bins, and also mowed all the empty lots. And since its summer they should keep the pool open later, just saying, otherwise it a pretty nice place to live in.

Daughter lives here, but I am not a fan of the speed bumbs! But, other than that, its ok.
