Im disappointed with this kids swimming program. The water is bit icy (compared to other swim classes i the area), and with student to teacher ratio of 6:1 it is difficult for anyone to progress; it seems that with each 30 min period they struggle to get everyone on the same page. Equally important are the makeshift changing facilities that are inadequate for children (flimsy pop up tents next to the pool, as students are not supposed to use the changing rooms so technically you cannot even use a hairdryer to dry their hair). I wish things would improve but until they do, my daughter will swim elsewhere.
