This place is incredible. Colton does a fantastic job with management. They make planning a party or bringing a group to open play easy. The party hosts and people working on the floor are fantastic with the kids. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. The course is challenging and fun. My daughter had her birthday there and the whole family and guests loved it.

I did not like that in order for the adults to be on the floor even to help their kids they had to have wristbands and pay.It was crowded on a Sunday morning at 11. A little difficult and not flmany obstacles for kids under 8 years old. I lot better for older kids. Small place

For kids with height and strength, there is so much to do and challenge them. Younger kids will find it quite challenging. They give plenty of warning and training before play begins, and theres still potential for injury, but its relatively safe. My daughter did have a 5-minute period with an ice pack on her leg, which staff brought over promptly, asking her how she was feeling, and brought her some water. Before long, she was back up and swinging on ropes, having a great time.

This place is super fun, and Im surprised there werent more adults challenging themselves with their kids. I felt that the floor was a bit understaffed and over crowded during the open gym hours, with many kids that had never been taught how to take turns/wait in line. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the gym clean.

Let’s talk The Ultimate Ninja Experience, Staff and Service. I was invited for a birthday party for my goddaughter. The experience of Ultimate Ninjas had me the moment I walked in. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT IDEA FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY! Kids (and parents) were eager to learn each obstacle and were guided by patient and helpful staff. But it gets better! Shout out to Ariana! She provided some of the best hands on service I’ve experienced in a long time. We didn’t have to touch anything. She made sure empty pizza cartons were removed and cupcakes were served. I’m actually thinking about going back soon. Folks, this was a wonderful experience! Need I say more? Thanks Ultimate Ninjas!

Awesome place, kids had a blast at a birthday party. Fun for all ages, from small ones with little risk but full of fun to the adult complicated and challenging equipment for the gifted athlete.

My 7 and 12 year old boys have fun there first 2 times. We have been there 3 times for open gym and nothing has changed and the boys start getting board and play basketball. They would like to see new equipment or a small competition for them.

Lovely place for your kids! Lots of obstacles to overcome

We had our 8-yr-old’s birthday party here and it was perfect. Frankly, it would be great for ~6/7-yr-old thru adult parties. The kids had a blast. The facilities are very clean and safe and the staff is watchful and friendly. Unlike most places that offer kids parties, they did not pack it to the gills and it was pretty chill. We would definitely have another party here. Great value.

Im very disappointed with their service and professionalism. They could not accommodate ,nor book a party for one of our kids. Mr Lopez stated that he was in training and couldnt get me someone else to assist me. I wish I knew this before traveling from Texas! I Will not be considering patronage of this Co. in the future!

The Chicago location for the Ultimate Ninja Gym is our preferred location. Though smaller than other locations, its staff is extremely kind with the children and helpful, always engaging them. Some of the employees skills are so impressive! My son left the gym extremely worked and tired out and thoroughly challenged with the obstacles. Also, the parent group is great - theyre willing to try new obstacles with their kids.

Had my sons fourth birthday party here and it was fantastic. The kids were too little for most of the obstacles, but they had a great time just running wild.Staff was beyond helpful, Colton in particular. I had a lot of questions and the team was always quick to respond and help out.Staff kept kids safe (but let them play freely), dished out food and made quick work of cleaning up.

Other than being close to my home, I love the gym since it has extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome trainers!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the Ultimate Ninja Warriors Gym. We were in town for the week after Christmas. We signed up both of our children for a winter camp at the gym. Ethan Swanson greeted us and could not have been nicer. My sons (and I) had a million Ninja Warrior questions. The staff was wonderful with both kids. The gym is amazing. I wish we had something like it in Memphis. My sons continually asked if they could go back each day. We went to every museum in Chicago but both of my kids said going to the Ninja Warrior gym was their favorite part of our vacation.

Had a fantastic birthday party for my daughter here! The staff is phenomenal.

The coaches and staff provide a welcoming atmosphere for new athletes of all ages and ability levels. My first class felt, fun and comfortable, like I had been training there for years already. They help you find success on your first obstacles and plan a path forward for growth as an ahlete, competitor and healthy person.

We had our sons birthday party at Jr. Ninja Warrior a few weekends ago and it was fantastic! Staff were attentive and friendly, obstacles and activities were great. All kids had a blast! Would highly recommend to others and we will definitely go back for open hours or a camp!

Really fun place for kids to get a workout. For some kids its not so apparent how to use some if the equipment. It would have been nice to offer newcomers some instruction before their session.

Weve had two absolutely amazing experiences at A&B. In both cases (completely separate issues), the service and work was exceptional.The owner of the shop is very hands-on - personally working on or overseeing every project. His estimates are both accurate and fair. As an independent shop, he is able to offer high quality work at a moderate price...when you add his personal attention to each job it equates to a tremendous value.The quality of work and craftsmanship is on par with large/dealer shops.The owner believes in community and is committed to continuing to grow his business in the Manor. I have sent two friends to A&B who have also had great experiences. I recommend visiting A&B to talk with them to see if they are a good fit for your auto repair needs.(Note: Im not affiliated with A&B - just very happy with my experience).

Went here back in sept for my son bday he a good time. But the staff say your child gets free classes no one has ever called me so my son can go back and get his free classes. My only complaint is if your not going to give the classes then dont offer it or say it ,especially to the kids.

Top to bottom an amazing experience for my daughter! I saw so many coaches go extra miles with her that it becomes hard to single out individual stories. We just moved out of the neighborhood, and this is one if the things we will miss most about living in the north side of the city.

We just hosted my sons 6th birthday party here at Ultimate Ninjas and it was the best! The staff was amazing and had everything handled from the moment we got there till the moment we left. The kids had a ball for the entire 2 hours, the party room was super clean and they set everything up for us, and the attentive staff was there to help with every step of the party. Also, for the kids doing the ninja obstacles, the staff taught about safety, gave pointers on the obstacles, and arranged a dodgeball game part way through to keep things lively. We all had a great time and will definitely be back for classes and future parties! I just wish there was a Ultimate Ninja Gym closer to us in the North suburbs (Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview area).

Ultimate ninja is the best place to take kids who are energetic. It will tire them out.

My daughter loves the gym and the variety; great spot with friends. I am very disappointed with automatic billing system mistakes.I hope my issue is corrected so I will give the benefit of the doubt for now. Ill keep you posted.

Nice fun place for kids to run around. All ages are appropriate but really I think elementary + will get the most out of it vs. the toddler crew. Most things we werent able to use with our 4 year old.

We had a party here for my daughters 13th birthday. The place is really cool! Great courses, immaculate, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. Everyone including my husband and I had a great time. I was a little concerned that the kids (12 and 13 year olds) would get a little bored on the courses if the couldn’t achieve the challenge or if they didn’t really know what to do at a particular station but that was not a problem at all. If anything the kids just dug in and kept trying to reach whatever challenge was in front of them. The guys helping on the gym floor made sure they were engaged, challenged each kid with something new to try and were attentive to safety. We got priceless pictures and videos and everyone was happily exhausted after the party. Success!

My sons 10th birthday party was here, and the facilities and staff were GREAT! The guys were so helpful to the kids, and made sure that we the parents had nothing to worry about (serving the pizza themselves, cutting the cake, watching everyones safety). Plus we got a free class for booking the party. Awesome AWESOME service.

An honest and dependable mechanic/auto shop and a great addition to the neighborhood.Weve had two great experiences at A&B in the past year. Both were relatively minor repairs on a 14-year old Saturn. In both instances, we explained that we didnt want to dump a lot of money into the car. The owner was responsive to our needs and found the necessary parts and extremely reasonable prices.He was patient with us and explained what needed fixing, and what could wait, or be left alone.In both cases, our car was repaired in the quoted time frame and for a fair price (especially compared to other quotes we had received).If you live in or near the Manor and need a mechanic, I highly recommend stopping into A&B. I have no affiliation with the shop other than appreciating the good work and wanting to see a local business thrive.

I liked Ultimate ninja warrior for a nice indoor active it was decent. Not as big as I thought it would be and kids got bored fast.

These guys are the real deal. My kid loves ninja warrior and loves these obstacles. And the Pro Ninjas! Jesse Labreck, Ethan Swanson, Mike Silenzi, The Towers of Power, Karen Sabo. The list goes on and on with the ninjas they bring in to work with our kids. And they are so kind! Love this place!

Weve been to two birthday parties here, which is ran similar to pump it up. They move you through the courses and have either another group before you and/or another group immediately after you. Nothing special. A place for the kids to burn off energy. However, there is no spotter for the monkey bars and the climbing wall, which is pretty high and can be dangerous. But this review is mainly for the class. DONT DO IT! I signed my kid up for their 12 week class session (not cheap at $25 per class). During the first class, the kids were running everywhere, some not even taking their turn to go through each course. The instructors could not manage the kids and did not even notice. I called and asked about this and was told this should not be happening and they would address it. Apparently not. All talk. I watched as my kid, and many others, try the monkey bar, fall after the second or third ring and was told to go back in line and wait their turn. Why not have the kid get back up where they fell off and continue? They only got two turns and finished only 1/3 of the rings in total. How is this helping them to build confidence? And get through the course? I immediately asked and the answer was this is hard, even I cant do some of these obstacles. Really?? You think Im stupid? I KNOW you can do it. Not the point. Another instructor stepped in (the only one I thought was actually reasonable and good - NOT Ethan) and worked with my son for 15 mins. Guess what, my son was able to learn a LOT in the 15 mins. His words, the rings go up, so you work against gravity when you start off, and then the rings go down. So it is harder to begin. This, coming from a 6 year old. All he did, basically, was run around a gym. For this, I can go to Windy City Fieldhouse for cheaper and better service. Another note, I dont expect them to cater to my kid. I do expect them to help build confidence and for him to learn a new skill. At $300 a pop, not worth it. Ill take my kid to the playground. PS: This place has the worse customer service Ive seen. Lip service. This place is new and a fad. If they dont work out the kinks soon, they will lose their clients. The barrier to entry is not high and the only thing that distinguishes a place like this is customer service.
