Had an amazing time with bottomless mimosas and great brunch menu selections! So happy we were able to appreciate this place since they reopened today. COVID has affected too many businesses in the hospitality industry and it’s great to support such a wonderful establishment!

I absolutely love this place. From the music, to the atmosphere to the music and the FOOD! I come to this place quite often with friends and its a great experience Everytime. Highly recommend the wings, onion rings, tacos... basically everything on the menu. My favorite cocktail is the Strawberry Summers. The tequila sunrise at this place is also pretty strong, but delicious. Highly recommend you check it out!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My friends and I wanted to try clutch because of the good reviews, so we did. We did not get our waitresses name but she had very short brown hair/ brown eyes. We put up our sign multiple times for her to come over to us but she would just walk away, But unfortunately it does it worse. My friends and I paid half card and half cash, when she came back 85% of the bill was literally charged on to my card. All I got was a Cesar wrap and my bill was not more than $15. I don’t know the exact price of the wrap but I know it is not more than that. We asked why so much of the bill was charged on to my card and she said we didn’t give her enough cash. I saw both of my friends put in the exact amount that was needed for their part of the bill. We informed her of this and she told us she counted it 3 times and there was nothing she could do. I am not accusing her of taking the cash for herself but that’s what it seems like. I am very disappointed that I had to pay for more than I should of.

I absolutely love Clutch for many reasons. They respect the pandemic, drinks are timely and they take care of their customers. Q is the best bartender in Chicago and Carlos runs a tight ship. Food is on point, elotes are unreal! Love this place!

Open and airy bar, which is nice. Tvs to view sports. The biggest issue here has always been the food. Its a sports bar that can become a lounge that can become a club as the night goes on. Fun atmosphere to drink, not to eat.

First time at this establishment on Sunday, and it was by far a good experience for my husband and I. Nico and Kristina are the Best!!! Made us feel very welcomed. I dont recommend this place, the staff is unprofessional and rude. A white bald man at the door today was not wearing masks and was extremely rude to me. I called earlier today to reserve a table and was told that they were not making reservations and that it was only to arrive early to get a table. I arrived at 7PM, the place was empty, and he said he couldnt put me on a table because they were all booked in a very mocking and rude way. I told him about the call, and he said he doesnt know who spoke to me and that it wasnt his problem. I have never been treated so badly or seen a place with people so disliked and unprofessional. In Chicago there are many great places, with great drinks and staff who know how to treat the customer with education and respect. DONT GO IN THIS GARBAGE PLACE! That does not respect the basic norms of sanitation and neither the customers.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Ive never been treated so rudely at an establishment. I loved Clutch, but I will never go back or recommend to my friends. The manager and staff on the evening of 8/31 were incredibly rude to me and my friends. At one point, I went to get another drink from the bar, and the manager tending bar looked at me as if he was shocked that I was trying to spend money there. Another woman said out loud that she was deliberately trying to cause drama with another friend of mine as we were leaving. These people were so shockingly unprofessional

This bar doesn’t practice social distancing, doesn’t enforce face covering, doesn’t provide hand soap or sanitizer and stays open later than allowed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is ruining business for everyone. Nobody here cares about the pandemic. They’ve been reported to the city.

I wanted to love this place... esthetically it was what I wanted this brunch experience to look like.I unfortunately have to give 3 stars because the error in my order. I ordered a simple vegetable omelet- all veggies , no meat. Simple.3 attempts later I never had my omelet. Thinking the last one (that I took to go ) was correct... my son took a bite and said, why did you order something with meat!!??? Hahaha WHAT!?OH WELL... my friends had perfect orders, the staff were friendly, but man... I wanted my omelet lol

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, great food options and great service. We went to watch the Bears game and it was perfect. The audio for the game is played and music during the commercials. Lots of TVs so no worries you wont have a clear view. Perfect for an upscale game experience as you wont have to compromise on eating just regular bar food. Great place to take a date who may be reluctant to watch sports. Believe me, everyone will have a great time. We tried the Deviled Eggs with the honey ham on top, which I highly recommend. The grilled chix also good and the Kale Salad, which was fantastic!

Cool bar, poor service. I had a bottle purchased on a Saturday night of the Halloween Bar Crawl. Bottle came out all nice. I had 1 drink, used the rest room and returned to my table and group of friends in the 45 minutes that I was there. The bill came out, which I paid, and was ready to purchase another bottle when I was tapped on the shoulder and asked to come to the door. The door man told me I wasn’t welcome inside because “I was too drunk and racist at the door”. Being skeptical (as we were with a diverse group and had no problems getting seated an hour ago) I tried explaining that there might have been a misunderstanding as everyone was in costume, and that I take the accusation seriously. I asked to speak to the manager, Kristen, at the time and was told she’s too busy (she was standing at the host booth) and was threatened physically by the door man to leave and that I wasn’t allowed to stand on the sidewalk under the awning while it was pouring rain out. I tried calling the bar, no one answered. I was calm and civil throughout the entire situation. I recommend to spend your hard earned money elsewhere in the city.

The meal was very tasty and well prepared. For a Friday night, the restaurant was not extremely noisy so we were able to have a dinner conversation without having to shout.

Saturday night 12/21 I try to get in around 1030pm the two bouncers ask for 20 dollar cover . I explain i am a neighbor and have visited the establishment several times . I was told before by a certain bartender that if I say his name at the door I would be fine . When I mentioned that to the bouncer he basically said he doesn’t care as the bartender works for him . He mentioned how he doesn’t work for anyone inside the place so what I was saying is irrelevant . Very rude . It was my bday celebration . I have spent lot of money inside before usually for a table or at the bar . I would’ve opened up a tab that is money and tips lost for staff .

I have been to Clutch Several times and always ask for Eloise to be our server. She is on top of things and always has an amazing attitude. Shes fun, bubbly and always suggests great drinks! The food and drinks are great and so is the ambiance. Love this spot!

I went to clutch bar Chicago and initially loved the atmosphere. To cut to why they’ve been given 1 star: I ordered the vegetarian burger which was typed in correctly, however, I was given a lamb burger. I do not eat meat due to health reasons. After a couple of bites, I realized my order was incorrect and told the bar staff. They said I’d get a refund and they also made the vegetarian burger over. I wasn’t feeling too well at that point so I actually handed the burger over to a friend.Later on that week, I noticed that the refund wasn’t processed on my credit statement. I’ve called this place twice to explain the situation in detail. The first time I was told to text my information and it would be handed over to the manager on duty. The second time, I was told that they would let them know that I called for a status update. It has been two weeks and I still have not heard anything. The lack of follow up is discouraging.

I just stepped in here and this place is 5 stars on the design alone! Quite an experience.

We just entered thinking it was open and everyone from the staff started screaming “ we’re closed” could have been nicer.

From out of state was there for the Crown Rally finish and what a great place, great atmosphere, great prices.. if Im ever back In Chicago i will definitely be back! Thanks for the hospitality from the Crown Fam!

Came to clutch bar last night for the first time. Didnt know it was new until I asked around before I arrived. I showed up around 11:15 and there was no line or cover. Loved that. It wasnt super crowded and I was able to snag a table for my friends and I with our drinks which were pretty strong and at a good price point. The music was decent, but the only thing I was turned off by were the transitions made by the DJ. I know thats very specific, but when dancing, I like to be able to keep the dance moves and vibes going and the DJ just wasnt doing it for me. Maybe Ill try again on another night. Has great potential!

Nice place, to check out, full liquor bar and large tables.Customer service is lacking because of poorly trained servers and young inexperienced bartenders.Food is good, but I wouldnt call it fine dining!High energy night club feel on Tuesday night ,ladies night promotion, with overpriced cocktails and slow service again lacking.No parking.I caution against running up a tab, because I have had 2 bad experiences with credit card transactions, bartenders misringig sales to the wrong account.

Really cool funky modern decor. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and all of the windows open like garage doors when the weather is nice. We came here for lunch around 12:30 PM on a Sunday and it was about half full. We were seated right away and and served water within minutes of being seated.The food came out quickly and the service was good. The staff wasnt the most friendly but it didnt bother me. I had the Brussel spout salad and added the tofu. The Tofu was delicious and marinated in some kind of asian dressing but there was only four little pieces - and when I say small I really mean it. For $4 I thought the portion would be a little more. Thats really my only complaint about this place, though. The rest of my meal was light and enjoyable. Then menu looked good enough to come back and try something new. Id return and take friends here to enjoy the ambiance.

Decor is beautiful. The ambience is nice, great vibe. BUT just average food and the food service is terribly slow. And it wasnt even crowded. From my understanding, they are a new spot so maybe it will get better.

We happily stumbled upon this place when we missed our reservations at the brunch restaurant across the street. The decor was so cute & chic. definitely a place to have brunch with the girls. loved that there was no wait for a table. food was delicious! i got the crab cake benedicts. i loved their twist on breakfast potatoes because they use a mix of white, purple and red potatoes. Very colorful, unique & tasty.

Love this new spot! Service has been great, the food is impeccable and the ambiance is breathtaking. Great relaxed atmosphere during lunch and dinner, with a variety of healthy items on the menu.The atmosphere on the weekends has been nothing but beautiful guests & amazing DJs. Definitely a spot to checkout for food and nightlife.

I am only leaving one star for the ambiance of the restaurant. Everything else was awful, especially for the prices. We came here with 4 people and a toddler. The steaks were so tiny and not cooked properly. The fries were literally coated in seasoning, and the worst part was the steel oats were the consistency of water and had no seasoning at all and, served with moldy berries. On top of that the service was very slow. Our food came out separately with about 10 minutes in between each meal.I suggest avoiding this place.

There was not even a semblance of customer service displayed from the moment I entered until I left. Bartender refused to remake my drink after I remarked how sweet it was. Proceeded to roll her eyes and speak under her breath. Will never go back there again.

Had a birthday brunch at Clutch on Sunday and we were the first table to be sat at 11am. Not sure if the kitchen wasn’t ready for a party of 10+ orders or they just dropped the ball but there was 35mins between the first food order coming out and the last. Out of 14 orders, 5 had to go back because they were cold. The waitress apologized multiple times but it wasn’t her fault and she could only do so much. No manager came over and gave an explanation for why there was so many issues so that’s why I’m writing this. Anyone with a large party should probably head somewhere else until they get their hot mess figured out.

Having drinks at the bar on Saturday with 120 $ and keep ordering and the bouncer came and told I have to move from the bar bc someone want to order food and eat. And I got kicked out. Ty for the free drinks. Purchase cancelled. Never coming back

Amazing atmosphere/ decore and service. The staff is wonderfull and the service is impeccable. The food menu is dynamic and has everything your pallet desires. Management treats you like a VIP and makes sure your entire experience is something to remember. I’m happy to make this place my second home in Chicago

I was here on a Thursday night and if you decided to display any form of PDA, I was told to stop because the owner was there by the security guy. We was basically told not to have any fun due to the owner in the build. So basically everyone had to stop enjoying themselves. You know the regular grinding and dancing with your partner because the owner did not want to see anyone showing any PDA. Dont get me wrong the place is nice but to have to watch how you show your partner any affection is kind of extreme. So go at your own risk or alone.

Not the best. The food was mediocre and it was so loud, we didnt even bother talking to each other. The octopus was way over cooked, that really out me off.The service was good, especially considering how busy they were.
