Purchased my mobile camper, small and cozy. River is just steps away, I love it here, its quiet and there is a lot of wildlife animals, especially different kinds of species of birds. Property manager is so nice. Im here to stay.

Mobile homes are old and run down. The manager(s) dont care about the tenants. Washers and dryer are always broke and you cant get your money back. Someone always steal things from your lot and theres no assistance to prevent it and itll be someone staying on the property. Propane heats the homes paid separately. The worst place I have ever known to reside in. There are better options than these. Bill is definitely the biggest s***head I have came across. Stole all of my spouses things and never answered any of my calls when I had a concern or issue about something.
