My Wife and I wanted a fun night out in the city without spending too much money! I found this through yelp and it was everything we wanted and could have hoped for. Quite frankly best stand up in the city! Tickets are super cheap, especially if you buy online. Dont take yourself too seriously and you will have a blast! No minimum drinks or food. Order everything or nothinf, if you wish. Food is available and they have a wide selection of drinks. Shows do sell out! Get there early and get a good seat.

It was a much needed laugh!!! Didnt have high expectations at first (due to a past bad experience with another comedy show in Chicago) but this show was amazing!!! Every single comedian was phenomenal!! Im the kind of person who ordinarily doesnt find many jokes funny but this show had me laughing 90%+ of the time! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome! What a perfect change of pace from the usual date night, or just a night out. The staff was very welcoming and the comics were all very funny. This was our first time here and we will be back for sure!!

First night in Chicago and couldnt be more pleased. The right amount of intimacy in a comedy club. Tight enough that you have to meet your neighbor but not too close that its overwhelming. Saw Joe Kilgallon and had a blast. He and the openers were super funny. Drinks were actually priced right and didnt have a minimum. Go see local comedians!

Comics were fine, bit same same with cheap jokes

I have been to this show at least 25 times over the last 7 years since is was in a tiny back room of the bar. Its success made them build out a great space that is the best, most intimate space in Chicago. Think Zanies if Zanies gave a crap about their customer experience. You get as good if not better comedians than Laugh Factory and Zanies for a fraction of the price, they have cheep drinks and they get some awesome talent to come through. They always have new names, but at least one or two of the guys that started it usually do a set and they are all awesome.

Excellent show very funny. Was able to pay at the door the night of, great seats next to the stage just go early.

Greatest time at a comedy show in years!I thought Id had a good time at the festival of comedy in SF earlier this year; but this was the best! Two hours of smart, insightful comedy for only six bucks!

By far the best comedy show in Chicago and for that matter anywhere. Every Wednesday @ Timmy OTooles. They have half off bottles of wine in the regular bar so make sure to buy there before and bring it into the comedy show!

So much fun! A great variety of talented comedians.

It is important to know that Timothy OTooles is a restaurant/pub, not exactly a Comedy Club, and that the comedy show is Wednesday nights. Doors open at 8:30, show starts around 9pm. Definitely reccomend it.

One of the best independent shows in the city. Always solid lineups, especially when Abi Sanchez is on the show.
