My grandson is a junior training up there at the Jackson Park Yacht Club they took the younger kids out on the lake for sale in experience it was great

Everyone is really nice, very nice place to dock, so glad i chose Jackson Park instead of Burnham.

Was there for a show. The sunset was breathtaking!! The food was catered...not that good.

This is a private club. Quiet, beautiful spot, on a secluded bay off Lake Michigan. Great views, historic building. Often there is live music and spirited boat races. Great weekend brunches, and members free use of kayaks and bicycles.

Fantastic people make this club great. Everyone is super friendly and there is very little pomp and circumstance that accompanies many yacht clubs. Fees are low due to the volunteer nature of the club that really helps bring folks together. We moved our boat down to Jackson just to be part of the club and dont regret it!

This.... Is what sailing is about. Many people all willing and able to help if you need. There are many well seasoned sailors here with a vibrant community of liveaboards, and a laid back atmosphere. All of which makes for a tranquil environment to enjoy the water.

This is a gem tucked away on the lake. Keep your crowded monroe and your big money belmont. The staff is great and the members are open and welcoming. If you are new to sailing or new to Chicago come check it out. I would love to see a news interview with some of the colorful characters! What a great slice of our city!
