I workout early and it has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff is so friendly and you never have to look for things. I love it

I really enjoy coming here every week. Amazing staff with experience. Clean, and they offer many classes including open gym. I have gone here since i started gymnastics. The coaches are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recomend to everyone.

This place is awesome its so big you can tumble a lot it has a lot of trampolines and its basically the best place ever and I hope that they will find a new place so it can open again but its the best place ever

Is it for beginners my daughter she is 11 years old and I wanted to put her in gymnastics bc she loves to tumble and do tricks and she wants to be in gymnastics for her bday and I want to make her dream come true.So I just want to know is it for beginners.?

I wish I could give it no stars. I enrolled my daughter here as a requirement for a portion of her cheerleading team. Most of the “coaches” are high school students that have previous gymnastics or cheerleading experience. I never saw any female “coaches” working with the girls, so if you do not prefer males handling your girls by all means continue. The staff at the desk includes two ladies but I’m not sure if they are coaches, I’ve only seen them playing with dogs, ignoring customers and parents with concerns unless you were trying to make a payment. I had my daughter enrolled for about 2 months and only saw men. I personally didn’t have a problem with it because I was never going to leave my daughter there alone. My daughter is very shy and I was hoping this experience would help to loosen her up a bit. The “coach” she was placed with received her negatively the very first class because she had no experience in gymnastics at all. He would have her sit to the side if she didn’t know how to do something instead of teaching her, then he went on to walking her out of class and telling me that she wouldn’t cooperate. Then from there he started saying that she was being disrespectful. I’m not just saying this because it’s my child but my daughter is too shy and timid to have said some of the things he said she said. Mind you, I can see the class through the big glass window. They never even exchanged enough words for some of those allegations. That was the last straw and I asked for my daughter to be put in another class, moreso for beginners. They informed me that the class my daughter was in was for cheerleaders but I could pay for another beginners class to help her (yea right). My daughter would be in tears when we would leave early. There is a coach there who’s name I do not remember but he looks like a good coach he was actually teaching his girls proper stretching, technique and he’d exercise with them. They said his class was full. He even came to talk to me after seeing my daughter struggling with her coach and seeing my frustration. He told me himself that he had a small class during the week and that he would love to have my daughter in that class. That day didn’t work for me because of work and school but I really appreciated his concern.

I wish I could give no star please do not bring your kids here. They are racist and talk bad about black people in front of there kids. They talk down on the black kids and teach them half the stuff they teach the white kids. The owner is disrespectful and rude to her customers. She doesn’t respect the black dollars that’s growing her business I would never recommend them.

Do not go here! The staff are very disrespectful. Every time I go here for open gym there is always a problem. The last time I went here we had a situation and I do not believe it was handled correctly. When I go to One World Gymnastics I thought I would be able to have fun but apparently not. When I have a problem at One World Gymnastics I have noticed that the staff handle different races different ways which is a problem because we should all be treated equally and I was not. I will not be attending one world gymnastics anymore!

If I could have given One World Gymnastics 10 stars I would have! The facility is fantastic - clean, bright, new, and spacious! The staff, Meggie and Julie, have been nothing but wonderful to us. Meggie, is a top notch coach! Her commitment to her gymnasts is undeniably impressive. She will take the time to make sure they are doing it right! No cutting corners here, like other gyms we have been to in the past. Julie is always there welcoming you with a smile on her face! She always has time to answer any questions, give you any info, or even just a quick friendly chat! Julie made booking my sons birthday party quick and painless! She explained everything, so we knew what to expect. On the party day, we showed up 15 minutes early, decorated the large party room, welcomed our guests, and then started the FUN! 10 boys got to twirl, bounce, jump, skip, run, flip and flop to their hearts content! This gym is HUGE and they had it all to themselves for 2 hours! Jump for 45, eat for 30, and then jump again for 45! The staff, including Julie, was wonderful to us, our guests, and all the parents! I HIGHLY recommend One World Gymnastics for your next birthday party and because I know your child will love it so much you may as well sign them up for a class! We did, and my son loves it!

This is a great gym! My son is on the Competitive Tumbling and Trampoline Team and we are so happy that this Gym continues to grow. Megy Dimitrov is a Bulgarian National champion herself and renowned coach that we have followed for years! We are so glad she has her own gym. One World Gymnastics has classes for all levels, in all types of Gymnastics, Tumbling and Trampoline, and Cheerleading. Open Gym on Friday is a blast! This gym is clean and well supervised.

Nice facility and great coaches, however some of the staff is very rude. We had a 4 year old granddaughter s birthday party there and one staff member was very rude to us and our guests, she was extremely rude when she stormed in our party and let us know the kids had 45 minutes left to be on the gym floor. We were opening gifts and we let her know we were aware we were cutting into the gym time and that it was ok, it would take us 15 minutes and we would take the 30 minutes is gym time. She rolled her eyes and screamed and that she was letting us know. She was rude from the beginning of the party till the end! Our guests were shocked, the kids got scared and we were so embarrassed. We complained to the company and they continued to be rude as well!!! Awful place!!!
