Little America in Cheyenne Wyoming was a beautiful place to stay, the swimming pool was fun and the view from my balcony was beautiful. I was thrilled when I started here. So much to do and the rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. The customer service was phenomenal. I loved it so much here that we came back just to stay here in this beautiful hotel. They have a huge hold course if your interested in playing some holes or you can play a whole game. This place is kid friendly or it could also be a romantic place for you and your significant other for a place to get away and have a romantic time alone. Relax and feel like your almost in a real high class place but the price to stay here is very reasonable and well worth the money. I would recommend this to everyone. Also there is a gift shop and a classy restaurant right on the premises. No need to travel around the town looking for somewhere to eat when you have wonderful food right here in the lobby. This place is a must stay.
The room was very nice and clean. I really appreciated the thermostat control. The room temperature did not fluctuate and it felt like the air was being exchanged. We had dinner at hotel. Though the menu was limited due to covid, the food and the service was excellent.
Desk clerks were really friendly. Lobby and room was immaculate. Bathroom was clean. Place was quiet and well decorated. Price was more than reasonable. Would stay again for sure.
We had a really great stay! Super nice that the pool was open!! The rooms are a bit dated but they have big bathrooms and we didnt mind at all! The beds are really comfortable and I slept really good when I usually dont sleep good in hotels. My husband and boys really liked the golfing. It is a bit pricey though. We would stay here again!
So this place is okay. While I did enjoy my stay, I did have a few issues with my room. As you can see, bugs. I killed 6 of them the night I got there and found 3 more the next morning. A bummer. Its not that the place is nasty, quite clean matter of fact. They just have dense bushes around the front door to their rooms and when the cleaning maids go in to clean, they leave the front door wide open. Allowing the insect to enter the room. Next the shower. Awesome glass shower curtain, but the bathtub was very slippery. I almost fell and grab the handle on the glass (which was loose) and thought this is a lawsuit waiting to happen or worse if someone falls into all that glass. Over all, a decent place for the price if you can over look the insects and take great care while in the shower.
Had a wonderful experience. Room, bed, and pillows were comfortable and clean. Had a good meal in the restaurant and the gift shop was a special treat. Lovely decor, especially the Christmas decorations.

The place is beautiful. The young lady at the front desk didnt even look at my reservation. Was rude, gave me the wrong room didnt verify anything. Reserved a king bed got two double beds, there was food on the floor and counter from a prior stay, we thought they were bugs at first . They get three because the other lady (long dark hair and glasses) made it right and like I said the place is beautiful!

I had my service dog with me, yet my room was quite clean and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and great for walking Lulu. They also had an enclosed pet yard. The room service food was very good. The gift shop has 75 cent ice cream cones. But they didnt charge me for mine.
Restaurant touted on maps as upscale. We pulled into driveway and parking area but no signs directing to restaurant. Drove completely around all room areas trying to find an upscale restaurant and around the gas station/ convenience store. Finally, we parked finding a vacant handicapped spot near what seemed to be the registration area and definitely the area to return golf carts as they were dashing out and out and about. The parking lot was not very full so was not too difficult dodge them. Having parked near registration entrance in the nearest handicapped spot, we walked in about 50 feet, to find very clean and elaborate bathrooms! Eventually we determined the restaurant was closed. It was truly nice to visit the clean restrooms but we would have appreciated some kind of notification of location of restaurant and its current status. We will call in the future to ascertain what services are available if we absolutely need to stop at a Little America.
This is a cool little resort. I have never seen a place like it. There are several here in the plain states. Have everything you need, golf restaurant, convenience store. Food could use a boost but all and all a great stop on a long journey.
Came back and stayed after 35 years. An overall pleasant experience. Rooms are dated but I was satisfied. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hope to revisit sooner!

This is a great classic and upscale location... prices are very reasonable!... not what you would expect if you drive by... (you have to step inside to appreciate it)Many locals have their business meetings here..Although the buildings are not new, they are very well maintained and look and feel great...Fabulous restaurant with the best Sunday brunch in the area!
Not the same place as when I worked there in the 70s, just caters to conventions..Hotel slightly run down, banquet areas are nice. The big restaurant is gone.
We went for our 7th wedding anniversary. We had the bed&breakfast package. The staff was so nice, the vibe was inviting, the steak was so tender you could cut it with a butter knife and cooked just right. The room was beautiful, enjoyed the private patio. We will definitely be back again one night was not enough. The only recommendation I have is to have some adult only hours at the pool and extend the hours to 10pm. There were to many people in the pool to be comfortable.

Great front desk staff. Nice room. We liked that we could sit outside our room and enjoy the view.Disappointed in Little America for abandoning their western history theme. Now its nothing special. Just another hotel. It once was a destination for all travelers in the area. It was special. Not any more. Sad and disappointing.

4 not five why ? Well they still havent started their bakery back up so no rolls or deserts the food is as always delicious and fresh tasting no sour cream for the baked potato and the price is on the higher side but not out of the world its a beautiful place the staff are always friendly and helpful. It has been around for many years. I Had. The surf and turf and a Coffee 39.22 without tip. I am a strong eater and cleared the Plate but was by no means disappointed or left wanting more or less than a dessert they did offer soft serve ice cream.
Im a CDL driver. I fueled there and then showered. Has limited parking for bid rigs but still enough. Showers were nice and clean along with towels. Clerk was nice, friendly and informative. Shall return.
This place is real elegant but it gives me “The Shining” vibes. Walking into the empty ballrooms give you a creepy feeling.
It is the most unique setup for a hotel I have seen. There is a main building and than separate buildings they call lodges. The ground levels had a little deck with chairs and the lodges circled around the large pool. The decor is lovely. Megan was so friendly and attentive serving a delicious egg Benedict my way with scrambled eggs and bacon. The grounds were wonderful to stroll and see ducks, swans and a bunny. Very relaxing atmosphere it reminds of the luxury hotels of yesteryear. Very clean and accommodating.

Though in a small town, this resort stands amazing by itself. We had a conference at their beautiful ballrooms, decorated in a Victorian gold style. The rooms are huge and have nice golf course views. The only complaint is the room service, they often come really late or not come if not requested. But in general it’s a jewel in a small town.
It was very clean, clerk was nice, polite and helpful. Prices were reasonable and they did a great job with having sanitizer for us at all points of contact.

I only visited the exterior--i have driven by but have never stopped. It is a very large complex with ample parking. The grounds are lovely--with walking paths which were a welcome break from a long drive
Quiet. Clean. Well maintained. Service was a little slow but friendly. Excellent booking agent. Pool too much chlorine never towels in rack but water is warm. We enjoyed our stay.
From the billboards, we expected a large place...a bit of bait and switch. The gas station was first, and it was regular sized. What the billboards advertised was 79 cents ice cream cones. The ice cream is located in the resort gift shop.
Food service was miserable. Waited an hour (no exaggeration) for a grilled cheese and scrambled eggs. Service was lukewarm at best. Room was fine but food service ruined our impression.

Positive: Space Negative: They used flat sheets for bottom sheets, would not stay on bed. No coffee pot in room. No elevator, my disabled husband had to carry luggage upstairs.
I had read other reviews about the place being a but overpriced and boy were they right. When we arrived, the tub in the bathroom was filthy; it had a grimmy water level line that would simply wipe away had anyone attempted to clean it but clearly no one did. There were also a few specs of blood in the tub I assume from a previous traveler. We called to have someone clean the room and waited for an hour and the people at the front desk made us clean the tub ourselves. This is just rediculous by all means. If I had the choice between a motel 6 and this place Id probably pick the motel 6 because it would at least be cheaper and likely with better service. There was also a used or stained towel presented as clean on the sink.
Started with a dirty door, stained furniture and carpet. The tiny refrigerator was broken. Dinner delivered to my room was just sad - two pieces of dry grilled chicken, green beans that had to be from a can and fries. When I finally just wanted to take a shower and go to bed, I found that not only did the water not drain as I was waiting for it to warm up, but when I pulled the knob to divert the water to the shower - water sprayed from all parts of the shower plumbing except the place it was suppose to!! I would not recommend this hotel!

Worst experience weve ever had here. No staff would wait on us. Almost an hour, we called the phone and complained. The manager came out and apologized, still was terrible service. No adjustment or anything. We were traveling and were not happy.
Positive: Just a very classy comfortable hotel. Negative: We did have trouble with the hot water pressure. I managed but my husband couldnt even have a shower. No hair dryer either.
Parking availability was terrible. Reasonable rate for room. Dated furnishings. Slight musty scent. Need plugging stations on both nightstands. I had to crawl on floor and strain and wriggle under nightstand to plug in cpap machine into extension cord under headboard.
No parking for trucks. ABF owns all the spots. No deli. They do have clean restrooms and give them 2 stars for that.
Ordered an omelet plate at the restaurant. The omelet arrived at the table cold, the bread was cold and hard. I have had tastier food at the Waffle House. The coke drinks tasted flat. The place was once a nice place to get away from Denver on a Sunday and enjoy the Wyoming hospitality. Not anymore.

Positive: It looked good visually in the lobby but rooms were a bit worn Negative: No coffee in room. TV had issues Restaurant and front desk staff were severely shorthanded. Food was not very good, chicken was over seasoned with lemon. Didnt get baked potato instead came with fries. Pasta with red sauce tasted like tomato paste.
Even though we had a beautiful wedding (because of the effort we put in and the people who came) I wouldnt recommend to anyone to have their wedding at Little America. We paid ALOT of money to have both our ceremony and reception there. Which is why everything was so upsetting. Youd think when you pay alot of money for something, it would be nice with little to no flaws. So heres a list of reasons I DO NOT RECOMMEND LITTLE AMERICA TO HOST YOUR WEDDING 1) It took MONTHS of communication and begging for them to let us come in and go over details with them. And even then, weeks to get them to reply to us. 2) Our wedding director, Heather Foster, told us that we could access the reception space the night before to decorate since there wasnt an event going on. So we did! We went in at 10 pm the night before to find everything for the wedding had been set up, but there were dirty trays left scattered around the room? Guess who ended up cleaning them up? We did! On top of that (not that this is a big deal but again, for the amount of money spent you think it wouldve been done) none of the linens had been steamed so everything was creased. 3) when we called Heather about the dirty trays and how we cleaned them up she then proceeded to tell us that was because they werent set up for our event yet (even though they were) and that we werent supposed to go in to decorate until 12pm the day of the wedding. We didnt have a wedding planner so it was all us to do the decorating. Who decorates 4 hours before their wedding when theyre supposed to be getting ready? And why lie and say it was dirty because we werent supposed to be in until noon when we were specifically told we could go in the night before? 4) Heather said she would be around the day of the wedding to make sure things ran smoothly. We didnt see her once. We were supposed to have golf carts ready for our grandparents, to take them down to the ceremony spot and we had to send my father in law to track some down because they had none ready for us. 5) Because Heather was no where to be found the banquet staff started serving dinner BEFORE the bride (me) and groom (my husband) were even in the room. So we had to stop taking pictures with our photographer and rush inside just so we could eat with our guests. 6) Plates per guest were roughly about $50 a piece. Steaks were overcooked and dry. Sauce was cold. And 7) even though we told them back in January of 2020 (we got married September of 2020) that we would need a honeymoon suite for the night of, they didnt book us one until the day before the wedding! Which means we didnt even get the room we wanted..... I know things like the linens and the rooms are trivial and could easily just be forgotten. But the fact is we paid almost 10k to have our wedding there. And things like the event coordinator (Heather) not even being there to make sure things were set up correctly or where they needed to be, or that dinner was cooked poorly, or the fact that dinner started without us being there, are big things when it comes to a wedding. Our wedding was beautiful because of us. And if we ever had to redo it, it would definitely NOT be at Little America.
We Loved are Stay and will stay again. Do not book with Expedia because they did not let me know there was a $30 deposit required from a card or $200 cash. you can only get a refund from Expedia if booked through them. So only book with the motel directly. The motel did help us and waved the deposit for us cause I was there for Surgery. Thank you very much Little America

Affordable place, efficient staff, and an excellent room. I only stayed for one night but I really appreciated how great it was, plus the gas station right there was super convenient so I could jump back on the road
Positive: I enjoyed the location of the hotel. Close to the interstate and downtown, plus there is a gas station on the property making it easy to fill up on the go. Negative: The walls were a little thin, maybe this is because my room could be used in conjunction with joining room, but I could hear the man next me clear his throat every 30 seconds for hours until he and his wife went to bed.
Positive: Very nice resort feeling experience, comfortable rooms, lounge and the golf course looked great and very well taken care of even though it was very windy we didnâ€t take our clubs out of the car. I walked every morning within the resort footprint. Negative: I was not happy with the unfitted bottom sheet.

Absolutely nothing like the pics on website. $200 for two queen beds.... Smells like an old lady motel, dirty windows and stained sitting chairs, No coffee maker , no glasses, no amenities due to COVID!! Room service has 13 items to choose from. Lets not forget absolutely no parking for our lodge, had to park at a different lodge and walk to our room.

Negative: The room was dirty. When entering their was a lot of dirt on the porch entryway. Someone before us spilled a red drink al over the carpet and it was on the bathroom vanity as well. The carpet had not been vacuumed in some time.

Negative: All the COVID-19 restrictions and preparations can make the very best of hotels seem unfriendly and awkward ... no fault of Little America. It was really irritating to me that the ironing board and iron were removed (presumably because of COVID-19).

Positive: I enjoyed the location being close to downtown and having a gas station on the premises. Plus, it had a fun gift shop to peruse. Bed sheets also felt very clean. Negative: There is no elevator if you have a room in the second floor and my room was a tad on the hot side, even though the thermostat was on the lowest setting. The bathroom counter could also be cleaner. Toothpaste stains makes me think it was not cleaned.
A place that actually cares. What better compliment is there. Thank you Bradley Cannon. He took a problem and turned it around. This is a beautiful resort. An oasis in the middle of gods country.

The rooms are a little out-dated, but pretty clean. The pool is the largest outdoor pool in Cheyenne and is heated.
I am disappointed. I’ve been road tripping across America, staying at high rated hotels. The photos available online or not representative of how tired and dated this hotel is. My room is stuck in the 80s.

We had to stay here for work for almost 3 weeks. It’s a beautiful location and grounds. Our room was clean, big, quiet and the bathroom was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place.

Positive: It was roomy and quiet and just off the interstate . Very comfortable bed . Negative: I was told,Due to the Covid virus, there was only a small portion of toilet paper in the room. We had to track down a maid on the lower floor to get another roll of toilet paper. Other than that, the room was fine.
This place was obviously built on the premise of lets do everything first class.They dont build lodging facilities like this anymore unless its a boutique hotel in a big city. Food, especially the buffets, are outstanding as well. This is all punctuated with a great bang for the buck. We went there just to watch the Super Bowl on a 55 TV. Wonderful experience!

My brother stayed here for the night and I met him for breakfast. It was awkward to order prior to entering (COVID) but that did allow us more time to visit with out the interruptions of waitress with drink orders then back again for food order. Atmosphere was quiet, clean, and the food hit the spot. I would go back.
