Have enjoyed rocky horror here the last 3 years and it has been a blast all 3 years. A really neat historical building in the heart of downtown cheyenne
For the 42yrs that Ive lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Ive never been to the Atlas Theater. There is a local movie company that is having an amazing festival, this weekend. Friday October 2nd to Sunday October 4th. Films, comedy, horror, laughs and special guest appearances like Bobby Phillips. The local film company is The Midnight West film company. Check out some of their films. Full of horror, gore, blood, and comedy. Check them out. Bobby is one of Cheyennes very talented musicians. If you ever get a chance to catch one of his shows, you should. Very talented. The Theater itself is definitely something from the past. With its history and historical value. There are ghost tours at night. You visit the second and third floors of the building. You take your own life into your hands as you tour the old building that is in need of repairs badly. Check it out, worth the few bucks. Overall experience was a 10. 1 out of 10. 10 being awesome and 1 being no good. Its a great time and experience.
Great job profit theater. Support local Arts!
A fun historical theater. They put on great shows and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
It was a nice afternoon. The play was good and the people working were very welcoming.
We did the old fashioned melodrama,, and had a blast... the admission was a little bit higher than I expected about 15 dollars a person but the concessions were very cheap and good. They sell beer and drinks, popcorn. But all the money goes back into the historical building.. you should do it once at least.
Community. Arts. Welcoming people. Its the whole package. I came to see a great show, I ended up staying to volunteer.
Great dinner and show. Awesome atmosphere. Beautiful old building
Such a beautiful and crazy haunted building! I love this place so much!
I was highly disappointed in the Melodrama this year. The acting was no where near the quality it used to be. Snd the sound system was terrible. Could barely hear any of the script, except the boos and hisses from the crowd. Wont waste money on tickets again.
Great smaller theater, full service bar, welcoming staff
Went to the dinner theater for The Christmas Carol. Awesome!!
More fun than you can load on a truck. Great popcorn as well.
Our hosts told us how wonderful it was but as it was under extensive renovations were could not go inside. The exterior restoration and colours were fabulous. What a great way to capture the old culture of a historic city.
Lovely small venue. Saw a Christmas play and thoroughly enjoyed myself. They have a snack and drink bar with great offerings. The seats arent the most comfortable but the good far outweighs that small issue.
This is a beautiful location and I experienced a wedding here - what a special, unique venue in historic downtown Cheyenne!
The Cheyenne Little Theater players is a great organization! The architecture in the historic Atlas theater is amazing. The original tin ceiling is still in the lobby area. The place that are put on by the Cheyenne Little Theater players at the atlas theater in the Mary Godfrey contribute a great deal to the Cheyenne area. More people should go watch their plays and support this organization. The old fashioned melodrama is one of the highlights of Cheyenne Frontier Days.
Its a great place to see The Old-fashioned Melodrama during Cheyenne Frontier Days & along with other fun events all through the year.
Always have a good time there but setting is small in balcony
Loved the radio drama tonight! Great show!
Incredible talent graces this stage!!
It is so fancy in side
The melodrama is a great campy break from reality.
I have enjoyed FACE Vocal Group several times before tonight, however, listening to them at the Atlas was amazing...great sound! This was my favorite venue for these talented men so far.
Really cool little theater
So much fun! Lovely renovation.
Its just an amazing experience, no matter what brings you here.
Great place. Went to one of the melodrama shows. Super entertaining and funny. Loved the atmosphere. Loved seeing and learning about the history of the building.
Great atmosphere, and amazing Hospitality.
Beautifully restored both inside and out this magnificent building is currently home to the Cheyenne Melodrama which runs during Cheyenne Frontier Days (the last full week in July. The performances are presented by the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players. The theater can be rented out for private or public functions
Historical and fun to visit! I particularly like the melodrama!
Amazing, beautiful place & genuinely memorable experience!
The Atlas Theater is a Cheyenne gem! The shows there are quirky and fun. And if you want a feel of the old Western World of Cheyenne - this is the place to go.
Bought tickets from their ticket broker they double-booked my seat wasnt happy about that but the show was great.
Cheyenne Little Theater performance was AWESOME. However, so hot.....so VERY HOT upstairs.
Very nice historic building. I loved how warm and welcoming it was.

The Atlas theater is the home of the local melodrama during the summer. Great local plays with that audience participation.
Beautiful theater with a lot of opportunities of growth
Had a wonderful time. The play was so funny and a total delight.
Wonderful historic theatre with talented local theatre group who also hold some really fun comedy nights with out of town performers.
It was a hoot! If you are in Cheyenne you have to go.
We had a great time. The food was good and the entertainment great

My grandmother did ballet here back in the 1930s. Now, Im auditioning
I saw the Old Fashioned Melodrama here with my girlfriend, and it was awesome. The inside of the building looks like its straight out of a cowboy movie.
Decent place, I wish they had a snack bar.
Historic theater. I definitely recommend catching a show here!
We really enjoyed the melodrama.
Not good organization, very confusing on where to get tickets, 2 separate concession booths side by side. I feel I could walk in and grab a seat without anyone noticing. No announcements when you could be seated or where to even go.
Always loved this place CLTP always puts on a good show
