Was not happy with the seating. Went to buy tickets 6 seats available when the movie there are approximately 15 people in the theater. I wanted to bring 5 more family members but couldnt. There was plenty of space even with Covid distance. Not sure why the rest of the chairs were blocked on the screen

Its one of the best hang outs in Cheyenne. I also like the reward card you can get. The recliner seats are very comfortable. Its more expensive then the other movie theater in Cheyenne.

Super nice clean theater. We did the ARQ or whatever the acronym is movie and it was great! Comfy chairs that lean back and a huge screen. We were in the third row and it wasnt too close at all. Everyone was really nice.

Very COVID aware. Clean, friendly and well distanced. Really need a bathroom on the far end if thats where you are going to play kids movies.

By far I would go to say that this is the best theater that there is here in town.

Nice theatre. Its clean and the staff are friendly. The 65 ARQ screen is pretty cool. Currently showing a lot of older films due to the COVID situation.

Nice little theater. I saw a movie in their special theater (forgot the actual name) and the sound was amazing. You could actually feel the sounds. Comfy power reclining seats with cup holders. Very impressed.

Great theater. The seats are SO COMFY now. Its like watching a movie at home but way better. You can bring in a blanket and take off your shoes and get as comfy as you would like.

Always nice to have the theater to yourself, wish theyd give us the remote so we could have paused it for a smoke/bathroom break, lol.

Price for flash back movie is good. Price of concessions is outrageous. Over $4 for a small bottle of water. CFD is cheaper than that.

Big cozy chairs, great sound system, too. The only thing that got me was that there were only six of us watching the film. One of the other couples chose to sit right next to us. He didnt smell so nice. 40+ seats to pick from and there ya go.

Good customer service. I bought some tickets online that I ended up not being able to use and came in the day before to see what they could do for me. The manager couldnt refund me because I bought them from a third party web site. He did however exchange them for tickets I could use a few days later, and recommend using the theater site where would be able to get a refund.The ARQ theaters are awesome large reclining seats and amazing sound.

Went to see frozen 2 with my daughter. The seats were very comfortable, the sound was at a reasonable volume, and by proxy of seat reservation, we could sit where we had wanted to when we reserved the seating. What a pleasant way to spend New years day.

Been going to this theater for years, and was happy to have a place other than the mall to go see a movie. The reclining seats so much nicer than old seats!! Could only imagine how Jurassic Park would have been like in an ARQ theater. Like any theater concessions are pricey. Its almost like part of the charm... Not going to praise or bash staff as often when I go its younger high school students working. Could the two young men cleaning done better when we stepped in the theater room? Yes. Saw the manager catch some spots the two young men missed.

I had not been to a movie in quite some time. The atmosphere at Capitol is very nice. Snack bar is great. We sat in the theater with the recliners. They are so comfy! Sound is great. Picture quality is great. I really enjoyed it.

Super easy kiosk to print your online tickets. Overpriced concessions just like at every theater everywhere. They have the cool fountain drink dispenser you can customize your drink. Very comfortable recliner seats. Bathrooms at 930 in the morning not as clean as you would think/hope and kind of old toilet seats that were cracked and porous. Overall average theater experience.

We go to the Capitol Cinema at least 2 times a month. They have great prices and discount days. The food packages arent too bed priced , they also have frozen yogurt with alot of toppings, a indoor seating area . Reclining seat and expanding screen make it a great theater.

Great clean operation they got running here. Got our tickets and popcorn quickly. Theater was clean and the chairs were almost to comfortable.

Mr. Rogers Neighborhood is a VERY GOOD story. The theater has a comfortable temperature and electrically controlled recliner seats!! A nice evening and Monday is senior citizens night. $5.!!!

Ive never had an experience at a movie theater quite as good as I had here. I ordered the new Star Wars tickets online through Atom ( bad choice) and by the time I got to the theater I had lost the bar code and could not pull it back up on my phone. The manager Ben tried to pull up the tickets to no avail so I purchased them again with plans to take care of the refund after the movie. Ben went above and beyond and during the movie came and informed me he found my previous purchase and took my debit card and refunded me the initial purchase. Ben and his whole staff set an unprecedented example of what customer service should be. Thank you again for your commitment to your job and your customers. EXCELLENT JOB..

Great theatre experience. If you are excited to see a movie, I highly recommend you see it in the ARQ theatre! Its a really immersive experience and a fun place to catch a flick! Be careful of the reclining chairs though, many a good intentioned movie goer has fallen asleep in them, they are quite comfortable.

Awesome! That was the best thing that was done, to change up the seating. What more can you ask for than total comfort when watching a movie! The place is so clean, inside and out. And the popcorn hits the spot!! I would always go back.

Seats are comfortable, just wish numbers lined up with the seats better. Twice Ive had someone sitting in my seats because they read them the other way.

Great sound, decent prices, concession wasnt too expensive... The only issue I had was that the movie paused two times during the movie. That was a bit frustrating and distracting... But overall seems to be a great place.

Okay everything is fantastic, my only major criticism is that the popcorn tastes like plastic...if you get better popcorn youll run AMC out of business...untill they remodel. Nevertheless I would recommend to a fellow professor! HERE! HERE!

Super disappointing!!! Took the whole family to eat an early dinner at 3:30pm. There was no one in the restaurant but for some reason it took 20 mins for the waiter to acknowledge us and get us drinks. Then another 20 mins to order food. So 40 mins of twiddling our thumbs. We have ordered the nachos before to share and couldnt even finish them. This time there was a handful of chips that I finished by myself. I guess they are getting cheap. Then my daughter got her food before everyone else. The waiter even questioned it himself and made it seem like the rest would be out right away. 10 minutes later everyone else but me got their food. 15 minutes later AFTER everyone finished their food I received my burger. I am a vocal person so I made my displeasure known to the manager who claimed he would take care of it. Yeah he took care of it alright. He removed a measly $4 from my bill. I even reached out to the owners on fb took get the situation acknowledged and rectified but nothing.

By far the best movie theater in cheyenne! The employees were extremely helpful and the seating was comfortable. Overall great experience and would return back to this theater any time. The food was also good but it is on the pricey side. The movies are reasonably priced which makes up for the cost of the food.

Better environment then the mall. Both my kids and I enjoy this theater.

I really liked this theater and the prices were reasonable. I love the seating with reclinable comfy chairs. No one right in front of you to see over either. the only downside would be it was really hard to find. Even when it got there we didnt see a sign that said it was there. theres a big sign out on the highway though you just have to be able to follow through this alley between two big buildings and theres a big parking lot and to the east of the lot is the theater.

Remodeled with reclining seats. So comfy and doesnt make you feel crowded. Plenty of room for people to pass as you are stretched out. You can order tickets online. TONS of food choices and fun drink despenser. LOVE THIS THEATER!!!!

I love that I can buy my seats online and just walk in the door. Snack lines move fast. The seating is clean. And the gentleman who checks the tickets has been there forever. Its an amazing, updated theater experience with that home town feel.

This is my favorite movie theater. Last time I was there screen 2 was very hot, no A/C working. Looks like they fixed that issue. Best movie theater in town and possibly in the area.

Had so much fun with my sister! We went to a late showing of the new horror movie, Crawl, and we were the only in the theatre. The staff was very nice and the recliner chairs were super comfortable and well kept. Also huge concessions stand and pre booking available online!

This is a great little theater. They have recently renovated and put in recliner chairs. Now you get to feel like you are watching the movie from the comfort of your home! On Tuesday nights they have half price movies which is a real incentive to go every week. The concessions are a little on the expensive side so were taking off one star for that.

Had a great time watching the last Star Wars in the lap of luxury. Snacks are a bit expensive but the recliners made up for it.

Everyone is always very polite, the reclining seats are extremely comfortable (I have a bad back so thats saying something), the soda machines with multiple options and flavour add-ins are great, and the ability to purchase your tickets ahead of time while reserving an exact seat is incredibly convenient! I always highly recommend this theater.

It has great customer service. They treat their customers very well and they employ a variety of local teenagers that mostly have a great work ethic. The seats are always clean and fully functional

This is the only theater we will go to in town. Its definitely worth paying extra especially with the reserve seating, and reclining seats. Its usually pretty clean, and employees are friendly.

Nice theater. Very date night and family friendly. The lazy boy stadium seating is comfortable and homey. The screens are bigger than life, sounds systems are booming and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is very helpful and the food is typical movie fare... Pretty tasty. A great experience!

We go to the movies like 3 times a month here. We absolutely enjoy the reclining seats. The staff could be more friendly. I 100% do not recommend front row, unless you want to be nauseous and have a cramp in your neck. Food is always good, that is if they are not out of it. I wish you could use your free tickets online when making reservations.

This is my favorite movie house. I dont go any where else. And the remodel is fantastic.

Seats are phenomenal, allow drink refills, and the picture and sound are perfect.

They ran the vacuum during the movies which we could hear, the staff wasnt super friendly. The seats are nice, place was clean for having so much traffic and the quality of the movie and sound were good too.

It was so much fun and good service, picture, and food.

The theater was clean, and spacious but the movie volume was just way too loud. The food was pricy but delicious! I would return but I will definitely bring some ear plugs next time.
