Learned about Satin & Spice from a post by a friend right as I was searching for wedding night lingerie, and it was definitely fate! Because of covid, my search was limited to online, and I just couldnt find anything I liked and I didnt trust that the online stores would have accurate fitting info. Then I saw my friends post and recommendation. I ordered from all the way in Pennsylvania and received my order super quick, and it was perfect! The only thing that was done right was she was polite in asking for my husband to put his phone away. Otherwise she was very rude about another intown store and HOVERED around like she was anticipating us to do something wrong. The lady was abrasive and and rude. She hovered and made for a uncomfortable experience in general. And she talked bad about another place of business. Ive worked customer service before and even if you had bad feelings about another business you dont bad mouth them in front of customers. Period. It was inexcusable.

My friends and I were just walking around checking out the store since we were here for frontier days. She told one of the friends that we needed to get out of the store for being “too rough”. Don’t put your stuff on hangers and displays if you don’t want us to touch said things. Also, this is an incredibly expensive store for you could get on amazon for a 3rd of the price.
