This historic building near downtown Chesterton boasts a lively, active art community! Each month a new exhibit hangs on the walls, and each week new classes are run for art students of all ages! A great gem in NW Indiana!

A great local art gallery for local artists in the Duneland area. This is a really talented community and the Chesterton Art Center has been an important part of that for years, offering classes for artists of all size and displaying all kinds of art.Not a lot of parking, though.

My daughter has been taking art classes here for a few years now. I am so impressed with the childrens program. Ms. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and so great at working patiently with the children. They study a new artist each month and bring home multiple projects using a variety of media. It is worth it to purchase a family membership. You then get a discount on the art classes. Cookies and canvas events are something my daughter always looks forward to! Chris in the office is super kind and fun to see!
