Great place! Great location! Great price! I decided to use them for my daughter 12th Birthday party. The pricing was better than expected and the memories born from this event were priceless. Shout out to the staff though as it was only 2 people attending to numerous parties and other customers while we were there. They took care of us from start to finish. I highly recommend using them for your birthday parties.
Didnt not know they took over BrunswickAnd the difference is evident. Covid19 year and all if you gonna be open your equipment needs to function and not take 30 minutes to start your game. They only had the percentage of allowed people so not packed like accustomed too. Hate to say it but proper mask wearing and wearing at all times was not adhered!! Plus the way the ball set up is there should be sanitizer stations at each lane being used. Was not enforcing mask rule for people not eating or drinking.
So much fun and the employees added on more time to our game when there was an error with the pin set up! Pizza was good. I had a groupon but I would come back and pay full price. My only suggestion is to call ahead because we had to leave and come back a few hours later due to leagues using the lanes
Seems newly renovated, neat and clean place. Nice place for birth day parties, they have large array of bowling. Pizza quality was quite well.Overall value for money.

Good place for Childrens Birthdays. Kids can have fun playing Bowling and multiple games in games arcade. They serve pizzas, soft drinks and other food from their menu.
Fun location! Full of pep and charm, it has the attitude of a classic Brunswick bowling alley with the charm and features of a new and modern alley.I ordered their buffalo sandwich which was delicious (though perhaps not the healthiest item on their menu)The price is relatively cheap for such fantastic service and such a great experience. Overall, a definite reccomendation for anyone who wants to bowl in the St. Louis region.
Expensive and management is cheap and rude
We just got home from our first trip to this bowling alley since it changed from Brunswick to Bowlero. We were not overly impressed. The facility seemed understaffed. We had to wait at least 10-15 minutes to get checked in at the front desk - probably because there was only one employee working. Our lane malfunctioned several times, which messed up our scores. Each time this happened, I had to walk around and try to find an employee because no one came to assist us after we pushed the help button on our lane. The employees I found would come over and reset the lane. They never offered to move us to a new lane or anything for the inconvenience. I purchased some food and drinks and asked the employee to put the total on our tab (which we were told to do by the employee who checked us in) and he said he couldnt because he didnt know how. I had to run across the facility to get my purse so I could pay. After bowling a few games we went to the arcade with our 5 year old. The very first game we tried malfunctioned and once again I had to look around for an employee to help us. She restarted the game and acted like we were making up the fact that it didnt work. She didnt apologize or offer to reimburse the credits we lost. I took my daughter to the bathroom before we left. While I waited for her outside the stall, a male staff member entered the ladies room and instead of waiting for us to leave he proceeded to come in and check every stall and then walk out. I understand he was doing his job but I felt really uncomfortable. I wish I had said something!We spent over $80 in total and I felt like we got ripped off. I never had any issues before this bowling alley changed to Bowlero. I think management needs to give their employees more customer service training and they also need to make sure they are properly staffed before opening. Customers shouldnt have to look all over the place to find someone to help them. If we go back to this location I hope the service and facility maintenance is better.
Bowl in a league here. Was pretty great as Brunswick. Once Bowlero took over, fees went up and experience went downhill. The pin setters malfunction far more often than they ever have and at least half a dozen teams had to switch lanes one week due to issues. Service has gone downhill as well. As Brunswick, the server would visit the lanes early and often. The current server has visited our lane maybe 4 times in the 10 weeks we have been there this session. They replaced all of the tables with smaller tables, so there is far less room for 4 people to sit, let alone more. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel the rapid decline of this alley has warranted one. Save your money until management gets their act together (if they ever will). We wont be bowling in a league here again.
It is the same place to bowl when it was Brunswick Zone except that the inside renovated to the new name. You can tell it was Brunswick before but it has the same family feel to bowl with friends and family.
Good modern bowling alley. They do have specials, but otherwise it was $4.50 per game when si went. Only complaints was that I had a hard time finds a large finger ball and the reset machine misfired once, but overall a good experience
Nice staff. But we t there for a local event being hosted there, It was a lot of fun. But it was very sadly understaffed for the event. I know there is not a whole lot you can do to help that in a short period of time, especially if you have a group of 50 people coming in. It was a good time though. Good bowling lanes, decent drinks, great selection of food, dancing and a good selection in the arcade. Its fun for the whole family.
Attended a birthday party. Service was very poor. Waited 30 minutes for a hotdog, due to food allergies, and they alleged we never placed the order, but yet we had a receipt. Do not recommend for a party to chaotic

I went here for an office party. We had a great time. The lanes are nice, good ball selection, and now glitches. Mixed drinks werent great, but you cant go wrong with beer. We had a good time.
Came up here Saturday after a long week of work and theres a manager named Joe that works here- this guy goes out of his way to make every single person feel good. He is genuine and you can tell he is constantly putting so much loving energy into what he does. He loves helping people and it shows. Seeing him put a smile on kids faces and engaging with everyone around, youll want to come back!! I highly recommend the Zone and if you stop by, be sure and try to meet Joe!!!
We held our company spring fling here and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff went out of their way to make us feel special and make sure that we had everything that we needed!! The process was seamless and incredibly easy to setup and even easier on the day of, as their management was very hands on and had everything ready to go for us from the beginning to the end. Special thanks to Gretchen and Joe for the great evening!!
Great atmosphere, it’s nice that they dim the lights. The staff is very pleasant and helpful although I have had to wait about 5 minutes or so for someone to come to the front desk. A bell would Great helpful, but overall they are great.

Bowlero... Wow. Saying this place sucks would be an understatement. Bowlero is undoubtedly the WORST bowling alley i’ve ever stepped foot in, in my 28 years of life. from faulty machines, incredibly slow and incompetent workers, and over priced food and drink items. i would recommend the most easily entertained person to stay away from this garbage alley.

We are from the Illinois side and was invited for a Birthday. I called a couple days ahead to find prices and talked to Joe. He was wonderful on the phone. Last night we showed up early for our party and he remembered me calling and was completely welcoming. When it was time to bowl he was really helpful, funny and made our time amazing! Prices are on point and bathrooms are clean! The rest of the staff that had to deal with us was also fantastic! 10 out of 10 great time!

The whole experience of this bowling alley is great. However, the shoes they rent out are way too old and lost their slickness on the bottom. Its hard to bowl with such worn out shoes, I fell on my first throw because I wasnt anticipating having so much grip.Of course I could get my own shoes and the problem would be solved, but it wont be for the casual bowler.
Seriously the most fun weve had in a long time. The bumpers look a little worn and the touchscreens dont work but the staff is incredible and are more than happy to help. They really go above and beyond to make you feel like theyre happy youre there. Arcade games are really awesome too!

Fun and inexpensive bowling experience, good drinks and food. The staff rocks, and is super helpful. Only hangup is that you have maybe a 50-50 chance of having working bumpers on your lane; if you play with bumpers, let them know ahead of time

AMAZING place to bowl! The staff was outstanding. This place easily helped us set up an affordable event for Best Buddies (a group that supports making connections for people with all types of disabilities). The staff made sure our experience was above and beyond! From bowling to eating their food (pizza and drinks) everything was perfect! I would recommend for anyone to bowl here!
The woman and man with the long hair were great. We came in at night and were told we’d have about 45 mins to bowl. No problem! But then we encountered Dave. Dave seemed to be working on maintenance and was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He was rude to us and the other employees and he cut into our bowling time for about 20-25 mins to “clean” and do “maintenance” which could’ve and should’ve been done on other lanes while we were there. Very bad attitude and extremely rude.
Overall terrible experience. Purchased an event package that included drinks. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to get drink service and we were charged a $35 gratuity fee. I couldnt recommend this place any less. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Had my childs 8th birthday party here, the staff was amazing, Cindy the party host did a PHENOMENAL job keeping our food and party on track! Made mention of that to the manager. The manager on shift was excellent too (I dont remember his name) but surely made this event the best it could be. Everyone was super friendly and worked hard to make her party special and successful! We had ZERO issues and fun was had by all. We will definitely be back for more fun!!!
This place is an absolute joke. The lanes are never ready for League and they continually have issues with them. Management doesn’t care. Taking my money elsewhere.
Love the summer pass. I bought one for my 4yr old grandson and me and have been enjoying bowling 3 games nearly everyday!

This is the best managed bowling alley in St. Louis. The service is on-point, the staff is friendly, and it is always clearer than other bowling allies. The manager Joe Leisure is fantastic! He is so welcoming and inviting even to people who are new to bowling or not good bowlers. Well add Brunswick Zone Chesterfield to our regular date venues.

Fun bowling. Service great. Atmosphere cool & easy going. Food was pretty good. OTC food is always a little lacking anywhere, but they were so nice it made up for it. Need to upgrade a few things around the area. Lanes were great though.
The employees that work during the week HATE their job! Every birthday party we have here we have the best experience, they really do parties incredibly well! But EVERY other time we go it is RUDE RUDE RUDE employee after another. And almost $5 for a soda is ridiculous.
Small compared to the St. Charles location. Friendly staff, but understaffed, so the wait for lanes, shoes and especially food is long.
The staff here was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They take their business seriously and value their customers. The food is way better than I have ever had at a bowling alley. In fact it was better than most fast food. I strongly recommend bowling some frames, grabbing some grub, and enjoying some beers.

Insane prices! They are not friendly. Its no wonder bowling alleys are fading. I specifically told the guy that I hadnt bowled since I was as kid. An offer of help, some advise maybe, nope.

The general manager is disrespectful to staff and i saw her stealing money as a worker of this place id never work here again or would have worked here if i knew how she was behind the scenes she takes her personal problems out on you she tells you you dont do your job constantly i would not recommend going here with how high the prices are
I went with a summer camp. The bowling alley was very clean and a fun place to go. The staff was also awesome, even though we needed them to get our kids balls unstuck from the gutter about 50 times! I would love to take our camp back next year!

This place is nice but so unorganized, this is not the first time either...they claimed they had a 45 min wait while 10 lanes were totally open and not being used. So we decided to wait and just order a pizza and then told that we CANNOT because we didnt have a lane, REALLY!?!
This was a good place to go bowling, but like normal, I got a huge sticker shock. It cost $36 for two shoe rentals and two games each (4 games total). It seems expensive, but otherwise they were extremely accommodating. Id recommend this place, but be prepared for the price.
Good for groups & families. They have some arcade games & a decent menu/bar. Reasonable prices. Plenty of open lanes midday on weekends. Able to accommodate a confused group, like we had!
Absolutely the worst run bowling alley I have ever been to. Went on Saturday afternoon and there was MAYBE 2 people working. No wait staff, you have to walk to the bar to get your own food and drink, and it was at least a 20min wait every time. Dont come here.

Wow. I have been in bowling alleys for years and frequent many to this day. This is by far one of the worst!! Not only did everything start 45 minuwts later than we were told. The food came out cold and later and very little. The girl runnning the desk was extremely rude and unkempt she had the audacity to cut our lane off after being told we would be compensated for the late start and then had an attitude when our personal equipment was still in their return. It took another 20 minutes. And me having to return to the desk to ask again while she stood there and watched with a smirk on her face for her to loudly use profanity towards my family in front of children. This establishment will never see a dime from me. And i will make sure everyone knows how you will be treated!

This is a great bowling alley. The staff is very friendly and appreciative of the business. The alley is clean and well maintained. My only gripe is the scoring system feels a bit out of date, but it still worked well. We had a blast here, and I highly recommend this business.
Would have given it a 5, but had problem with one lane, which caused minor problem having to move to another lane. Employees where very helpful and responded to our needs. We had seven grade school age kids and all had a great time. No 300 games but we will definitely return.
Very rude, talk to customer disrespectfully! I watched them call the cops on a pregnant women just because she. ask the manager to stop yelling her! Their bathrooms are nasty. Could not even add bills up correctly!! Don’t go here it’s a waste of time!

Way overpriced! Beyond crazy. 4 games of bowling with pizza and drinks for 4 was almost $200. Pizza, and drinks took an hour to get. Guy running concessions apologized, and offered refund on pizza but then disappeared. Lanes were nice.
The bowling experience was enjoyable and very kid friendly. They had lane bumpers and ball ramps for my 3 year old. However, the food was over priced and the pizza was horrible. I spent $75.00 on food alone for 4 people and the kids hated the pizza. The drink refills were free though.
Nice bowling alley. The alcoholic drinks are not that great. They dont give you much alcohol in a mix drink especially for the price.

11.10.18 Stay away from their food! We were sick and the bathroom all night!! The alley wasnt clean and there was no hand soap in the restrooms. Its usually not bad like that. And they get you by charging shoes per games. Shoes should be a one time charge.
Great bowling alley and good service. I just wish they wouldnt stack everybody on top of each other when half the alley is empty.
We had a little bit of a wait but we were still had a lot of family fun. The place was busy and packed but the staff kept a very pleasant demeanor.
