My fried turkey club was awful. The sandwich was soggy, the bacon was soggy. I threw 1/2 of my sandwich away. I tried but couldnt eat it and basically wasted $6.50. This was the first fast food Ive had in about 2mos and was very disappointed

Came here for some kind of craft to play with a friend so we could entertain ourselves. We got ourselves some clay to sculpt with. Nobody in the store really ever spoke to us or seemed all that friendly. Checkout line was kinda long.

Looking for a 4x4 inch photo frame, could find only a basic, plastic frame. Was hoping for something in wood, but they had nothing. So, I settled for what they had available.

This is a large store with a great selection of any crafting materials you could need. The isles are clean, tidy, and well lit. Although the line at the register was a bit long, I was there at 7:00pm when they were a bit understaffed. They managed to move the line fairly quickly and the staff were friendly and professional! Always remember to check for online coupons, since they always have some sort of deal running! You can also ask at the register if they have any coupons and they will let you know of any and how to get them!

I love this place and Im a dude. Always come in here and I can usually pick up little stuff for my projects a good amount off spray paints for modelers. a good amount of stuff I pick up here I do my own jewelry making using quartz crystals I mine. They sell lots of wire wrap type jewelry stuff if youre into that more so than Jo-Anns. So much home decor and little craft projects to make your beautiful. I do recommend downloading the app I always come in and shop when they give me a 50% off of one item in the store coupon, well worth it for that one big item you were looking for. You can also on points on the app as well. I dont know who this Michael guy is but its a well-put-together store in the employees are pretty friendly.

When they have a significant sale on custom framing, this is a great deal. The selection of frames has always been adequate for the items I needed framed. The staff was very helpful siding selections or other recommendations. The digital process to see your art framed before you finalize the purchase us very helpful. Also good for checking the the size of the matt and the space from the artwork. The finished product is flawless and finished when promised.

Nice place but management here sucks! We had a simple question and the manager acted like we ruined her day by asking. She was making faces of disgust as she walk towards us, And that is definitely not the way you should be acting in customer service. Absolutely terrible experience.

Michaels carries a large variety of crafting items, but the prices are a bit ridiculous. I received a 60% off coupon (on a regularly priced product) so thought Id stop in since I hadnt been in years (and now remember why). Im casually looking through many aisles and notice how everything can be found elsewhere (same brand and all) for a fraction of the price. One example is the prismacolor colored pencils. These colored pencils are fantastic, high quality, for the artist or beginner. The set of 48 cost a whopping $90 here. I just purchased these exact colored pencils on Amazon for $22. Thats a horrendous price gouge. I also noticed how I couldnt find anything worth value that wasnt on sale. So the 60% off of one regularly priced item was very fictitious. Super lame!! Save your money and shop somewhere else! Seriously...

I like this location because its located in a plaza strip of stores that makes most my shopping trips convenient to knock out all my errands in one trip. The store is what youd expect, except I find that this location is much cleaner than many of Michaels. Its shelves are organized and kept tidy, even during and after big sales.

Over crowd shipping lanes, I hate the checkout lanes the most! Its a very hit or miss place anymore.

Waited in line to purchase items and to get my online pick up. First person didn’t know what to do so I had to wait for another worker who then told me they were going on a break so they cannot help. Third worker got my pick up order but then told me to go back around and get back in line for my other items. What??

Check out line so long I returned my items to the shelves.

Dont visit this frame shop if youre in a hurry. Long wait for counter service, and still havent been contacted by frame shop 18 days from date of the order. It was promised to me in 14 days, which I thought was a long time to wait. Tried to call, but their phone service keeps cutting me off. Go someplace where they know they have a greater appreciation for their customers.

Then, after finally finding my item, I went to the register to checkout only to find a line. There was 1 person checking out customers. This was a little frustrating!

The old dud there on Wednesday March 23 refused to let me in at 901 agree I just walked out of the store. I notest they did not apply my coupon to my eligibi item. Just send it must be on sale and shut the door in my face. Not shopping there any more!

Some of the employees seem a little overly angry, but others are nice enough. Pricey, but very good quality items, and a very wide selection, too!
