I lived there for 8 or 9 year right there in the back of the picture its a good place to live they need to replace some of the workers there but still a great place to live

I didnt actually go there, I was working nearby. Since Google maps still cant take that hint, you get five stars

Huge trailer park. Roads are a little confusing at times and the lot rent is a little high compared to other places Ive been in but its well maintained and clean. Nice place to live

I lived there for 10 years on glawsworthy drive the bus stops are close and close to stores clean and overall the best trailer park i have lived in i dont live there anymore but it was fun while i lived there

I have lived here for a long time and each passing day the owner of the mobile home park is treating people unfair and I would also like to say that that got up on ur property and took pictures to try to get us out the park but i can tell you something we are not going anywhere mr rick mobile home park supervisor

This is a great example of why a trailer park is a place you should not want to live.

I like it in here, the people seem to be really nice, I think it will be a little more better if I could speak Spanish.

Not sure why these people think that their residents would not understand the American Flag at half mast for the death of a past President.That was the managements excuse for the flag not being lowered.Hopefully all the residents are legal citizens of the USA and would want to honor their past president.God bless American!

Super nice people live here.

The only nice thing I can stay is its cheap to live here. But its so dirty, its has alot of crime. The police are always putting someone in jail. Which I say thank you for that, its unsafe and all the drugs in that neighborhood is crazy. Dont move here

Drove around seemed to be clean

Great place with good roads a decent community and has 2 kid parks. Has Comcast Xfinity internet and it can get a little slow sometimes, and there are shopping centers and jobs a few minutes walk from there

Towed a car Sunday morning at 6 am right after out was moved to curb so we could put my sleeping 3 yr old nephew in easier without waking, then the tow company was supposedly closed sun but they worked that morning, very stupid and inconvenienced not only me 10 year resident but really messed up allot for my brother, work and the babies bag and his telephone were put in the car when we pulled it up there too so it was a expensive nightmare....

Pedifile lives here and they are slum lords. We owned our trailer we told the park in numerous times that the runoff water was washing their land from up underneath our trailer they never cared are trailer one up snapping in 2 and we immediately got out from underneath it selling it to somebody that would tear it apart and rebuild it since the park did not want to hold up their end of the bargain what are you paying lot rent for?? They used to offer a pool a kid died in that pool so they shoved it in with dirt and covered it up in try to open a school on top of it theres the playground is on top of it as well so when you look at that playground with your children know that inches below your feet a little boy died

My family & I moved here in 2012. At that time, the mobile home park was actually nice & welcoming, hence the reason we moved here. Over the past years, this place has gone so far down that its converting into another Shady Hill. The management look sloppy & ignorant. One of the employees used to buy weed from our (old) neighbor & once tried to fight my husband. They raise the rent $16 a year with the same old letter stating that so they can maintain the park they have to raise the rent. The only thing they have done in the past year is repave the roads, but never replaced the speed bumps. People are flying through here at 40+ mph. They charge over $100 for water & trash. Also when they have to shut off the water for whatever reason, THEY DO NOT TELL YOU (AT LEAST SHADY HILL WARNS YOU). Now they have it where if you park on the road/sidewalk at night they have a tow truck come through & tow your vehicle & do not leave a note. I saw on many other reviews many were talking about the latino population here, referring to them as illegals. Not all of the latinos here are illegal & well they are human & need a place to live too. Their legal status shouldnt be any of your concern. In all honesty, if you move here, use this place as a stepping stone. Live here for as along as you need until you can move up to something better.

Kind of cleqn in the begining but needs some help

The park is very neat and clean from what I seen. The roads are well paved so you dont hit a ton of potholes and the people all seem friendly.

Went there with intention to rent. The manager was very nasty. The people who live there are not pleasant towards newcomers. I wouldnt rent and especially not buy there. They want way too much money/month to rent the land and trailer.

Upkeep is nice. Easy to find and convenient

Becoming run down Maintenance and management cant run the place have no Idea what they are doing its falling apart and looks like junk yard they get paid to do nothing all day its pathetic.

Not a great area, but not a terrible area. Drug activity with a lot of children living in the neighborhood.

GreenleighMobile Home Community is a wonderful neighborhood to dwell in.I have lived here since childhood.

I lived there for 16 years. at first it was great, The last 6 years of my residency were hell, the excessive water bills, the influx of Hispanics, un supervised kids in the street, sudden increase of crimes and police presence. I could keep going.

My family moved into greenleigh around 1990 , rent was 150.00 a month and the neighborhood was nice, went through several managers until we had one who really cleaned up the place and started up services for the kids there and she did an excellent job with the way things run, but as with everything she wasnt being treated with respect back the owners and so she left.I cant say i blamed her, too many things were being done(illegal residents SHOCK!!!!)No respect for anything or anyone( had a few who abided by the rules) others well lets just say FEAR FACTOR) and they ruled and probably still do.We lived there 18 years and saw too much that was wrong and the police practically lived there, they did the best they could. I started seeing homes going up for sale FAST.... so i put mine up and it sold in a week( thank god). I will say this... do your homework, look at all areas of the park even if your not moving to that part, look at how the homes yards are kept, NOTHING is as it appears anymore! Drug houses, sex offenders( too many) i could go on but im sure you will consider everything ive said. GOOD LUCK!
