The staff here are great. There are almost no fireworks at their locations between the 4th of July and sometime in October. If you want fireworks during this quarter, DONT waste your time and gas. Call and ask what aerials they have in stock-nothing. So, I would give them 4 stars, but for 4 months the have almost nothing on the shelves to sell. A competing company in Morrisville ALWAYS has stocked shelves and better deals and prices.

Nice fireworks establishment. I make a few trips there every year.my only complaint is that I wish they had more variety of bottle rocketssuch as screaming rattlers, silverfish, glitterous lights etc.also a nice addition would be to add the Black Cat brand to store inventory.4 stars overall

You have to register in order to buy and show your license which I like, they wont just sell to anyone. Been to a few phantoms and love them all. They are always buy one get one free and have specials and deals when you spend a certain amount, will be always going here for my fireworks.

Only place I get my fireworks from Phantom hands down the best place to purchase your fireworks what a place do you know where you can get buy one get one free not to mention during holidays and promotional times they have the best deals I will only go to one place like I said and thats Phantom Fireworks fourth of Julys Memorial Day any patriotic holiday or just any celebration if you want to go out with a bang go to Phantom.

Always go for the 4th and use the multiple fireworks coupons they send via mail, email and text. Make sure to grab someone knowledgeable to help pick whats the best option. We ended up with a manger at checkout and he was super helpful!

They legit had nothing - store was barren. Would never recommend this location it is small, completely empty.

It was very crowded when I was there and the shelves were almost bare, but I fee l their staff handled the crowd very well. They were patient and made sure I left with what I came there for. I would reccomend hiring more staff to keep up with demand..

Last week I spent 800 dollars on fireworks. I had the pamphlet for buy 1 get 2 free. Went back this weekend and couldnt honor it this time since I didnt have the pamphlet on me. So I went over to TNT and spent a 1000 dollars over there.

What a great experience! I walked in and was greeted by salesman F. Alice. After completing requisite paperwork I told him I had a budget but wasn’t sure what I wanted. The choices were never ending . I ended up under my budget with twice the quantity I had expected. Highly recommend Phantom Fireworks

I love fireworks. Enough said! But prices are on the high high end. When I was there (off season) they had a buy one get two more free. If it were not for that promo, I would have not spent a dime. A small 16 shot cake was priced at $32.00 actual worth $12.00. So three at $32.00 was OK price. Also store location . run from your car to front door of store and vice versa!

When I think of a absolutely essential place to go for fireworks I immediately think of phantom fireworks! They have great staff there that are incredibly knowledgable on their inventory and are always willing to listen to what your looking for and give their opinion if they have something better! Their deals are incredible, and they are always looking out for the customer! Ask for Adam when you get there, Absolutely great guy!

I was surprised at how big this location was. I was in there on the 4th and it was packed obviously. Still was a nice experience overall. I had fun chatting with the employees stocking the shelves and the officers that were there. The register lines moved fairly quickly despite how packed it was. I was in front of my cart at the register and made a small comment to the couple behind me about whether or not I could reach the stuff in the top of my cart and she helped me by handing me my stuff to put on the register. At the end I asked one of the officers near the exit if one could get me a water as I regretted not getting one on the way in. The one officer did. If I could give more stars I would. I had an enjoyable visit despite the packed store.

This place is a good place to get fireworks if its the only place you can get them. They have plenty of selections as well as lots of mortars. What I didnt like is how much they hike the prices up on them. I know they just became legal but God damn $200 for pack of 24 mortars is ridiculous when you can get them for 75$ at south of the border and other places. Overall staff were decent, some rude some nice.

Tons of great fireworks

Been going to Phantom fireworks for 20 years now seen the price double in the last few years offers they don’t have anymore being a premier customer gives you buy one get one free or 50% off still overpriced and now with the new 18% tax you were think phantom were lowered our prices or get better deals like the gas coupon and all around free fireworks all year I was there couple weeks ago so confusing ringing up the coupons I start out with $508 and end up with $815 worth $130 was tax keep that in mind fireworks are not cheap and the tax is ridiculous who’s pocket does that go in to want to keep me as a premier customer they better start lowering their prices it’s just too much but I guess if you want it you’ll pay for it and they know it !$$$$

I went into the store and wasnt greeted by anyone. Im looking at a few things and then was approached by a man with a stinky attitude rudely asking for my ID. Had fireworks but no packages

Buy 1 get 2 free of equal priced items, sounds pretty good until you realize the prices are $50 or more for 12 mortars or a fountain. Works out to be about $20 per item so keep that in mind when shopping. Otherwise, its a decent selection and variety.

The staff had no clue on how their on-line orders work and how to check inventory in their own store! Went in to get gender reveal fireworks for my party they sent me to their site and ordered and got a confirmation # - called the store they could not find the order, directed me to call corporate which I did - and the rep there said they do not accept orders under $250 and they were out of inventory completely! Needless to say I will not go to that store again.

Website says theyre open until 9 p.m. Drove 45 minutes to shop there only to find out they close at 5 p.m.

Offering to check my coupons and the things on my list before I even tried to buy anything to make sure it would work for the items I wanted. Then going in the back to get an item they didnt have on the floor that I had seen in the website...and finding it. They made me happy and are going to make my holiday awesome. Ill be back for the gender reveal shell in a few more weeks!

Plenty of stuff to get. I recommend looking at the website to actually see what the firework does. They have many (but not all) videos of what a peticulare firework does. Take the coupons and get a better deal...
