Only 4 stars because the bathroom was not the best. Gamblin was gr8 not because I won (well kinda) but they had social distancin and it felt more relaxed

Very clean lots of parking. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this casino and by the way I did win not much but a win is better than a loss. Keep up the good work hours I will be back. Five stars on the way.

The casino has made many changes and in my opinion, the games are rather confusing because they have multiple icons you have to focus on. It seems more for live entertainment then for gambling fun. Now that covid is upon us, the casino offers no drinking, unless its water and if you smoke, you have to go out on a balcony, away from the playing floor. I hadnt been there in over a year and the feeling I got from my experience yesterday is, I wont be going back any time soon. Even though I did win pretty good, I felt like That particular casino gives you Two choices, win or lose, but were Not offering anything else.

Top-shelf in every aspect of the facility you cant beat it Im not sure about Parx Casino as I have not been there in years I would say that they are slightly to moderately below Harrahs in Chester

I enjoyed taking in the Sun and watching the horse racing. Otherwise it was nice staff. The machines didnt end in my favor but oh well you win some and lose some.

I really dont want 2 put a rating on today. Harrahs cannot b blamed 4 a less than enjoyable experience. They r trying 2 operate under a lot new rules n regulations that put a social outing at a disadvantage. The staff is very friendly n helpful. Unfortunately I go 2 a casino 4 entertainment not just 2 hit the buttons on the machine. This u cannot have. Wearing a mask is horrible 4 me n I only have 2 wear it while Im there. The employees must wear it their whole shift. No beverage. No smoking. No social contact w other patrons. Just sit n push buttons. Ill wait n hope it improves but Im not holding my breath.

Really clean, a busy and careful sanitation staff, and courtesy bottled water. Overall, the atmosphere is stunning. Its never too hot or too cold inside, its juuust right. Definitely a recommend.

The vibe just didnt seem right there and they have removed alot of the things or closed them. Even the elevators didnt work, which didnt make sense when other casinos have them working. On the other hand they so have a good selection of games and ones not found other places. Check it out and have some fun. Hopefully things can get back to normal soon.

When i got to the lobby it smell like sewer. The casino looks sad and depressing. This is some shady people in there too. Dont go and waste you time there

DO NOT PLAY ONLINE! I put in a lot of money and didnt win but a few dollars. There gaming in borderline fraud. When I messaged them about fair gaming, they said its always fair. I said not when you are only winning a few cents to every hundred dollars. Ive played all the PA online casinos and this one is by far the worst. Just dont waste your money.

We had a great time. I am impressed with the amount of sanitizing stations that they have. In addition to that they also have every other machine down to practice social distancing.

Staff were very rude , few staff doesn’t even know the game and they try to play, Place is not so clean and tidy, they do temperature checks on entrance, They can do better covid practices . Face masks are mandatory. Ambience was good. I saw lot of slot machines being empty not much of crowd may be because of coivd.

5 star. It was a great experience and the dealers were great. Especially the young lady at the Hi Card Flush wearing the Phillies shirt today. She was great and very welcoming and luv to conversat . Enjoyed my time there.

I stayed at the hotel 8-16 to 8-19. I would not recommend this hotel/casino. My sisters room smelled of cat/dog urine. Although she got another room. They had the nerve to give that smelly room to another customer. I am sure they know the room smells. Remove the carpet and replace it or something. Also, my shower had black mold in crevice of the tiles and drained slow and flowed water onto the floor. No coffee pots, no internet and every day you smelled weed in the hallways. This hotel has a lot of children and the way people dress along with the weed. I thought I was in a strip club. Terrible!! In addition, slots are the worse I lost a lot of money. Also, although people are wearing mask. There is no social distancing being done. Restaurants are crowed with people waiting for food standing right next to each other. There are no plastic barriers on machines. Elevators are packed. I will never ever stay at this ghetto hotel again and would not recommend going to this establishment. Guess you get what you pay for. Never again!! Hard Rock or Borgata next time. Just pay for a better overall experience bottom line!

Slots here in my opinion are tight. But its a casino so I dont expect to win every time. Good luck all..Ill take my changes in AC from now on tho

This place has accommodations even during the pandemic the slots and tables are open 24 hrs. For the people that is looking for some fun or a place to get away. Have fun and dont forget to cashout and go home!

Casinos in general did not build their palaces with winnings... Only losing. While I do think the slots are more tight now since Covid, no one ever wins. If you do, you will go back the next day and lose it all. I am tired of loss... I will not return any time soon. Good luck to all of you.

They say every other machine. But in a row of 5 machines only 1 works. Definitely trying to make their money back. Dont here no jackpots going off having seen anyone with over 500. Smoking is outside or on the second floor. Has loss a lot of business. But they are giving out hot bottles of water.

The workers are great but they dont have much to work with. They advertise $5 table games but there are none. $15 was the minimum that I saw. It was warm in their too and the free water wasnt even on ice. Are you kidding me?

Its literally the worse place to go. I went when they opened back up and they still served at the bar which was nice. Then I returned tonight and they closed the bar down. People were just sitting at machines not playing. It was a depressing sight and a very bad vibe. I will not be returning I cant wait till Philly Casino Live opens and puts this place out of business. Bad place all the way around. Atlantic City is 100 times better even on a bad day.

Just got harassed by Jane the security lady at the door. Unwelcoming, unprofessional and clearly never had any training or purposefully choses to ignore and just plain disrespect customers. Either way she should not be the first person a customer interact with. I really hope this message gets picked up by the head of security team. I have been to many total rewards properties never had such an experience.

Very rude people who work there. The restrooms are dirty and stink. And the slots are often broken. Atlantic City is much more fun cleaner and friendly.

They do not have any plex glass seperating players. I walked in and walked out. Shame on you Harrahs for not caring about the protection of your customers.

For safety you get your temperature taken as walking in. Not all levels were open. If you need a new member card you have to go to the first floor because the main desks arent open yet, theyre not at full capacity. You must wear masks at all times also.

The Place is (In my Billy Crystal Voice) MARVELOUS.The Staff bends over backwards to make you feel @ home.. Gotta Love it.

Beautiful casino! And its the only one in the area! Your hotel should have a free shuttle to and from this casino. This place is huge! Lots of great restaurants and fast food restaurants inside as well. Be sure to join the rewards program so you can get a great coupon book with some great discounts inside. Beware of high minimums during all evenings!

Harrahs did not serve anything to drink.I usually enjoy myself there not so much at this time.Small crowd did get to play my favorite machines which was a plus.Hopefully next time will be better.

Came here to look around for 30 minutes as this is near the hotel I was staying in. No horse race at this time. Its a not so crowded place but the staff are very friendly in terms of directions. Hands up! The only thing I didnt like is the public transpo stop oitside the casino. Its not on time and inconvenient.

Great variety of games. Very smoking. Too much of THE ELEMENT hanging around for you to really relax and have a good time. Security spends more time trying to pick up women than doing their job. Dont go here alone.
