Great place. FYI, as of 6/27, they are not open despite Google saying they are. I drove to the facility and it says “closed until further notice.” When you call, it states they are open, but they are not — don’t waste your time right now. It is a good trampoline park, though!

Great place for just burning some energy or hosting birthday parties. They have lots of room to jump around, play Dodge ball and other games. There are multiple private party rooms as well.

My wife and I went with our 2 year old daughter, our friends and their two kids. We had never been to a trampoline park before and it being local, we decided to give it a shot. We went on a Sunday, which was very busy, but this place is so big, you couldn’t even really tell. It’s cheaper than other trampoline parks in the area too! We were so impressed that we decided to go again on a date night. We came around 7:45 and we were literally the only ones there. They were so sweet about accommodating us too, the manager and cashier really knew how to take care of their customers. We will definitely back in the future!

Very nice place. Never knew they were there until my son was invited to a Bday party there. He loved it. Definitely worth going if your looking for a place like this

Hands down best place to go jump. I have been to other places but this one is at the top of my list. The price is not bad and the snacks are nice. Its also clean and the staff are nice. I love at this place how they have a timer to tell how long is left and there is a sound that goes of to notify everybody.

Not happy I have reached out to jack the manager 7 times via email regarding our 150.00 deposit we put down for a birthday that was canceled due to Covid in April . She got back to my once stating she would call me to discuss and I never received a call or email back despite my numerous emails and posts on their Facebook page . 4/30 , 5-1 , 6/18 , 6/20 , 6/25 , 7/7 , 8/5 - all dates I emailed jack trying to reach out without a response back . Ridiculous that the owner would let this take place and not contact paying customers about the refund !

Just were there for a birthday party. Kids had fun and the parents lounge was a good place to hang while the kids went wild. There were no adult beverages in the parents lounge. Wouldnt hurt to have one while waiting. The massage chairs up in the parents lounge were good for my back though...

This place is a lot of fun and very clean. My daughter had her birthday party here and the kids had a great time. The adult lounge area upstairs is also a great bonus!

Would highly recommend Extreme Air - the facility is extremely clean and the staff is remarkably friendly. We had a family emergency the day before my daughters birthday party and Extreme Air was flexible, accommodating, and unexpectedly thoughtful. This is a great place for birthday parties or to just burn some energy for a couple hours. Thank you!!

Awful experience. The crew is extremely rude, and website said nothing about “toddler time.” We came an hour from our home just to find out that those little brat toddlers had to have a time just to jump for themselves! I am done with this place! They can be there ALL DAY, but we can’t!? Invest in your own trampoline, and you won’t have to pay those awful workers. This doesn’t deserve the one star that I gave it.

Went for Anna and Elsa day. Check in was a nightmare. One young kid working desk so of course no everyone got the full “1 hour” of jump time. Place is very small and boring compared to other places. Elsa was only there for last 5 minutes. Here’s why we will never return...we went to start jumping and were told we all needed to buy Extreme Air socks. So funny that they recognized a different shade. Literally the same brand and same pattern socks, but they wouldn’t allow it because we didn’t buy theirs. Anything to make a buck right?

Various types of bounce activities, nice bday party setup and a very friendly and polite staff. Slightly smaller and a more basic layout compared to other locations, bit still fun and the right price!

We attended a birthday party here. They have trampolines--of course--a zip line, basketball hoops and various other areas to play and jump. Staff was very attentive.

Terrible place the manager drew is very unprofessional, laughed at us as we tried to make a formal complaint about an employee, the place is small there are 4 other options locally that are much more professional and courteous plus more to do. I was especially taken back by the way management handled the issue he was punching his hand in a threatening manner and laughing at my party as we tried to voice our disappointment. I tried to talk to him myself but he was to aggressive in front of the children I had to walk away.

Great atmosphere for ages 5 to 12. Large but not so big and busy that you have trouble keeping track of your kids. Staff takes supervising seriously to assure the safety of the jumpers. There is a nice check in area, small arcade, and a top level lounge with a balcony just for parents that overlooks the facility. The decor is rustic like a ski lodge. Comfortable, safe, clean, and competitively priced. Location provides plenty of parking and easy access.

This place is super fun. Why the 3 stars? After you purchase the socks, you are at $40 for an hour.

We had my two year old grandsons birthday party there today. It was planned for Sunday, but due to the impending storm, we changed it to Saturday. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Ari and Nick were the people responsible for our party. We had a private room all set up and ready for us with a rolling rack for presents, shoes, etc. There was a coat rack in the room which was helpful.The room had a rolling table with drawers with all the supplies we needed.The kids and parents had fun jumping and the party was lots of fun. Ari and Nick stayed with us and helped serve, clean up messes, and anything else we needed. They helped us gather everything at the end and rolled it out to the car.I was impressed with their professionalism, and friendliness. It was a great experience. It was such a treat leaving all the mess behind and everyone had fun.

Planned a birthday party here and it was an over all wonderfully easy experience, they set up, served the food and cleaned up ! They also provide utensils, plates and cups. Our party host (cant remember his name) The price was great and the customer service was even better ! I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone.

Went for a 2 hour birthday party and between waiting in line to fill out the waiver and waiting in the birthday party line to get our wrist band we missed 45 minutes of the party. Then proceeded to take my daughter to see the Easter bunny. Mind you the waiver was already filled out and the tickets bought online and missed another 45 minutes of the 2 hour toddler time just to get out wristband.

My son and I had a blast, got a heck of an exercise too!

We visit extreme air atleast twice a month, great way for the kiddos to get some energy burned off when its not so nice outside. Everyone that works there is great with children.

Awesome place and have had a blast until this last time when I was told I couldn’t jump w/ my barely 3-year-old son on the large rectangular sections. I get the restriction of one kid on the small square trampolines for the sake of kids not colliding... but I don’t appreciate being told I can’t play w/ my kid on a large trampoline after signing a waiver.

Better in certain ways than Flight, but missing some other play areas that flight has like the block pit.

This place was awesome! There are many jump places where I live in New Jersey but all of them could take a note from this place is book. The adult rest area is awesome and it’s a pie so you can sit on the outside edge of it and watch your kids play without worrying. It’s awesome!

Employee was grouchy and very unpleasant at check in, it was 11:30am, we were late, our start time was 11am. They told us to leave at 12pm. I asked shouldn’t be 1h long? She said pricing was different from 12pm so im thinking why she didn’t tell us in the first place that we had left only 30min, and maybe I could have left it right away and get my money back.

My grandchildren absolutely LOVE EXTREME AIR .The two boys love meeting new kids and playing dodgeball with them.My little granddaughter just loves to jump up and down on the trampolines! The greatest experience is seeing the big smiles on each of their faces.And.......they are getting healthy Exercise in at the same time! The building is brand new and beautiful and the entire staff led by Jack are wonderful .Special shout out to Frank E . . .You Dog You ! ! I Highly recommend EXTREME AIR ! ! !

Had my sons 8th birthday here. Absolutely fantastic. They did everything, even set up the room!

When I was using the vending machine, put in the money and pressed the button. It took my money never gave it back. When I confronted to the front desk, I asked her about it, she started giggling to her co worker. They called the maintenance. He was polite and gave me my drink.

We took our twins here for their 11th Birthday. They had a BLAST! The place is huge & has so much to do. We spent 4 hours here. I was exhausted just watching. They have a seating area with massage chairs (that i took advantage of) also a cafe area.Really cool place to take the kids for the cold winter days.

Recently opened, this is a conveniently located trampoline facility that has plenty of space for kids to jump and get active. A nice wide open layout with varied activities, with a nice and comfy lounge area for parents that conveniently overlooks the main jumping area. A nice little snack bar and a friendly and helpful staff. My daughter loved it. Highly recommended playplace for kids.

The kids had fun but the park was way too small. Trampolines are roughly 5x5s pieced together poorly. The large distance between trampolines make it more dangerous than other parks with larger trampolines. Solid ideas but poor execution. Flight Fit N Fun in New Britain is 1000x better.

Very nice, new facility. The adult lounge up top allows you a good view of your kids as they do their thang -- the couches and massage chairs are a nice touch!

Extremely clean, super helpful staff, and excellent lighting.My family and I came here as a large group. We got a party room and everything was beautifully lit. While the computers did give us problems, the staff were quick to help us and set the room up for us. The trampoline room was massive with many things to do for all ages. The staff here was very nice in explaining the do and do nots when mistakes were made. My niece who is very young kept following others on the same trampoline in the grid section, and the Trampoline Manager kindly walked up to her and explained the rules.

The place is small but fun and cuteonly the staff in the front are friendly with smiles. The staff that interact with the kids are mean and their faces are frowned up. The snacks are a good size and good priced.

I don’t suggest having your child’s birthday here, they give you two hours, aside from the time it takes to fill out a waiver and get settled in an hour goes by. Worst part is they don’t tell you that once kids eat they are not allowed to go back into the jump rooms, i was livid, the kids got to jump for about 15-20 min, for half an hour our kids had to sit in the party room and do nothing. The party host that attended us looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Overall i would not host a party here. Money wasted.

Smh. No space to freaking jump.. paid over $65.00 $20 per person + TAX. My sons only 6. We barely got to enjoy the trampolines.. its ridiculous.

Fun place close to home. At 11am two employees are burrrrrnt ouuuuut! Higher than the kids jumping around. Not a good look.

Kids there were swearing at us and hitting us so we told one of the people who worjed there and she said well if you dont want to get hit get out.

Not much to do but it was fun and my kids were exhausted after.

Had a great time, brought my son and nephews. Not crowded which is great for the little ones. Staff was nice but not enough of them on. Took me 30 mins to pay and get in as one poor girl was left at the register to deal two large groups of excited pre teens. Also not a fan of having to wear their sock, my son and I go to these parks often and we have our own specialty socks which are way better, but they want the extra $2???? Very silly.

Went here and loved it! Great staff (especially Jack) and quick service caused for epic fun. Parents lounge in the trampoline area with free wifi creates an easy and relaxing experience for parents. I personally loved the vibrant colors and will be going here very frequently!

Its a good place for the first time going but too pricey!

After paying all that money my kids didn’t get to jump much. They have a very limited amount of trampolines and allow WAY TOO MANY jumpers in. There is no line or system to get a turn on the trampolines so if your kid is not crazy aggressive and willing to shove other kids out of the way, then your kid never gets a turn.

Love this place!! They keep it so clean and it’s so different than all the other trampoline parks. The staff is great too!

I’ve been to many trampoline parks in this state and this is by far the worst. They force you to buy their socks even if you already have socks from a different park. They are literally the same thing. I could have let this go but this is by far the smallest park I’ve been to in the state and the most expensive. Over $44 for 1 adult & 1 Child to jump for an hour. I will be going back to Launch in Hartford next time...

They have DODGEBALL FOR ADULTS!!! That says it all right there.

Best trampoline park near me ( used to go to skyzone) and there is so much more to do here: air bag jump, basketball, trampolines, dodgeball, and rock wall climbing. And it is easy to see from traffic.

We attended our nephew’s bday party here on July 8th and decided that we would have our son, Evan’s, party here on July 28th. The entire process was as smooth as can be, and the staff was great. A HUGE thank you to ARIELLE, our party host, and G, the manager, for a wonderful experience! They were warm, accommodating and super nice! I highly recommend Extreme Air for a flawless, stress free party!

My son attended a bday party there and within 15mins an adult playing dodgeball fell and broke my sons leg in 2 places! I know accidents happen but adults should not be allowed in with children. He’s 7. All the other parks we have attended have split into sizes. There was hardly any staff present and none monitoring the areas. Will never be going there again!

This place is great and I love it

I witnessed someone be very irate, rude and yell at one of the employees there and management did nothing to intervene. I don’t think some of the managers there are qualified at all to be in charge of employees. It seemed like some employees there were under the influence of something and were not sober enough to be around kids by any means. Very disappointed.

Extreme air is much smaller and more expensive the Flight in New Britain, staff member was slightly rude to me and my friends. Would not suggest spending your money here just go to Flight instead.
