The Cherry Hill one was very disappointing. Hole in the wall, fireplace with no fireplace tools, comforter smelled strange and had old stains, tv channels were glitching, no pressure to the hot tub jets and some didnt work, room smelled moldy and had very unfinished parts. But the shower is wonderful, bed was comfy. Originally booked 2 nights, checked out early.
You can tell it was newly renovated. Very comfy, the aesthetic is beautiful. Great lighting. The jacuzzi is nice, and the bathroom set up is very nice. I slept well and really enjoyed my night. I love how the suites are set off from each other, it guarantees privacy. I would stay here again.And the pricing is reasonable for what the suite offers
I am very unhappy with this place. I check online to see if they have a room available. The website said it had one left. So I book and paid for it. I get a call a few minutes later saying they dont have the room, and that I have two choices. One I can upgrade to the honeymoon suite which is $40 more, or I can cancel. So I ask why should I pay more for your mistake? He says its not my mistake, its the computers mistake, so dont get mad at me. So I tell him you can cancel the order and he he hung up on me. Very rude. Instead of this man trying to make it right with me and say, sorry sir for the inconvenience. Let me take care of this and upgrade you myself no extra charge. I would of been happy with that and he would of gotten 5 stars from me. But they didnt. If the manager would like for me to change it he can give me a call. Thank You
This was my Husband and I first time getting a Room at this Inn Of The Dove location (NJ). Everything as clean and neat (we got a room with a Jacuzzi in the back of the bed & mirrors on the ceiling). They had a mini fridge & microwave. We enjoyed ourselves. Only issue we had was contacting front desk (va phone) when needing assistance. Literally had to go to the office to get assistance. Other then that no issues. Very peaceful weekend for my Husband bday.
Staff came into our room, withOUT a mask, and harassed my boyfriend and I by accusing of having more than just us staying here because someone else mistakenly ordered a GrubHub to our room. This was extremely unprofessional. Not only did he threaten to call the police on us when there was blatantly no one else in our room but he also was not following CDC guidelines, compromising our safety. Very displeased. Paid money for our stay did not get appropriate service. If I get Covid from this, I will sue without a doubt. This was outrageous.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever seen across all my hotel stay , they got jacuzzi rooms . Rooms for anniversary and birthday for spouses Honeymoon suites , had a king bed with private pool in room , decorated like expensive honeymoon resort experience, I see lot of people coming from Philadelphia with their spouses to have intimate moments in jacuzzi, I had smoking room where I can smoke in room and also jacuzzi . 5 star experience, I recommend this hotel to everyone
I did like the layout of the room kind of like a cottage nice setup inside but did not like the smell of the room (smelled like mildew/mold) had to spray the room down with my own cleaning supplies. Sheets were filthy, refrigerator was full of mold you definitely can smell it. Also saw a roach crawling up the wall. Will not go back but truly feel if they really took better care of the place and gave it a deep cleaning it would be much much better because it is a beautiful place just not clean at all.
No complaints. Bed was comfy. The couples shower was nice and had two shower heads. Jacuzzi was really relaxing. And the room was clean.
After the horrible stay at the Bensalem Location the previous night.This was my Husband and I first stay here. I must say I really enjoyed my stay!Staff was friendly, & accommodating.Were currently trying to make reservations for the Pool Suite.
First off the staff was nothing short of perfect, incredibly accommodating, and friendly. The king size bed was comfy, the room was great and loved the jacuzzi. It was a great place for my wife and I to stay. I would definitely come back for another romantic weekend.

Booked a non-smoking room was given a smoking room. Huge crack in the mirror hot tub filthy there were burn holes in the blanket huge burn hole in the carpet. The nicest part of the room was the bathroom still had to clean that before I could use it.
Fine until I saw a bed bug under the covers. Told staff. He says he doesn’t see anything. So he offered another room. But I just wanted my money back which I never got. Had to leave 1am
BEDBUGSMe and my boyfriend have multiple bite marks on our bodies !! We found a bed bug on our pillow at 1 in the morning. I felt disgusted!! They were very unprofessional and disrespectful! They didn’t wanna give me a refund ignored my calls and i never seen or spoke to a manager!!This place needs to be shut down for extermination because people come here and spend money just to leave at 1 in the morning. Then try to avoid giving back a refund. I highly recommend no one go here. Very deceiving and very disappointing !
Nice big jacuzzi in our room with plenty of space for 2:) each suite is its own little building which is cool for privacy. Well cleaned and gave extra pillows upon request.

The room was dirty! The jacuzzi,the refrigerator, under the cabinet. The spread, the carpet. I informed Young woman at the front desk, but she did not resolve the problem. I will not visit that establishment again. There or Bensalem. Also, the ice bucket was missing from the room, and the sheets were dirty. I also could not look at tv after 1pm without a code.

Cute little place. Suite 130 is absolute awesome. The bed is round and you have your own personal little pool. Shower is nice and big. Nice area.

Place was reasonably clean, well stocked with amenities, private, and a great place for a romantic getaway. Check in could have been a little bit smoother, especially annoying was the $100 deposit. Really enjoy the jacuzzi and the showers, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Do Not rent the Dove Pool Room!!!!! Room is very dirty, carpet was filthy, the pool needs to be refinished paint chipping. And the bed looks like they found it at a dump site. The hot tub was dirty and when I turned it on it looked like bugs came out of the nozzles

This place is a scam. They took 100 dollars off my card, lied and said it would be refunded 7 business days it takes. Well its been over 7 days and my bank informed me there was no refund never will I go again and Im gonna file a complaint with bbb

Horrific. Stayed there about a week ago. 1 bag of chips, no breakfast offered, had to fix the hot tub myself, and now I got charged again for a night I didnt stay!!! Also the radio didnt work and had to pay extra to watch TV. I will never return!!! Going to the feather nest inn for now on!!!

Don’t like that when putting out the “romantic fireplace” the alarm was so sensitive that it went off as we’re putting out the fire. The fire department came and had to shovel the rest of the remaining char out and suppress the smoke outside. Killed the romance but makes for an interesting story.
No stars!!!!! Got hotel through a third party under my name fiancee pays for it was told I had to pay more of a deposit. I declined he gave me my money back, puts money back on my fiancee card right away. I made another reservation same room cheaper price under fiancee card and name. Worker Lee took our money cause he was frustrated that ive gotten the same room at a cheaper price, now he doesnt want to give me my room or my money back. Calls the police, now he claims he cant give money back that the third party I went through has to. Lies! Lies! And more Lies! Terrible customer service!!! Lee! Just quit man.
I have to give this place a 1 star. I have not been here yet and tried to book a room on line. The web site did not allow me to book the dates requested, so I called the hotel to help with the booking. The Manager of the hotel was not very helpful and told me that the rates that I saw on the website was false and for the dates I selected, it was higher. I tried to resolve why I was being charged a different rate than what I saw on the website and he stated that is not our website...confusing! I was trying to celebrate a special occasion and came up disappointed...Find another romantic venue.

First of all, my room is updated, beautiful and clean. But there was absolutely no way that we could enjoy it because it was 35 degrees. My hands and feet literally felt like ice. The fireplace doesn’t work and there is no heat control In here. I am disappointed because the room is clean and gorgeous but the temperate made it feel like a late Fall night out in the middle of woods with no blanket. $320 later for two rooms and it felt like I was at a $10 campground with no warm gear. Sad :(Please fix this because your hotel is beautiful and a fun place to stay.

No tv service for the entirety of my stay. They didnt bother to tell me before I checked in. Because they wanted my $$. Was told they cant discount me. I should of known better, they were using baby monitors to communicate with you at the glass . Where you check in. Also, spooky cemetery across from it. Btw a couple was upset with them, for the jets not working in the spa tub. The staffer Lee, is a joke.
Found a. Eyelash in Jacuzzi jet... We had to ask them to turn the hot water up. Room was not stocked. We went before last Room was way better... We got the same kind of room but not the quality.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a HOTEL the sheets had burn holes in them, there was stains on the pillows, there was a broken mirror, and there were stains on the sheets, and the tub was surrounded by ANTS, also the fridge was so dirty yuck just a bad experience OVERALL and I called to ask about another room and they were completely BOOKED i ended up getting my own sheets out my car and putting them on the bed the BENSALEM location is wayyyyyyyyy better i will never RETURN to inn of the dove NJ
Hot tub was a bit small but nice for relaxing,big TV we can see from Jacuzzifront desk staff gave us extra fire log cause room very much cold even though heater was on 80There was coffee and fruits but no breakfastme and my fiance expected a smaller room but room was big with mini bar sure we will visit again Thanks

HORRIBLE is an UNDERSTATEMENT! We were there for less than an hour before getting attacked by bed bugs. Obviously I started looking around and not only found bed bugs and took pictures, I also found a post on a bed bug database that states a confirmed report made in 2017 by someone who stayed in the exact room we were in (107). The manager refused to refund any money so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. What a disgrace.
They wouldn’t give me my deposit money back because there was a drink that was spill by the jacuzzi, and they claim it was a damage, I’m like don’t you guys have housekeeper to clean the room for that? What does that have to do with damages and they was very unprofessional they hung up on me many times and they wouldn’t give me my money back don’t book this hotel if you don’t want your money to be stolen!!!!
The place is for summer not conducive for winter and theyll let you book and pay yet not advising if the set-up which I found to be misleading.They should advise people that youre booking a room with a private swimming pool for the $340 and the water is very cold above all and the reception ladys service is slow and very poor.

We liked the size of the room, The bed and the friendly greeting when we checked in. What turn me off was the Ice bucket was filthy, funny smell in the room, smoke alarm kept chirping in the middle of the night, showers floor looks moldy, water stain in the ceiling. Place has a lot of potential just need some over due maintenance.

Everything was great! Very clean, Room extremely spacious and shower and hot tub fits 2 easily. Nice large size t.v. with all major channels and sports package. And all this for a great nightly rate.
Disgusting. Dead bugs everywhere and semen stains on the comforter and chairs. No hot water coming out of the jacuzzis faucet, just cold. Sticky red stuff on the microwave buttons. The manager on duty argued with me when I told him there was dead bugs and grass on the floor. He said it must have blown in from outside... And its probably just a fly. Im currently battling for my refund. Please dont say here. It needs to be shut down for many reasons.

It was the worst room ever it was cold and the heat didnt work would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It was so cold due to hug gap in between the door.. We use the fire place that had no poker to control the fire the fire extinguisher was out dated has not been Inspected sent. The heat wouldnt go past 58 and we ask to move and they move me to a colder room. Never going back there again..

Room was cold, heat wouldnt go above 61, sauna did not work, tv did not work called the front desk at 901pm too ask them to come look at it all, be said i be right over waited til 9:35pm gathered my stuff and went for a refund, The man refused my entire refund at first, said he would just say i broke the sauna and that I should leave before he calls the cops, I said go ahead ..i took photos .. Ill show them as well and call the BBB and Health Department on them. And then suddenly I was given a full refund so in all beware of room 132!!! .. Honestly if i coulf rate it a 0 i would ... Just go too the feathers nest inn next door, even they provide free champaign and CUSTOMER SERVICE and breakfast

The jacuzzi are very nice and clean the bed is big but can use a lil pant job but one of my favorite spot I guess Im getting to use to it . Im there at least two maybe three time a month .

They don’t sell or offer wine or champagne! The hot tub was dirty! TV channels sucked. The hot water is cold and the cold is hot! Besides that the room was very nice!

Didnt even stay!!! The mirrors were horribly smeared and the mirror over the bed was missing a glass. On top of that there was a rubber stopper for the jacuzzi tub!! Guy at front desk just rude. He didnt even apologize for the room. All he did was give me my money back. Poor service!! Never recommend this place to anyone

Its a shame it cant be rated 0. Saved up for the pool suite. Water in the pool was so cold it was painful to be in. Jacuzzi tub had only two working jets. Romantic stay was totally ruined. Just a waste of time and money.In response to the owners comment - I feel as though to book here again would be like throwing more money away. If they really wanted to grow their business and make things right with their guests they would have offered me far more than just a casual invite back to their Inn. That being said I guess well just say its The END Of The Dove.
Charged me $240 said it was a go ey moon suite but was smaller than I had there before had no refrigerator and access unit was broken I have had in the past a in larger room and refrigerator and paid less much less
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are bed bugs in the room and the front desk or whatever he is absolutely does not care. He was completely indifferent and did not care to accommodate us at all. The only nice thing about this stay was the hot tub. The was also semen stains in the bed. Even though it was 29 degrees we could not get the room warm even though it was on heat? Just save your money and go elsewhere..

Ive been to the 1 in Bensalem & its a million times better than cherry hill... cherry hill actually uses the pictures from the Bensalem location to promote their website. Its under construction with hazardous materials all over the place, then when I get to the room half the lights dont work, there were burn marks on almost everything, u could see the plastic covered box spring (no bed skirts), the window had a thin blind that u can see in the room from angles, they didnt even have plastic champagne glasses that I went & bought a 6 pack of the champagne glasses for $1, no rose or chocolate on the bed nothing... now lets talk about the Jacuzzi jets full of old water scum and possibly old semen that I had to clean myself and when I went to the front desk with the towel I used to clean it out, the gm got an attitude and said its just old water strains... ummm that shouldve been cleaned out never going back & if u want a horrible experience or are a dirty person this the location for u
Its bigger then I expected. Bathroom seperates into a sink/mirror, a double shower with sliding doors, & a seperate toilet. Wish the fireplace has wood in it so we could have a fire. Hot tub is nice & bed is comfortable.

Wish I could go lower. The owner/manager were incredibly rude. Speaking in the native language so that my husband and I couldnt understand what they were saying. We reserved a room in NJ over the phone, letting them know we were using a gift certificate given to us by our son. When we arrived in NJ (live in central PA) they told us they couldnt accept the gift certificate (it was only valid for Inn where it was purchased) and wanted to charge us full price. We walked out. They didnt care at all.
The room lay out was nice and room was also clean and smelled nice. I had paid ahead of time for the birthday set up package and was told room would be set up before I came. When I arrived to check in my room was not set up at all. The guy at the front desk is not hospitable at all. When asking why my room wasn’t set up his reply was they didn’t have enough balloons so they didn’t do it. Then I was told my room would be setup the following day at 1pm. Now granted he offered to set the room up the ne t day but my husband’s birthday was the night we checked in not the following night. I would recommend anyone wanting to book with them book at one of their nicer locations.

The room seemed like a cheap motel room in a horror flick. Outside the rooms was under construction and had hazardous materials along side the parking area. The staff was horrible and unprofessional. The worst hotel experience I ever had. 4 thumbs down...they only get a half star from us. END OF THE DOVE in Cherry Hill sucks!!!!

Village motel and high prices. Misleading advert, highly priced its like a lodging place. , Hilton hotel price is much lesser than this place. They book you in a room with indoor pool in winter yet the water is cold. I found this as an irregular business practice.
