DO NOT RENT A PLACE HERE. TODD TARBERT WILL STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT. I JUST MOVED OUT 1 WEEK AGO. AND TODD IS CLAIMING THERES A LOT OF DAMAGE AND HES BLAMING ME. I CAUSED ZERO DAMAGE TO THAT PLACE. IT WAS CLEANER AND IN BETTER SHAPE THAN IT WAS WHEN I MOVED IN. TODD. RIPPED ME OFF $800. I been here 3 1/2 years cant wait to leave. Soap opera city... And this place is full of meth addicts. And their dealer lives on premises. And neither the landlord or the police will do anything about it.
