This park is a jewel, a precious stone. The views, the monumental perception of the Tobin Bridge, are breathtaking. People walking their dogs do not let you go before noticing you and your dog too. The amplitude of the sea and eventual presence of ships tells you that you are not a visitor but part of what you see. Give it a shot and come back to add your own review.

Okay, I love this park, its definitely a hidden gem. Its so big, and theres a lot of parking, benches, pavilion, playground, and tennis court. And of course the beautiful view of the bridge. Will be coming here whenever quarantine gets too stuffy.

Hidden gem in the city. Great place to cool down as the temperatures increased

Review №18

It was ok, kind of dirty (lots of litter) but the grass areas seem to be kept up. It had public bathrooms that were open and free parking. But there were some creeps hanging out in their cars, though. Its just a bit unsettling when someone pulls up and stares at people without getting out of the car.

Love this place, just an overall beautiful place to walk around. The only thing is the park there used to be for everyone one and they’ve changed it a few times over the years and now they limit it to just kids under 12 when it used to be for everyone before.

Stopped by Mary OMalley Park at Admiral Hill for the first time in a few years with my kiddos and fiance. Forgot how beautiful it is here. The playground is amazing. They even gave these large chimes you can make music with which I have never seen at any other park. The views are nice and just the whole area is beautiful. It used to be a place you didnt want to walk around but its gotten much safer. Regular daytime hours is fine to go but I dont recommend going at night, only because the area as beautiful as it is, is still not the best at times. There are still drug stuff going on and I wouldnt dare go alone as a female or let my kids walk too far ahead due to some of the sketchy people at times. I still think in the day time it is nice for families but still be wary.

I love Mary OMalley Park. This is a great place to spend an afternoon with a blanket and a book. This park features Tennis Courts, a play ground, public bathrooms, enough grassy areas to play soccer and lay a picnic blanket out along with shady places to keep cool. Its also right beside the Mystic River so you can walk the shoreline.
