The kids had fun at the birthday party but for a grandparent just off of knee surgery, the only place to sit is on low couches. A few simple chairs with armrests would make the place much more enjoyable for all.

Nice place to bring kids. However the furniture and couches were too old and dirty. People were good.

This is a great place for younger kids. A fantastic indoor slide. Bounce castle is large and clean. Friendly folks. Nice large party room on one end. Will be back.

The Loch Ness Playcenter was an awesome venue to host and celebrate our three year old sons birthday party. I really enjoyed that we had the entire playcenter for an hour so that all of my sons friends could play together. It was easy for parents to chat and keep an eye on their children as well as the center is square shaped and you can see the entire place wherever you are standing. The other real beauty of this place is the staff. They put a lot of effort into making sure our party guests felt comfortable, served food and offered seconds as plates were finished. The staff also took care of leading the happy birthday song, cutting cake, and helped wheel out birthday presents to the care. I really loved that I didnt have to worry about all the details and could enjoy playing with my son and talking to other parents.

My husband and I had been bringing our 3 boys for date night for over a year now. We wont be bringing them back which is too bad. We raised concerns with management about our sons run-ins with a difficult child. Those concerns went unanswered. We decided to give Loch Ness a second chance because our boys really did enjoy their time for the most part. Tonight was a final straw for us as our youngest (2 years old) slipped on standing water and sprained his ankle. This accident could have been easily avoided. The ultimate outcome is very disappointing. We can say there was a time when we felt confident leaving our kids in their care. We no longer feel like that. I have nothing good to say about them anymore.

This place is the best. I have taken my kids for drop in play and recently had my daughters 5th birthday party here. Erin was an amazing birthday party host and was so incredibly helpful through the event. I couldnt recommend this place more for kids birthday parties.

I absolutely love Loch Ness! Everyone is so inviting & friendly. It’s clean & full of fun! My husband & I went out for a date night & felt extremely comfortable leaving our son in their care. He is 4 yo & has cerebral palsy (he doesn’t walk). They were very accommodating :) I highly recommend Loch Ness!! Fiona is the sweetest as well as everyone I’ve ever encountered at their Chelmsford location. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great place for toddler. They can run around the whole place without getting hurt and feels free.

It was gross. I only went for a birthday party. People were walking around barefoot, no big deal, but the bathrooms werent exactly clean. So barefoot in a public restroom. The hostess was serving food with one of those small cheap brown napkins. No gloves? The hand sanitizer going in and out of the birthday room was either broken or empty. The place was a nasty germ factory. Dirty stained couches so no place to sit.

Loch Ness Playcenter is an amazing space for kids. My children have enjoyed the space to play and have benefited from the Enrichment Classes for a year now. Their Engineering program brings concepts to our children in a language they can understand and with hands on experiments! My kids love it and I feel that the instructors keep them very interested in learning.

Super affordable and flexible with scheduling. After trying for a barbeque birthday party for my son and getting rained out 3 times, I called loch Ness last minute and they were able to schedule my sons party and save the day.We had been there before and my son always loved it. The hostess was kind and took our decorations and helped set up, as well as cutting and serving cake. For a play center, they went above and beyond.The party room was clean, and the kids had a blast.We will definitely book again in the future.

The place is always clean. Lots of fun things for my son to play with (almost 3). They update toys periodically. Huge slide and bouncy and house! The owner is very nice and always goes out if her way to say hello. We love coming here!

Loch Ness is a great place to bring the young ones! Everyone who works there is extremely nice and friendly, and I highly recommend it to my friends younger children. Its a really clean environment, and there are plenty of toys and activities.

The blow up slides stairs were so warn my son could barely get footing to climb. Couches for parents are a black microfiber fabric covered in spit up stains and whatever else. Toys missing pieces, screw we found from the play structure on the floor, and the cashier was sucking in boogers every three seconds. Pretty gross and disappointing.

I am not happy with my recent experience with the hostess. When she was informed of an anphalactic latex allergy. She brushed it off and diminished the seriousness of the situation even after it was explained to her twice and by two different parents. Her advice was to walk away while latex balloon were being inflated because it bothers her too. Seriously!? This needs to be address promptly as it’s a huge safety concern. The most concerning is they hostess actions. Huge teaching moment is needed to be implemented here!

4 yr old and 8 yr old had good fun. Very good service and fun place for kids

Nice clean indoor play center. Plenty of parking. One nice big open space where you can relax and keep an eye out. They also offer other services, I highly recommend checking it out.

Had a great experience here for my daughters 2nd birthday. The owner who I spoke to on the phone was fabulous and the girl working on the day of the party was perfect! The private back party room was big and welcoming. Only downfall was that the party room has no sink. Will be returning!

Update- Our son that slipped and fell while in their care is going back to the doctor because he cant put pressure on his ankle. He cries every time we try to put him down. Also, our oldest son confirmed that the Adult supervisor was texting on her phone at the time when he fell. This is really disappointing and unacceptable .

I have to disagree with the last review- Lochness is a wonderful place that is clean and friendly. My son ( 2.5) and many of our friends & kid friends go here on a regular basis. We have had nothing but a positive experience.The staff is incredibly helpful sanitizing and organizing, interacting and managing the large and chaotic herd of small toddlers running around enjoying themselves.That being said:No one should be barefoot- socks are required. No one should be barefoot in the bathroom, and if they are...that’s on them and is their issue.Lochness does not provide food and is not a food service provider. Food and party supplies are provided by partygoers.

No indication on website if the center is open or closed to public . Travelled 20mins early morning with eager kid to Center only to find out will be closing in 15 mins for private party . Disheartened, I thought would at least get a few token minutes with son before exiting center but the center staff still wanted to charge me half regular rate for 10 mins of play . No thanks.

Very clean, inexpensive, large size bouncy house and giant slide. Hosted birthday party, had a great experience.

My grand children always have a blast there.

PLEASE call first to make sure they are open! I took my toddler there and had to drag him out because although during regular business hours, it was closed for a private birthday party with no warning or signs.
