I went looking for an upgrade from the Mobile Home Im living in now ,so I inquired at a nice one in this park. But after finding out that they charge $ 578.00 a month lot rent (as of Feb. 2017) They can keep them and seriously, for that price of that INSANE lot rent and mortgage, Id be better off buying a Condo or a Town House. Who ever owns that park has to be money hungry charging that for lot rent. Anybody looking to buy these overpriced homes and paying this INSANE lot rent has to be crazy. The Homes are way OVERPRICED the lot rent is completely INSANE, no wonder there are so many that are for sale in this park. People cant give them away. They even want out of this overpriced park but cant sell their homes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you have money to throw away.

Way to expensive water Should be included in lot rent and so Should snow removal and grass cutting
