In general the store experience was good. But the selection for sewing was minimal.The sales staff was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Pretty much the whole place is on sale right now. I completely rebuilt my yarn stock and took advantage of some great deals. I was a bit disappointed with the selection because I got there too late and others had gotten the colors I wanted, lol. Still super happy with the stash I left with!

They had exactly what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful. They gave me instructions where to find something and then came over to make sure I found the item I needed. The cashier was alone with a handful of people in line to cash out and handled herself very well and did not show any frustration.

Great service as I ordered a custom framed portrait. The clerk helped me navigate the website needed to complete the order as I am limited in my use of technology. She was very patient and offered helpful suggestions. I have always been able to find what I needed when shopping here and am usually able to take advantage of discounts.

The best family style Italian restaurant Ive found in Western New York. In fact the surroundings strike you that youre back in your own hometown favorite local Italian restaurant. Extraordinary selections and ample portions , where youre likely to take a nice portion of it home with you. Friendly and attentive staff. What else needs to be said. Really, in a way, I feel like its going back to my early growing up days with arriving for a meal and most likely finding a friend already there, but guaranteed at least youll get a friendly welcome and go home fully satisfied !

This such a great store for all kinds of crafts and decorations. They only let you use one coupon per person, per day but they accept competitors coupons! I love the selection of paper crafts and stamps, beads, cake decorating and paints. Its mesmerizing!

Terrible. Things that are shown online and say STORE ONLY are not in the store due to being discontinued. They need to communicate that. So I wont waste my time anymore and continue to go to Hobby Lobby

Such a wonderful place to go for all of your creative needs from scrapbooking, to crocheting and knitting supplies, planning for a party, or home decorating ideas. Can get expensive but if you sign up for their mailing list you can get discounts and there are often discounts printed on your receipts.

Always there for our cake making supplies, xmas, Holloween and easter, oh and lets not forget just year round flowers. And beads.

Are you bored? Are you looking for a new hobby? Do you have $50 burning a hole in your pocket?Then Michaels is the place. In all honesty this is the first craft store I go do when I need something. Great selection, the staff is surprisingly helpful and friendly. This location is kept clean and its bright and spacious. Parking is usually ok. The worst part about this is dealing with the idiots parking and crossing the road to the big store next door with a bulls-eye on it.

The choices are overwhelming! The place is huge. It is not easy to find the department that you want, and it is even harder to find help. one of the products that I wanted was on display but was not marked with any price. I had to go up to the desk and she instructed me to find a scanner. Kind of a pain. I found the paints that I wanted though. Price was pretty reasonable.

Michaels is great to go if you need art supplies in a flash. Its convenient when you get a rush job and can get supplies locally. Theres also a plethora of coupons/discounts always available to help save money! Also, the staff is always very helpful and friendly!

Second time in a row weve gotten the email saying online pick up is ready and it wasnt even started. Others in line with the same issue. Absolutely shameful service.

Great prices at Michaels provided you get deals with coupons. They usually have things for sale but with a 25% off your order, when its already 50% off picture frames, we were able to finally get all our pictures framed for cheap. Definitely a go to location for crafts but definitely watch for those coupons. Online you can sign up for free with your email and never miss those coupons again!

Michaels has a great Sale 70% off all Christmas ornaments & such. I bought small ornaments reg orice6:00. I got it for so much less. They have a coupon for 50% off 1 item. Cant beat that. Go shopping for your bargains.

I love Michaels! The fact that they have so many craft to choose from is amazing. I love shopping here because you can use coupons from the newspaper or in any flyer or online to get an item for 40% through 50% off! They also take competitors coupons which is a plus as well! if you sign up for their email newsletter and you get coupons that most people dont get for like 60% off one item or 60% off a regular price item. This is my go 2 spot to get affordable canvases for my sip and paint! The staffare always so helpful and if they dont have it theyll look and see if another store has it for you and its always nice and clean.

Its like a candy store for my sister and myself. I only went in for one item and came out with 2 bags!! Devone the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I couldnt find my coupons and he was very nice and had some at his register. WE WILL BE BACK!!

Lots of cool stuff for both DIYers and those of us who like to buy stuff already made. Its one of those stores that sparks your imagination and creativity. Its fun even just to walk around.
