A great experience for kids of all ages.They have numerous levels and times available. They blocked out times for just the small children (usually the morning) but I went with my kids 4 and 8 with no problem during spring break when all the schools are out. It was busy but manageable. Fill out a waiver before you go to save a step in the process.You will need to buy sky zone socks ( with grippers in the bottom 3$ also but you do that in registering) it was 20$ a kid plus 3$ per kid for socks) the workers were really friendly (I don’t know, it was somehow surprising, but very welcomed)It’s great place for kids to go in those cold winter month’s.I will go again

Great place to let the kids burn off some energy. The bounce areas were sectioned off for kids in certain age groups which is great but they get a bit worried if an adult is in the bouncing areas with their children

Kids had an amazing time! DJ played some great stuff! But the best part was the customer service from Mike the manager who was so kind and understanding and made sure our day went perfect to his awesome team who where helpful with the paperwork and getting all set up definitely a top notch place!

Really liked this place, much more to do than at Get Air, a like more caotic though, especially during holiday break. Its a little hard to see from the road but just know its way in the back of the Airport Commerce Park. Lots of fun things to do but need to be careful with younger kids. The staff sometimes lets the older and younger kids play dodgeball together which is a recipe for disaster. Definitely needs more lockers or places to put your items. The locker cost for $1 an hour is perfect, I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. Although the drinks were $2.50 each, which is just price gauging. Definitely bring your pen snacks and drinks! Video have selection is small, but you arent there to play games. Overall great time, and the manager/owner that was on sure was really friendly and helpful!If they had more places to change clothes, more lockers, and were a little more strict with the age limits in certain areas it would be 5 stars.

Bought an hour worth to jump while my son was at a birthday party, thought maybe I could get some exercise. Didn’t know adults are restricted to 8 tiny squares way in the back, and cannot jump anywhere else. Every block was full of jumping 18+ people, so I couldn’t even jump. Meanwhile the rest of the trampoline areas pretty much empty. Ian the manager would not refund my money, even though I was not even able to jump because The tiny adult area was full. Pretty stupid, recommend going to get air instead.

My sons and their friends consider SkyZone a top pick for a fun-packed outing. Since its a win for them, its a win for me.I appreciated the welcoming staff, clean facility, and extensive play options which included an obstacle course and a climbing wall.

I would definitely say you should check out skyzone! Ita a great place. We went to the toddlertime at skyzone and it was really fun its 10 dollars an hr per kid and parents are free! Which is amazing. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean.Tips for if you havent been to skyzone for toddertime you should be aware:1: You have to fill out a consent form. To make easier on yourself you can fill out form online before going.2: Everyone has to wear grippy socks including parents.3: Parents are not allowed to go jumping with kids.4. There is eating area and a place to get food.5. If you have a younger kid around 15months like I do just be aware that though they say there are assigned supervisors to help they more observe. I had to be really careful with letting my 15month old go even though they say over year is good. I think its better for those 2 & up. Below is a picture of my two children having a blast.

Well lit, great toddler Time

Have only been for kids parties, including my 9 year olds, and they do a great job. Staff are very attentive and helpful, I would definitely recommend for parties ages 7 and up.

Took my son here for a bday surprise just the 2 of us. Its really nice they have a toddler time early in the morning during the week when theres barely anyone else here. you almost have the whole place to yourself. Even though they have the trampolines, foam pit, floor projector game and newer obstacle course, he loved playing the one arcade game where you shoot the dinosaurs.

Booked for an 8 yr old bday party. When you walk in there are no lines, just crowds to squeeze into. After waiting in the first crowd to ck in I was told that the 2 waivers I filled out online somehow expired between the time of booking the party to the party day. I had to join another crowd to fill out new waivers then another crowd to complete ck in. Youre not allowed access to the party room until 2nd half of the party which turned out to be a huge inconvenience. You and guests give all gifts and belongings to the desk to be piled on to a cart. Normally at a bday party you would take a childs coat and gift, point them to the other kids, then move on to the next kid. Since I could not do this I had no idea who was there or wasnt. 2 parents found me later worried they missed the party because they ran late and discovered another party in the party room. I informed them I had no idea either way if they were there. Because this place was insanely crowded, my toddler kept getting hurt or overwhelmed which made him claw at my shirt and cry to nurse. I ended up having to nurse him as secretly as possible 2-3 xs in a walkway between jumping areas because I didnt have a room to go to. At the end of the party the kids were taking the goodie bags and we ended up being one short which tells me an extra kid who didnt rsvp was there, but again, I had no idea because I couldnt greet them in a room! I believe that when a parent drops their child off for a birthday there is some trust that the parent hosting will be able to keep an eye on their child in this parents absence but for that 1st hr, not only was I unable to do this, I didnt even know who was there. Yes, it was nice having the whole room to ourselves but I would much rather have shared it just for a room to have access to when needed. Aside from the room problem, I found an empty trampoline next to the toddler area (the arrow on the toddler area sign was pointed down so I actually thought I was ok) and took my 2 yr old on it as all the trampolines had several bigger kids and was so full of parents. Staff immediately came over to tell me I was in the wrong place however I didnt once see any staff when there were 3 or more bigger kids on each trampoline in the toddler area. 3 stars because staff was nice, the cake was good, the pizza was ok but I would not spend almost $400 again for a party here

We go on sundays when they have the sensory time special from 9 to 11am. Workers are always awesome and its a great time for the family and especially if your special someone needs a more low key time to have some fun.

Extremely slow in processing people. Staff was not particularly helpful or efficient. Groupon not good for day of jumping, so beware! Lines for waivers, lines for paying, lines for wristbands, you get the idea.Not impressed!

I went to a birthday party, and it was my first time there, and the kids had a lot of fun. Plenty of things to do, and they even have the classic arcade game air hockey there as well.They have a mini gladiator ring, a pit full of foam blocks, and many trampolines that the kids can tire themselves out on, and there is also a climbing wall, which was cool.Everyone was friendly, and it was very clean, which was a plus, and there are plenty hand sanitizer stations to keep the germs away. I will definitely going back very soon.

Got a great deal on Groupon! Two 90 minute jump passes for $25! Valid any day. New obstacles for kids to explore and climb. Also have a rock wall. Went during the glow jump where everything was black light lit, and kids have to wear either a white shirt or a neon shirt. Also had a live DJ. Was great and will be back.

My granddaughters had a great timeLots of trampolines with other activities like ball pit but they use soft block shaped items, ninja obstacle course, games, etc. You must purchase a minimum of 1 hour jump time and you have to buy a pair of their socks for $4. Then you just bring them on subsequent visits. Also pay attention to your children. While the staff is friendly and helpful they are young adults who get distracted.

My son took a Ninja course and loved it. If you register early you get a discount and when the class is over you get a gift card for 60 minutes of jump for a month. This is a fantastic deal. However the best part was the kindness, understanding and generosity of Mike the owner/ manager. We have also had birthday parties here and every time things were fantastic.

Cool concept. There is a few different things for every age group to do. They watch everything fairly well and keep order to the play areas. They fall massively short on front end help and check in. Typically 2 people to handle multiple parties and customers asking questions. Waited 10 minutes to order a pretzel and 8 minutes to pay for ice cream that was melting. Need front end help badly. Had a bday party and it was a disorganized mess. Ran out of cups and such quickly. Just a little awkward but like the jumping aspect.

Not busy at all during week. Dont park in the next door business parking spots because they tow!Pretty slow on weekdays, so its great for family outings. The yearly pass is only $139 per person. If you go 2 times per month, its less expensive than the Groupon deal. Birthday parties here are cool.

So much fun for the kids! Warrior course is a challenge! Trampoline dodgeball was something very different. Plus each area of the jumping areas are for kids of about the same age group so even the littlest jumpers dont get accidentally jumped into by the bigger kids. Staff is very friendly!

The kids loved I enjoyed watching and taking pictures. The kids had great pizza and soda. Will most definitely taking them again

Expensive but worth it when they arent over packed with teenagers and adults jumping. My 2 yr old is confined to an area with children twice her size (4/5 yr olds?) and they are alot tougher then most of the older children. I would not recommend taking a toddler during evening/night hours and summer/school breaks. My older children love it (10yrs-16yrs)

As far as entertaining all ages, it is wonderful..We went there for birthday partyOne thing Skyzone needs to do..is have a staff member at door. With a stamp for kids under age of 14. Checking them in & out..Many youngsters running in & out of doors. I stopped a precious little 2yr old from trying to get out of door, as his Mom was tying her other kids shoes..Other parents were looking around area, in a frantic, not being able to find their kids.With so many parties going on & individual youngsters..lots of chaos.It definitely should be addressed..Other then that..kids had a great time..

It is a fun place especially for kids.. we bought two tickets for 90 min for $25 through groupon. My husband, 7 year old, 2 year, and I went. Only downfall was we couldnt all jump in the same spot since for safety reasons everyone had to be separated by age group. They have a set of obstacles courses which are pretty neat. There was also an area for dodgeball. My kids had a blast.

The workers harassed my children constantly saying she couldn’t jump when in fact she had a half hr left so another girl proceeded to hit my daughter and nephew telling them they couldn’t jump, the police and the establishment covered up the fact she put her hands on two children and i will be following up with my lawyer!! Not to mention its very smelly in there and the bathroom stench comes out into the area where everyone sits and eats!! Disgusting!! Oh yeah if the tapes don’t lie show me them but because you guys are hiding the fact your worker put her hands on kids you won’t!

No where to sit, never bring a small child (infant/newborn). Loud speakers are not friendly to little ears or children who may be sensitive to sound, aimed at what seating there is. That said, if you have a small child who is able to jump around, great place. Glad adults can participate too. Staff seemed friendly and patient. Executed child birthday party well. Party room is only available after jumping, so no storage or places to sit for those not participating in the jumping.

The smell in this place is horrific. Understandably there are probably 100 sweaty kids with their shoes off . But they should have some sort filtered intake exhaust system.The people who work the concession part were very friendly excellent people . But knew nothing about nothing . Every question I asked I got an I dont know answer. Very poorly managed they had no sense of preparedness. They serve food and there was nothing ready . They were making literally one small and I mean small pizza at a time . Their soft pretzels were not soft at all disgusting flavor. And of course not ready had to wait not only in line from about 20 -25 minutes but then had to wait another 20 minutes for anything to be ready. There was not enough people working behind this counter service was too incredibly slow . I couldve understood more if it were busy but that was nothing

We had a GREAT experience at Skyzone for our daughter’s sixth birthday party! All of the employees were kind and organized! Having someone help to serve the food, drinks, light the candle for the cake, etc. during the party was a huge help as well! I would highly recommend hosting a party at Skyzone!

So great to have placed to go where my autistic son feels comfortable and is able to be himself without getting overwhelmed or bombarded by tons of children who arent being watched. This was NOT the case here. They went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great time and both my sons loved our time here. We will be returning.The staff was friendly, prices are reasonable, the music was not obnoxiously loud and everything was very clean (given that they were busy, it was summer school time).As a whole, we had a fantastic time and I would recommend this facility for children and adults

Pretty expensive for just an hour of jumping especially when a whole court was not open and there is so many separate sections for kids only. They could use some more areas added on.

My kids and I have played for YEARS at SkyZone in Delaware and it was always a blast. The SkyZone here is so insanely restrictive! Literally you can’t do anything without an employee coming up to you and correcting you. I TOTALLY understand the need for safety for the kids and big picture a potential lawsuit.WITH THAT BEING SAID.....it’s 130pm on a Thursday and I was told by an employee to bounce in my specific “age zone”. I get it, you don’t want my 200lbs falling on a 7 year old.....I WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE ENTIRE BOUNCE AREA TOWARDS THE MIDDLE. There was NO ONE in any of the bounce squares.I also was able to play dodgeball with my Son and always had a blast. Now adults are not allowed to be mixed in with kids. Again, I understand there are adults out there that will peg a kid in the face with a ball.....ONCE AGAIN my 2 nephews, son and I were the ONLY ONES TRYING TO PLAY DODGEBALL. Worst of all the attendant told me I can’t stand near the court to watch. I was advised I could get hit with a ball.I understand in today’s litigation society that they don’t want to get in trouble financially......but can we please all agree my 7 year old nephew isn’t going to hit me with a dodgeball while sitting on the sideline and injure me?!There’s plenty of other places to spend your money, avoid this place at all cost.

This was a fantastic place to take my 3rd grade class for a field trip! The workers were helpful and good with the kids too. We would definitely go back again.

Kids have fun, get their energy out & I always get a good Groupon deal offline. The employees are all quite young n not very eager to help if u need assistance (honestly, they appear busy socializing w/ their friends who also happen to be their coworkers). Also, throughout our experience(over multiple visits), it seems if a female employee assists (checking us in, doing financial transactions, checking waivers n for socks), that she is unpleasant with an attitude. The kids have fun though, overall, this is a fun place for them :)
