We had a really great time. We had never been there before so the staff made sure we got the waivers filled out and off we went. I found admission passes for like ten bucks on Groupon so that was an added bonus. My buddy and his daughter met us there and they had a ball too .

This place has really gone downhill in the past year. Theyve removed the soccer field and most of the adult sitting area. On a plus side the kids have fun when we bring them.

A great place for kids of any age. The abundant place makes it so easy for kids to run around and yet dont get hurt.Birthday parties are always good at this place as it can give the kids and the parents a lot of space to keep their things and economical too.

Its honestly not the greatest. My kids had fun, but I thought it was pretty boring. I think it could be better. Thats just my opinion though. Theres also not much to do here in this area for the kids too so...

Nice place to take the kids, especially during our long winters here in buffalo.. for the children a bit younger, They offer *toddler Time* every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-12pm so that little kids can jump and you dont have to worry about them getting trampled by the bigger kids

They have lots of different activities for the older kids to do and a separate area for the little ones to play without getting hurt. The kids always have a blast!

If you want to have a blast or an event with friend or family and want them to burn off some of there energy while at the same time be safe and not break the bank ? Well this is the place to be . Music, arcade and a whole lot of fun .

Went there about a week before Christmas. It was slow at the time... there was a birthday party and a handful of other people, plus us. This place has gone downhill. When we were paying, the folks at the front counter were great. Workers inside didnt do a thing the whole time we were there, even when there were obvious issues like kids staying in pits, kids jumping onto other kids, kids going on trampolines that other kids were already on, and so on... No attempt at all, even when I said something or glared at them. No attempt to manage dodge ball at all; my brother ended up taking over. No monitoring of some areas at all; anything can be going on there. If someone got hurt in some areas, no-one might know for some time. My brother asked the workers at the front desk for a manager and was told well radio the staff to step it up or something like that. Side note- its way past time to add a new attraction where archery used to be. So why three stars? The equipment seems in good shape, and we managed the situation ourselves and kept it fun and safe-ish for our kids (and others lol). If we werent there with our kids, or if this place had been busier, then two stars at best. Get rid of lazy and incompetent workers.

A great place for my kids to have fun, play and interact with other kids. It also has a nice setup to celebrate birthdays or any other special event...its an all around great place to be.!!!!!

Could be better. Half the arcade games were out and the others took our money. Could have been just an off day for them.

Best trampoline park I’ve ever been to, great family atmosphere staff is great, lots to do.Especially enjoyed our party room, private but close enough to keep an eye on the kiddos.Will definitely be back soon!!

Kids had a blast

A great place for the kids to let off some energy. Especially nice in the winter when they cant go outside. Staff do a great job keeping everyone in line. We had a birthday party here too and the staff was great.

My friend and I brought her niece here for the first time and she loved jumping so much! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the manager Stephanie was so sweet to the kids she made us feel so welcome! Definitely the #1 fun place to bring the kids we will be back soon.

Expensive and out of order vending machines. Don’t restock on cups for the candy machine. Broken machines and not much to do. Sky zone is better, spend your money there instead if you want a trampoline park. Also VERY VERY hot, you get hot quickly while at Sky zone is air conditioned. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

My daughter and 5 of her friends went to Get Air last night. There was a party going on and the people were nice enough to share their pizza. Everyone had a great time and new friendships were made.

Its cheap, and many different trampolines, and games for fun, a little kids section, a run into a cube pit for kids, and adults, a free style area, dodge ball, ninja courses, a little surfboard to see how long you stand while it wobbles and a slide into cubes from like 10 feet

My son had his 10th birthday party here and it was amazing the food was great the host was great. The only negative thing was that I had about 45 people but didn’t have enough tables but get air accommodated us and gave us an extra table. I would definitely recommend anybody to have a birthday party here. It’s good for all ages !!! Will be going back just for play time!!!! Loved everything about this place!!

This place is super affordable and my little ones loved it. What made this trip really amazing was a employee by the name of Preston he was about 16 or 17 but the way he interacts with the kids was amazing. They all built little towers and jumped into the foam pit. Every little kid was in heaven. I hope this kid gets a incentive or recognized for the hard work he did on 12/31

Great Trampoline Park with a lot to do for kids of all ages. Excellent place to visit with family, staff was extremely friendly.

Took my two year old here for the first time. He had a good time. Although I wish there were more jumping pit for the smaller kids as the one can become pretty crowded quite fast.

Visiting family and friends looking for something to do and found Get Air . We had a blast would recommend for anyone looking for a bouncy time. Staff was great, friendly, and treated us like family.

Fun. Better for kids probably 5+ In my opinion. My children are 1 & 2 and a half. They had fun but were bored after a little over an hour. Paid for 2 hours. Kind of pricy. We all enjoyed ourselves while it lasted though. Definitely wouldnt bring them back for a couple of years. But thats just me. My 12 & 14 year old niece and nephew had a blast though. They really loved the Dodge ball.

Came here for club air for the first time with my boys normally we go to sky zone but decided to switch it up & my gosh it is terrible. There’s like 5 workers for all these kids.The workers play around with their friends in the dodge ball game with their shoes on. Upset I spent my money on this. Never again !

My sons favorite place to hangout! He has had many birthday parties here and it is always a great time. Tons to do for all ages and it lets kids be free to run around. Never had any issues, but just watch dodge ball court. Even if staff is there kids can be too rough or rude. I always watch and am aware as my son plays! Best part is great military discount at 20% off!!

Im giving it a 3, vs. the 5 that it used to be.The last time I was here, I, as a parent could actually sit & relax while my kids played.Things have been taken out and replaced with arcade games & pool tables, instead of it being kept an active, healthy environment for kids. Im currently sitting on a hard pair of bleachers and their location is faced away from the majority of where kids play. Not a good safety feature.Hope youre thinking about putting a restaurant in with all the open space available now.Very disappointing.

One of my girls is 2 inches over 46 and the other 2 inches under 46 so they cant jump together. There is only one small area for kids under 46. You cannot stand on trampoline and hold a toddler. I understand that safety is first, but I visited at a time when my family was the only ones in the whole gym. So recommend coming here only if all your kids are over 46.

Great place for the kids! Obstacle courses, jump ball, trampolines, padded archery and more in a large facility. Excellent place to bring the family on a rainy day. Can be a bit pricey, charges are by the hour. BOGO hour playtime on Tuesdays is a good value. Plenty of well lit parking and friendly staff.

Lots of fun, get for exercise. Definitely returning.

Beware this organization will rip you off and not give you a refund. They will sell you tickets and then say they are invalid. If you complain they tell you “we have a no refund policy”Don’t waste your time with them. Go to Sky Zone at least they care about their customers experience.

Fun place to take the kids, pretty pricey so I would suggest looking online for deals. I managed to find a 2 hour deal for 4 people for only $38! It would have been more than doubled that. Also you have to sign a waiver for your children under 18, thru the computers there, doesnt take long but figured it was worth mentioning.

Awesome place!! Huge inside with a ton of different activities, not just trampolines. Had my kids birthday here last year and it was great! Highly recommend it also recently went for the toddler time. It was a perfect activity for a lil one indoors.

My kids were invited to a birthday party here. I couldnt wait to leave. I have been to a lot of kid places for birthday parties and I can honestly say this place has been the worst. Its dirty. VERY dirty. I threw my kids in the shower right when we got home. This place also smells horrible. Not ventilated well at all. The birthday party was held in a dingy corner right next to the bathrooms! Really? The whole experience was just gross and icky. We wont be going back. Ever. Not even if you reply to this review and tell me to call you. Nope.

Fun place to take the kids. Not cheap but worth it. They have a good selection of activities and the staff is good too. One of the guys supervising the little kids area was helping my daughters and other kids build a foam block wall on the side of the foam pit so they could jump through it.

My 7 year old grandson loves this place! ! Trampolines every where, dodge ball while jumping. Soccer area too. Jumping for all ages.

Its big and fun place to stretch your feet, but you should go there with taller kids so they can jump everywhere together with parents. There are different sections and my husband was told not to jump with a 8 month old (which we do at home) he was not paid for. He jumped like 5 mins and walked the rest of the hour with me. The whole place was empty and we were the only ones there but since one of my daughters was 2 inches under 46, they were not allowed to jump in all trampolines. I was a bid disappointed.

There was a fight between a black boy and a white boy and a worker had came in between them and when the black boy leaves he gets a ball thrown at him by the white boy but when he comes back and throw it at the white boy back , the black boy gets in trouble and the manager came up to him and blames him and bannes him even tho he doesn’t know the story. Terrible service , very racist and biased to me .DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

My kids loved it but I should not have been charged full price for my 4 year old who was not aloud to go into half the trampolines! Too expensive for just an hour. And being our first time and telling the workers this...they were not very helpful with explaining how this place works !

The kids love it there, they tell me it is much better than skyzone, you do need to go online and fill out a waiver if your kids are going with friends, or you can do it there, it only takes about five minutes.
