We love this place. The staff is great and they offer a coupon card. I recommend going to get some energy out of kids on a cold day. Everything was very clean.

We booked this place for my sons 9th birthday party . Our experience was so awful . We were told to be there at 1:30, even though everyone already had waivers his party was at 2. We didn’t get into the party room until after 2. I had elderly grandparents with me. We had to sit in a crowded hall and wait . Only two people working the Back where you check in for party. I booked the most expensive party and only half the kids got grip socks and half them got their free hour Jump passes . Just awful. They are supposed to assign someone to help with party , when I went and asked where my party person was they didn’t even have someone assigned to us they had to find a girl to help us with party: she was very amazing and extremely helpful. I definitely wouldn’t recommend booking here .

Defy was a fun place! My friend and took our little ones. We went early in the day because our kids are only 4. There was so many different areas to jump and play that we were rarely close to others. The entire place was nice and clean. They had drinks and snacks, so the kids could eat a little. It was such a fun time we ended up getting a membership. The only thing I didnt like was their lockers. I feel digital locks of some sort would work better. But it wasnt going to stop is from joining. Definitely a place to go!

You know if you have kids, I dont know why you dont have a membership here. Everyone is nice and helpful. The hardest part is making the kids leave but it is worth every penny.

We visited Defy Chattanooga to celebrate my sons birthday and overall he enjoyed and I was glad that he did. The party crew was a bit unorganized and off schedule. We had to wait on the pizza to be delivered and the party host seemed a little confused. We did, however, have extra pizza so that was good and all the kids had fun.

Tremendous amount of physical fun for kids of all ages. Trampolines in all types of configurations, Ninja Obstacle Course, diving platforms onto a stuntman air mattress. Guardians are free with plenty of seating scattered around or you can watch from the observation deck. The only caveat is that the jumpers must buy and wear Defy socks ($3.00 pair) theyre fashionable, but mostly for safety. They are tight and have grippies so the jumpers dont slip. A jumper has options to purchase different amounts of time: 1 hour, 1 1/2 or 2 hours. Very well organized and friendly staff. Great for groups. We were here on a Thursday afternoon - school day and I would estimate 75-100 people present, ages 2- full grown adults. All jumpers respectful of the others space.

The wait was a little long but it was well worth it.My brother and I took our kids (1 to 16) to get away from the everyday life and it was AWESOME!!!! Kids all had a great time and even us adults were exhausted from all the fun afterwards.Highly recommend DEFY any time.This place is great and the staff were all awesome as well!

I would like to speak with someone above the on-site manager of this facility. The music volume is out of control and has been getting worse the last few months. Your noise is affecting our business and disturbing our residents. We receive numerous complaints about YOUR business which is hurting ours. We have children who cannot sleep for school, people who work and can not rest, we have belongings falling off the walls from the on going vibrations throughout the weekend nights. One resident even stated their car alarm went off.I have encouraged all of my residents to file police reports each time this disturbance happens. I truly believe youre in violation of the city ordinance noise level. I hope to receive a call or email for your team very soon before this on going issue gets escalated.If you or anyone would there would take notes from my complaint and make time in your busy schedule to call my office to discuss and find a solution. Our residents would love an update and response sometime soon!Thank you.

Went for a child’s birthday party and it was such a great environment!! The employees were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we all had a good time. And as an adult, I will admit, I had way more fun being a complete kid in the park than I thought! Would definitely go back.

Had a lot of fun. I’ve been to superfly different times before and defy has added a gymnastic gym trampoline and a stunt fall to the park. I would like them to add new stuff. Like a balancing beam with padded sticks, and maybe change the obstacles up but it’s is a fun place to take the family.

The staff was on point! Polite and just all around friendly. Makes a big difference with any business so I was appreciative of that. Kids love it, as always!

This was the best experience so far. We went here to celebrate one of our sons birthday. All of our 7 children had a blast from age 15 down to our 1 year old. We found out today who our dare devils were and the ones that were a little chicken LOL!!!!

After 5 months of the park being closed I got a surprise charge in my bank account. A rep refused to refund and said an email was sent notifying members that they would be charged again after covid-19 closings. Did not receive the email and never received a refund. A very poor way to run a business! Will never go there again.

The guy Jacob was super helpful, and funny too. good time today, good price for an hour. everyone was nice.

It has all kinds of cool trampoline stuff. It kept everyone in my family entertained of all ages.

Truly a great evening or afternoon out with your kids or family. They have a wonderful assortment of large areas that definitely challenge everyone, a big trapeze over a foam pit, walls to run up over trampolines, tightropes, tons of individual trampolines and small ropes to swing on or climb up, dodgeball thats even occasionally referereed, basketball goals, as well as lockers for any items you dont want to jump around with, good drink machines if you get thirsty, and a Ninja Warrior section that has some tasks geared towards teenagers and adults. It does get extremely busy on weekends, but of course its a great place for events, family outings, and evenings with friends so that should be expected!

We really like the idea of having an indoor place to exercise. However the place is ran by children and it shows. The employees sit around with their friends and are on their phones. Ive yet to figure out why they employ the children to walk around. If you go, plan to watch your own children to make sure they are safe.

Top notch facility and staff. Professional and friendly. Super family friendly environment. Clean, safe play area and bathrooms. Dre (sp?) went above and beyond giving us an overview and getting us set up. Also super fun for all ages. My somewhat shy 2 year old felt so comfortable she ran around the entire space and even waved by to Dre as we left.We will definitely be back and will most likely get a membership at some point!

Great place to take the kids to let them get their energy out. The place is pretty crowded, which tells you how much fun it is for kids. On the flip side, it makes for longer waits in line. Once you get through that, its pretty straightforward. They provide lockable lockers for kids to put their personal lockers, and have a lot of staff supervision, though the staff is young. Overall, a great experience for the kids.

I come here all the time with my daughter and she simply loves it! Its a great place to be during the afternoon. It is very big with lots of things to do!

My kids love going here, shoot so do I! It’s a clean place we can run around and get that energy out! The staff is attentive and the environment feels safe. It’s actually very impressive how well the staff does their job to keep the place safe because the staff looks very young! There are plenty of seats for parents who just want to watch or need a rest from all the play! The young man that checked us in and informed us of their monthly program was very informative, answered all our questions, and most of all was a kind, and polite person! If you need a place for yourself and your kiddies to let loose, this is it!

I thought it was a nice, fun place to jump. There was many fun attractions to do. Staff was very friendly. One thing I thought was odd was how staff was all over this guy. Which I personally didn’t think was professional. But other than that it was an awesome experience.

We come here often with our older children and always have a good time. Today was the first time we had our younger child jump with us. She is only 9 months old and we were told she has to have jump socks. The baby doesnt stand or jump on her own yet, but, was told she had to have them regardless. Ok, rules are rules, so I purchased her socks and was given a pair that in no way, not even came close to fitting her. (They did fit my 7yr old.)I was told that was as small as they come. So, at this point they forced us to purchase socks that were completely useless and did not serve their purpose. If youre going to allow babies on the jump floor and require us to purchase socks, then please carry appropriate sizes.

Here today to attend a birthday party. First time ever at this facility. Overall, I would say, it appears to be operated in a safe manner. Couple of close calls with small children and teenagers trying to occupy the same area. To me, it appeared the active participants in our group had a big time. As a spectator, I found a comfortable chair in an observation area that I was pleased with. Wasn’t privy to the pricing, but judging from the reactions, it seems to have been a good value.

I enjoyed jumping, my first time jumping more.

The grandboys loved it here. And it was lots of fun with them. Best time in ages!!

My kids absolutely Love this place! :) Its great for all ages. The kids will definitely enjoy themselves, get a lot of exercise, and they will want to stay for hours, theyd probably stay all day if I let them. :)

I had my daughter’s Birthday here today. Our host was Joel. He was amazing! He helped serve pizza, passed out cake, and also cleaned up spills. He even made sure my 1 year was okay when i had to make a phone call. Overall he is one of the nicest employees i have met. Keep up the good work!

This was me and my daughter first time going to Defy Chattanooga and we loved it. We will be going back. We loads of fun and experienced something new in the process. Love love loved it and the Groupon deal was a great way to get new comers like us.

Just for context I’m 20. Me and my boyfriend recently bought a membership here since they became ‘Defy’. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and I love it. I personally use it for exercise purposes because I get bored at a traditional gym. Using the different areas, like the Ninja Course and the trampoline basketball court gives a variance in a workout. We use the Trampwall mostly because it’s ages 7+ and gives the adults and older teens a space to get a really good workout without having to worry about accidentally knocking into a child during the busy times.

Good experience, kids enjoyed it. Other children were respectful of each other and things went well. Good time. Locker wasn’t working but employee quickly reset it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and there are things for people of all ages. As a father it is great fun to take my son to and Im sure he will continue to enjoy it as he gets older, as well, as I enjoy it myself. A great place for all ages.

Super fun trampoline park with tons to do for kids and adults of all ages. Get the monthly pass for extended jumping...its well worth the money. This place can get kinda busy in the summer and Saturdays at peak times. Well maintained facilities too. Great for parties, groups, or just for fun!

The jump space was very well run and well cared for. There was staff all over and they were willing to allow my adventurous 3 year old to try anything he wanted to. The only negative was the bathroom, it was stinky and the toilet wand was sitting in stagnant water probably the cause of the stench. super gross.

Our kids love this place!! It’s clean and not smelly!! Good price for the time they give you to jump!! They sell slip proof socks now which is totally awesome and there reasonably priced!! There is a lot of staff to make the place more safe for the kids!! They even have a place for 6 and under!! My older kids love the basketball part!! Something for everyone!!

This was the worst indoor trampoline park Ive ever attended. The teens that work there have attitudes and are disrespectful. After signing the waiver, you have to wait in line before you can enter in because you have to wait for the other kids time to be up. My little boy had to watch other kids have fun while waiting in line. Not to mention, we paid for 90 minutes of jump time and was kicked out after an hour. Last time I checked, 90 minutes is 1 and 1/2 hours.... Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this place for anyone. Especially those with small children because there are big kids and there are no sections there made for smaller children. Its dangerous. I will never return again, so no worries. And I will make sure to spread the word that this place isnt all it is made out to be.

They were very busy and handled customers efficiently. The staff is always kind and helpful. They offered me a monthly subscription which i will be discussing with my husband because i think it’s a great after school activity for the kids.

Our game master, Micah, was not only helpful when we needed, but he also jammed out to Justin Bieber with us on the dead guy’s radio! An unreal fun experience and I’d definitely do it again! Everyone on the crew was phenomenal.

Love this place. We are members (membership fantastic deal!!) However lately, Everytime we go there, things are done different than before. There is no set protocol. Also, like for the past week or so there have been audio problems

We always have a fun time at this place! The flight crew members are usually pretty nice. I would appreciate a faster check in at the Member Express Lane, because we’re members.

What an amazing, energetic experience. I almost had about 50 heart attacks within an hour. 3 of them were because I feared my own injury as a 40 year old, trying things I probably shouldnt have.. ..the rest came from watching my daughters and the rest of those little critters try to break something. I felt like the dodgeball pit was the safest place to be, until the big kids came in like MLB pitchers, then I had to bow out. The trapeze was pretty scary, I was never meant for the circus.....but all in all, it was a total victory, and we are now have memberships, and its all my daughters want to do everyday after school. Well go about twice a week, and Im going to need a defibrillator, but you guys rock. 5 stars.

Let me start with my saying my child had a blast. Just a few things. I’m pretty sure at one point in time that y worker may have needed to use the bathroom and had a random person running the swing??? I mean I understand that most ppl know what there doing but...there was a man trying to swing and kids jumping and underneath him! Also..I’m glad to see teens hanging out here then in other places but I think you need to have more staff out there to watch over things for the smaller kids safety out there.

It was okay, other than the unenforced rules. Like the “no running” rule. It’s a good rule for us moms trying to play with our two year old. However, being swept off my feet by 3-4 boys that whizzed by every time we moved stations, was annoying. If you’re going to have to rule, enforce it. Otherwise, what’s the point?

We had a great time jumping during the young children’s jumping hour. We were very happy there was a time just for kids 6 and under to enjoy jumping. The facility is clean (bathrooms also), there is tons of space, obstacles and activities for even small children to enjoy. There is a family restroom also. I did not give 5 stars only because the staff could be a bit more lively. All the kids working there seemed to be there grudgingly, no one seemed to be enjoying themselves or going above and beyond to help or hustle for customers.

Super fun! Great place for adults and kids. The dodge ball trampoline area was the best and the general trampolines were fun. Be careful if you have weak ankles like me. Wish the foam squares that the pits were filled with were made out of a slightly different material, because if youre not a super light kid then youre going to sink and struggle to get out. The worker Eric with the glasses was really amazing. So helpful. He brought my friend an ice pack when he hurt himself. And he checked on us in general the whole time. Like the variety of places to play.

I brought my daughters and nieces there to jump a month ago. It was our first time since the change from super fly to defy. We do not come there often. It was a weekend and you all were packed. The kid at the counter rang us up and said he had a cheaper option that gave us more time so we did that but he never not one time said it was a monthly charge or that it had to go for 3 months. We hadn’t planned on bringing 5 kids every month and having $90 come out automatically. My wife called and got a rude response and hung up on and now I’ve tried to call 4 times and no one answers the phone.

Defy/superfly is a great time. However no one asked me about the grip socks and half way through they threw a pair and told him he owed $10! Ridiculous. That’s not the way to do it. They need to find the adult responsible for that kid to address it.

Worst place ever no adults running the place. Nothing but teenagers who can’t Control other teenagers running around acting crazy. I’ve had to make other kids take turns in different areas because none watching the areas. I’ve had to complain about kids bullying and picking on other kids. Young adults taking over areas where younger kids are. This should be a place to take my kids to have fun not to monitor other rude kids. Also when trying to cancel membership I’m being told I have to send an email. That’s stupid.

Kids have a blast everytime they come jump! Awesome set up and plenty for them to do. Membership prices are more than reasonable and pay for themselves if you go twice a month.

I was super impressed with how the cashier handled herself with a disgruntled customer (mother with 2 kids) who had to wait in line like everyone else did with their kids and was super rude and disrespectful and I was standing in front of her and she was beside me checking in. She was nasty and rude, and you handled that like a champ maam. Like I told you maam there is always that one person trying to rain on peoples parade. Yall did amazing with only having 3 people at registers and handling like 400 people before us. Superb job yall!

I would rather write this note just to the management, but the link on line to email management would not work. DEFY is a very fun atmosphere with lots of activities which give exercise. Each area has good supervision with the exception of one area...dodge ball. We have been several times lately to visit DEFY and all the kids enjoy it. However, the last two days my grandson, who is a tough eight year old, came to me in tears. He had been hit in the face by older participants throwing the ball. I understand he is not the only one who has had this problem. I also understand the areas in which you have to have supervision. I feel dodge ball is another area that needs full time supervision. With that I could give DEFY a much better rating.

We had a great time bouncing at this place. Overall cleanliness was acceptable and equipment was in good condition. It was a bit crowded which made it difficult to navigate and keep track of children. The biggest con for me was the price which is why I did not score 5 stars. I took one child and got the 2 hour jump pass and it was over $55. That is a crazy amount of money to jump on trampolines. It was fun but I would not recommend going too often unless you have loads of money to throw around.

Today was our second year celebrating at Superfly. My son turned 4 today, and chose Superfly himself. The staff is just helpful enough but also allows you to kind of take the lead and do the party room however you’d like. Worth the money!

We loved Superfly, but this place has been progressively more frustrating and less fun since becoming Defy. They have a new policy everytime we go. Now, you have to sit and listen to the rules before jumping for EVERY VISIT... but they will only do it at 15 min increments. So even elite membership patrons like us who have gone for years have to wait around and do nothing for the few second spiel on rules ... that they never enforce anyway. Also the Express line for membership holders takes anywhere between 10-30 minutes even when there are only a few people in line. Maybe its because of them trying to upscale some new super duper premium XL membership upgrade everytime you go in. This will be the last month were members. The jumping areas are nice and maintained. There is a large dodgeball area which is unique. They have a trapeze area which is nice if they actually have a staff member running it, which is unfortunately rare some days. It seems like its a better fit for older kids/teens rather than younger age 3-8 kids like we have. It is a nice place for birthday parties.
