I was in town for my bachelorette weekend a server at another restaurant suggested Regans it was fun until it got to crowded they were definitely not going by covid guidelines they checked our temperature when we came in but it got so crowded so we decided to leave. A drunk guy took his shirt off and threw it around my head and it went in my mouth which was disgusting. We would have stayed longer if we felt comfortable there but it was shoulder to shoulder people.

It was fine until we requested a song. The DJ straight up said that they dont play rap or hip-hop because they dont want to attract that kind of people. The establishment is racist and apparently unashamed of it. I wont be going here again.

I had a great time at this club! My friend and I enjoyed reliving our 90s youth music. It wasnt so crowded which I prefer.

Spent $60 on 3 cocktails; yes, they were doubles, and walked out as sober as I walked in. If I spend that type of money on drinks, I had better feel it. Will never go back.

Plays 80s-90s songs, good drinks, but very crowded.

The old Regan’s place was much better with 80s music, better sound systems, and drinks were better price. The new place was small, drinks were expensive, and the DJ is terrible!! The music was mix more like 90-2010 with terrible selections of music. This place is taking over with young kids due to the music. They need to bring back the good 80s music.

Ive been to Regans Place several times, and I always have a good time! There arent many places left in Chattanooga to go dance, but Regans has great retro music for a fun night out! Station Street has a lot to offer for fun events also.

I can see by just reading 90% of the comments that this place is not a good hangout. More like discrimination and racism takes place here. Of course thats nothing new, most clubs on Brainerd road were that way. Chattanooga period needs to stop stereotyping people when it comes to looks. This city will never grow until it does.

The atmosphere here is nice. The dance floor is pretty big as well. Only thing is there drinks are pretty high in price. Double drinks here cost $12.00 so four drinks cost us about $54. Been to other bars that doubles only cost us $8.00 so came with a tab of quite less at about $32.00. All in all great place .

This is a very good place to go and pregame, or even hang out on a Friday or Saturday night. Gorgeous crowd with Gorgeous people dancing having a great time together. I would say dress code is business casual/ casual. Not the type of place for cowboy boots and a Ford racing hat. Collared shirt is recommended I would say.

This place needs to go on bar rescue. They charge a cover for idk what. This place is awful, just awful. Overly priced inconsistent drinks. The decor is terrible. The floors are sticky which isnt good for dancing. The DJ isnt a true DJ, plays videos from a playlist. Music is awful all 80s and 90s, no good dancing music at all. I would not recommend going here wasting your time.

This place is sexist, racist, and discriminatory. I had only had one drink and they wouldnt let me in apparently because of my personality or race or gender. Im honestly not sure why. Then the bouncer put his hands on me and tried to push me into the rain while I waited for my friends to exit, which was inappropriate and completely uncalled for. They also would not play hip-hop music because they didnt want to attract that crowd aka black people. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to either Westbound, La Pachanga or Alan Golds to dance instead. Xoxo

This was our third time at Regan’s Place. The other 2 times (at the old location) I would have given 5 stars. Now that they have moved, I thought it would be bigger and better, but it was neither. A large Jumbotron replaced the awesome DJ at this he other location. Also, the music was mostly 80’s in the past, and it was awesome. Even the younger crowd was dancing, singing, and having a blast. This last time at the new location (1/24/18), there were newer songs that we had never even heard of. Hopefully, it was an off night, and next time will be more 80’s.

Way too small and they only play the same 5 songs every. Single. Night. I can always guess the next song. Either girls just wanna have fun or Bon Jovis living on a prayer *eye roll*

My husband and I tried going here, but were stopped at the door because he was wearing a camouflage jacket. My husband told him hed served in our military. The guy laughed and said they dont serve his kind! I was speechless! Dont waste your time with this place!

Dont complain about the music you turds. Its retro themed, and thats how it should be. Drinks also arent that much more expensive than the other bars in town. And you get good music as a bonus. The cover fee could be lower, but its hardly an issue.

Love the 90s music videos and music playing. Unfortunately, some bro tried to fight my friends when I rejected his advances. Luckily, my friends and some nice strangers made him leave. Not sure if this is normal for Regans, but I dont plan on coming back. A woman asked me to help save her and her friend from some creepy guys. Their patrons may be college students, which didnt even have this music growing up, but explains the behavior. Regardless, it would be better if it wasnt for the people.

If your looking to dance in Chattanooga, this is not the place. As others have stated there is a cover, the drinks are considerably more expensive than other bars in the area, and the DJ is laughable. However if you enjoy poorly mixed 80s and 90s music and paying way too much for cheap booze, by all means, do your thing. Giving it 2 stars because at least there was a dedicated dance floor.

Couldn’t hear the music. Music selection was seriously limited and “DJ” repeats songs and never plays them all the way through. Drinks are ridiculously priced. I do not know why so many people go to this place, it was terrible. Crowd was older (as am I) perhaps they like going to a noisy nightclub with faint background music because the one positive thing is that you could talk to and hear other people. It was like a giant house party with a crappy sound system and an amateur/wanna be DJ.

I went with a group of 6 and we all had a great time. The drinks are pricey for their size but the atmosphere, women are free at the door, and amazing staff make up for it. Their specialty drinks are moonshine based. I would highly suggest getting the hunch punch. Yummy! Even tho the dance floor is very small and narrow there was a dance off in the back. ♡ Did I mention everyone singing along to their favorite songs as the DJ played the best songs of the 80s and 90s with the videos o 3 big screen tvs behind him? He had the crowd on their feet the whole night. The best part of it they have cold air blasting in often to keep you cool and wanting to keep dancing. Now, go there and have the most amazing night tonight!

Drinks were a little pricey and on Thursday night they closed at 12:45 am....not 2am as advertised. Did enjoy the music, but dont think we will return.

Disappointed. Too crowded people pushing & shoving. Spilled drinks all over the dance floor. Was looking forward to going here. The music was jamming from the outside. I was excited till I got about 4 foot in the door.

Two bottom shelf vodka redbulls for thirty dollars here. You have to be kidding me. This place is cool, good atmosphere. But a five dollar cover coupled with astronomical drink prices take away all stars for this place. If you go, definitely go as buzzed as you want to be or expect to spend your whole paycheck on mediocre drinks.

When it originally opened it was the greatest! The DJ played awesome 80s dance music and the crowd was mostly ages 35-50 (?) Now the new location is TINY and the kids have took it over, more than 1/2 of them just stand on the dance floor on the PHONES :/ Makes me furious :( Im really disappointed because we really loved this place and have brought MANY of our friends there in the past!

EXTREMELY small at the new location! Renovations dont look like they are completely done, but we still had a great time. Music was kind of repetitive, and drinks were EXPENSIVE. $4 for a beer. Great concept for a club, just needs some work on the execution.

$200 tab is the result of either the bartenders adding drinks to my tab from someone else or $20+ drinks. If you go, pay cash, dont leave a tab open. It was fun but Ill never go again because I was essentially robbed.I dont run a bar, but lets just think about basic economics here... (assuming that they are just really expensive drinks and the bartenders didnt do anything nefarious) A cover charge at the door helps with covering DJ and patrons who are just there to just dance and not spend money. Ok Im fine with that. Charge $20+ per drink... possibly to offset the patrons not drinking, Im not sure, but all you are going to do is drive off paying customers after being taken on extremely high drink prices. In the end this place will go out of business as they drive business away.Oh yeah, weak drinks on top of expensive. The bartenders use the shot measurers and dont even fill those... I would have said something had I known I was going to be charged that much.

Just like the old location, this place has a lot of problems. For starters, its way too small and they allow way too many people inside. I dont know how its not a fire code violation. As others have said, its extremely overpriced. I have found that the bar service is also subpar. I try to avoid Regans at all costs.

Last night was St.Patricks Day and my girlfriend and I, we are both moms, were so excited to do a girls night.We picked Regans Place..Really outstanding staff except for the DJ!!!!!!!!! He was quite awful!! Yes he played 70s 80s 90s 2000s but he played the OVER PLAYED tracks that didnt make people want to dance....A good DJ1. Be flexible!I asked two times for a request....1st time my request was to play something in the 90s. The DJ told me that He didnt start 90s music until 11pm... 2nd request was at 11:30pm, still playing 80s music, I asked for a 90s hit by Freak Nasty Da Dip and was told no and he had a different one that was better. The next song was Madonna: Holiday ????????????!!!!!!!????????2. Plan in 3s!!!!!As the night got later and people were drinking more and more people started coming in and the crowd was getting more diverse in age .... the DJ did not take that into consideration!!!Some songs will get people pouring onto the dancefloor, which youll need to follow up with at least 2-4 similar songs to keep the party going. Which he didnt do... people left when he would not keep up with what the crowd wanted!!!All we wanted to do is to dance to awesome music.... total fail with the DJ!!The bartenders were AMAZING!!!The bouncers AMAZING!!!The parking staff AMAZING!!!

80s/90s dance club. Definitevely the best in town. More laid back crowd, a little less rowdy than some other places. Great drink specials as well. Opem fairly late night thursday through saturday, although thursday is country night.

Good place to dance but totally overcharge for drinks. 3 drinks were 52.00.

This place is okay. Baretenders and Security all sleeping around with each other. Walked into the bathroom at their new country bar and seen a bartender and the guy who plays music going at it pants down and all.

DJ sucks. Never plays anything different. Doesnt take any requests. The place always has the same playlist.
