Simoné was there when we stopped in. She was efficient, attentive, and COVID-19 conscious. We appreciated her assistance very much. She was very educated as far as her product recommendations went, as well as her manner with myself and my friends. I will most certainly return and recommend with high marks.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of inventory. as well as, pretty good prices.

I stopped by here last night to check it out. (First time visit) the employee working was the rudest person Ive had to deal with in a while. I had a few items in my hands and when i looked at my phone to check the time she yelled at me dont take any pictures dude it scared me a little. I reassured her i was not taking photos just checking the time and she blatantly called me a liar. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted at that moment in the store, i just set my items down and left.

Will not be back after the rude black lady who works here made me pull a mask up over may face after I explained to her I had a medical condition that would not allow me to. ( I had a mask covering my mouth and nose until I started getting light headed.) Also, the gentleman WORKING the register did not even have his mask covering his mask or nose.Loved Miranda’s prior to today, but the lack of respect for customers is shameful.

I shop here from time to time.My last visit I asked the lady on day shift about the pills for men behind the counter. She told me she didnt know anything about them. That helped me soo much. I picked one that they had alot of and hoped for the best.I was interested in a penis pump as well and again was told she didnt know anything about them! Why have an employee that cannot give a little more help other than we sell alot of them. I might as well have asked the pumps what they do!Are there any adult stores in Chattanooga that can help answer questions without me having to drive to Atlanta?

Dont waste your money here. The toys dont work, the staff is rude, and everything about this place is unwelcoming. There are better adult stores in Chattanooga. Give them your patronage instead.

Me and my gf have been going here for years and have spent a lot of money here until we had a problem my gf bought a relativity expensive toy that was practically broken out of the box we called the shop that night and spoke to the gentlemen who sold it to us . He said bring it back tomorrow and we will exchange it . so we drove back to the shop which is a hr and a half drive for us and spoke to a rather rude lady who told us we would have to come back in 3 hrs because she didnt have the authority to exchange anything . So after trying to kill time that we did not have we drove back only to get the run around by the guy who was suppose to exchange it for us. He refused to exchange it even after i told him that we had permission from HIS employee and drove a hr and a half after a little back and fourth i asked him to call his manager to which he told me that he was in Nashville and couldnt be reached for DAYS. I asked for him to call the owner he replied he doesnt want me calling him . so in all i will never be buying any thing from here again amazon has better customer service than this place does any day

The mens underwear selection SUCKS! They have like 5 racks and a wall devoted to womens lingerie but only one measly rack for mens underwear? And what they had was all mesh underwear and over priced ($40? really?). Nothing else. What the hell??? Are all adult stores in Chattanooga like this? And WHY???

Heavyset girl working at night got attitude when we brought back items for exchange. We did not know that there was a no exchange policy on everything in the store. We had unopened, unused product in bag with receipt. We purchased less than 18 hours earlier this morning. We didnt know, instead of nicely pointing it out she got rude and agressive, then she clearly stated we could exchange toys, which we had one of, unopened still in its hard shell packaging, when we pointed this out she then said we couldnt swap it because it wasnt a manufacturers defect. I have spent plenty here over the years, but will never spend here again. This kind of customer service is why people buy online instead of locally you want to know why your shop is struggling look at your staff and their behaviour.
