I visit my boyfriend and his roommate here often, and have a parking permit for my vehicle. Recently a bunch of no parking signs were put up, which would be fine if there was any other visitor parking. There are consistently two spots open by the office, and thats it. For the entire park. Otherwise there is an overflow parking lot (only for residents) at the complete other end of the park that floods nearly every year. There is a gravel strip by the street that one would assume would be for visitors, but it is consistently full of resident vehicles. Every. Night. All of this would be fine...if being parked by the persons house youre visiting didnt get you towed. But left every single one of the 10 other illegally parked cars in the park alone that actually ARE blocking the flow of traffic. If I didnt know better...I would say that at least 50% of these homes have at least four drivers. Which would point toward at least two families living in one home. But a homeowner here cant have more than one unrelated person living with them? That seems awfully skewed in favor of massive families. Rather than being able to have a perfectly reasonable 3 people living in one house.
Overcharge, add charges and every year they go up ,parking is an issue too you can’t have visitors without them getting towed ( you have to get a pass but they close early so if you can’t make it there by 4 your Screwed and that’s if you know ahead of time,so much for random visits ) not worth it !
The managers/owners are the best.
Nice quiet place to live. Lived here for 11 years. Great People willing to work you on almost anything. Dustin, and Kelly are great. Rudy on park crew is awesome, need to find more like him
Very clean park. Friendly staff.
I did not live at the mobile home park but one of the other properties. I lived there for 3 years. Terrible. The maintenance people had no idea what they were doing. Id call for mold issues and they would just spray paint over it and leave, in the winter the insulation was terrible. The floor above me would leak constantly and the maintenance people never fixed it right, the upstairs neighbor actually googled it and bought the parts to fix his sink and my ceiling. (Weve both moved out but are still friends) I was 8 months pregnant and had a toddler when my water heater went out and they said they couldnt replace it for a week, I asked what was I supposed to do for showers or baths ? The lady said boil hot water until it can be replaced. I literally had to ask her if she was serious. The dryer in the place never worked in the 3 years I lived there. Always had to go to the laundry mat down the street. Whenever anyone would try to call to ask to get it fixed, nothing. The rent is so cheap in the building because its not taken care of. When I realized I could no longer afford to live there after falling behind on my rent so many times after being in the hospital, putting my 60 day and moved out I was hit with an eviction notice. If I could give this place zero I would.
I like the homes, they look comfy to live in
It was clean
There always quick to charge w bills and extra charges .. But when someone asks them to fix or improve something they ignore it.. Make it SAFE FOR THE KIDS ...

A very nice family owned and operated park.
Overpriced lot rent and can choose who lives with you based on ones credit.
To any people out of control with vehicles on the streets, load vehicle noise, load home noise, and no control by the owners.
