Fantastic daycare. The teachers are friendly and caring!

We have been really pleased with the care our child received at the YMCA. The director is so dedicated. The teachers truly love the kids. The field trips have been amazing! They have been willing to work with us to best meet his needs. They bring innovative programs into the school. We are sad to leave!

I am a parent/guardian of a child who attends here. I have had enough of my child not having a assigned teacher in her classroom. For six weeks now, she has had several different teachers in her room. There is no curriculum being taught, even though I have been assured that one is Going to be implemented. Every class seems to be combined into another with teachers being pushed to breaking point.To top it off, my child is bullied by a little girl in her class, who always seems to come in with a black eye or scratches on her face.There have been constant and pervasive lice outbreaks in all of the classes. I have deloused way too many times to count, since last year. Hearing my child cry, because the medicine burns, is heart wrenching. I am fed up. I’m done talking.I’m tired of voicing my concerns to random directors, C,F.O.s,, and C.O.O.s’. Every time I call the main branch to report, I get comments that make me feel like my child is at fault.I’m tired of hearing that “It’ll be taken care of.”N-o-t-h-i-n-g has, is, or will be done. Something’s got to give.

I love working for the YMCA great place to work will be there almost twenty years very friendly people the kids love me alot

I wouldnt recommend this childcare for anyone...they tried to take money out your account without your authorization. And lie about it...save yourself the headache.
