Very historical , beautiful art. I was there for concert for 4yrs Anniversary of black history. John P Kee was there. It was a awesome evening event.

Saw the UVA JAZZ BAND! WOW! Amazing time and the murals and whole building is beautiful!

Concert was nice. Nice intimate setting no one is ever too far away.

We attended John P Kee in concert. We had a great time and even had a meet and greet with John. Very humble and mighty man of God... Hes the GOAT of gospel music!!!

My wife and I enjoyed the Charlottesville Symphony this evening at old Cabell Hall. This is a lovely facility for acoustics and theres hardly a bad seat in the house... The program was first-rate and the Hall itself is a classic. I would recommend any event that you are interested in at this venue.

My Children and I loved it! It is a wonderful place to visit so many beautiful See craters.

Both a charming retention of history, and a sometimes uncomfortable reminder that people are getting taller and wider. Nevertheless, still love going to events and talks here.

Excellent concerts. Historic building and auditorium, right at the end of the UVA lawn.

A formal, dignified old building. Be sure to check out the wall murals in the main corridors. Also, the auditorium is a great assembly space. It somehow reminds me of the great Roman forum. On the lower floor, there is a large open area (the Music Library) where you can see the original stone columns of the building, which are beautiful.

Beautiful acoustics and a wonderfully designed auditorium. Many free concerts for community members and students as well as talks and presentations.

Small venue. Seats are so close together you better have short legs or you will be uncomfortable.
