Super awesome and lots of fun.

Took my husband to see his first NBA game while we were visiting Charlotte and could not be more complimentary of the stadium and experience. Even seated in the nosebleeds we had a great view and the screens were impressive.

Tickets are affordable for most games. Food price is reasonable for a sporting event. Consider buying a family package with tickets and food included. Golden State & Cleveland game tickets will cost 5 to 6 times more than most other games. Most seats are good, but upper deck is steep so consider that if you are clumsy or afraid of heights. Hornets are now a competitor so it is funbto root for the home team. I still miss the Old Coliseum.

Love the Charlotte Hornets! We were able to get into the arena fast and the people were so kind. We had club seats and it was so nice! Really enjoyed the food, drinks and entertainment.

Id love to see the Hornets get a championship caliber team, but the games are fun regardless. Go Hornets!

We love going to see the Hornets play! Were going back to see the Hornets play the Cavaliers on New Years Eve and were really looking forward to it! The arena is nice and the Hornets make a great effort to connect with their fans. Ive had seats in just about every section in the arena, so I feel confident when I say there isnt a bad seat in the building (we are currently in love with section 116). The ticket prices are very reasonable (bought 7 tickets on the lower level for about $40 each). My wife and I love going to the games with our siblings and their spouses. Its a lot of fun!

Awesome to watch little-known USMBC beat #1 Virginia! Great facility. Plan about a 5 minute walk around to get your bearings.

Weve had a lot of fun at every game weve attended. Ive also been in the Stadium for other events and occasions. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Security is always visible and willing to help.The stadium is always clean. Weve enjoyed watching the games from the floor to the suites (and just about every seat in between) - the arena has a nice fan experience throughout.

Been to several Hornets games this year. Sat in various places in the arena. General admission, box/suite, and even in the Hardwood Club a couple times and all the experiences are fantastic. Treated extremely well by all of the staff (even in general admission) and had a very enjoyable time. Of course the suites and Hardwood is a cut above for obvious reasons, but always impressed with the arena, food, and service at the games...highly recommended!

Very clean stadium and quite easy to move around; get in and out. I bet it would be fantastic during a NBA playoff game, but I guess well just have to imagine that for now.

Love those Bobcats!Charlotte Bobcats have improved their winning ways and will return next year as the Hornets once more.Wonderful venue and a NBA team that is competitive as well as VERY GIVING back to the people. MJ in charge and life is good!Faster, Tougher, Stronger!

Not the biggest fan of the NBA, but the experience you get with the Hornets is first class. No matter where you sit in the arena you are going to have a great view if the action. The staff is awesome! Go Hornets!!

I always have a great time at the games. The food and beer is way over priced. If you need something fun to do the upper level tickets are a great value.

Went to see Billy Joel in concert and met the most awesome greeter named Eara! She kept us company between helping other guests while we were waiting on a friend who was late. She was so fun to talk to and told us lots of great jokes that helped us pass the time.

Go Hornets.... See also my review on the arena. Nothing bad about this place. Good food/good fun. Well maybe one bad thing, arena prices. But thats something you expect when you go to something like this. There is one thing Id like to see, more Hornets Wins. But you cant win them all.

Great arena the staff was very kind and made my first basketball game a fun experience

I went to game last April and had a blast!! The seating is low to the court which makes all the seats very close to the action The staff and security were very friendly also and we got in and out very easily.

The Charlotte Hornets are great organization. The atmosphere at the games are great. The only con is that the concession prices are a bit high.

This was my first visit to the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte. I do not live in Charlotte but have been to the city many times. I was there for the Disney on Ice event with family members. All seemed well upon arriving and finding our seats. The show was entertaining. My disapproval came at the end of the show while we were waiting for our ride. Only 5 minutes had past and we were approached by a worker who asked us how we enjoyed the show which was pleasant. Then he asked us to move to the lobby area since they needed to clean the inside of the arena. This was understood so we moved to the lobby. Please note, there were several other families still sitting in the arena. While standing in the lobby amongst other families taking pictures and buying paraphernalia, we were asked to move again. I politely told the worker, who was a different young man, that we were waiting on someone. He then proceeds to tell me to move over there motioning in a very generic way. Here again there are still multiple families in the lobby where we are. The significance of moving 2 feet from where we were standing with no explanation seemed very petty. Quite annoying. At that point, we just left the building to unfortunately wait on the sidewalk on a chilly rainy evening with two small children. As the owner of multiple businesses, I am no stranger to the benefits of great customer service. Time Warner Cable employees need a refresher course! Here is my suggestion. When youre dealing with large crowds and a specific schedule, PLEASE MAKE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS WITH DETAILS OF SHOW LENGTHS AND EXIT INSTRUCTIONS AT THE APPROPRIATE INTERVALS SO ALL PATRONS UNDERSTAND WHAT RULES APPLY TO THEM.

Great atmosphere and a good view of the court from even high up seats, great screen too in case you have an obscured view of the court.

Ive been to several arenas and by far the charlotte bobcats arena is the best ive been to by far. every seat is a good seat and the service was great . now i was fortunate to have good seats every time but i did venture up to the suites and stilll a great view thanks bobcats
