They dont sell costumes, but the staff is just so darn charming.

Horrible and rude customer service. Tried to call to see if they had a certain costume available and the guy had no idea what he was talking about and was very rude about it. Clearly not deserving of my business and will definitely not recommend to my other friends who need a costume too.

Customer phone service...supposed to be open when I called...just sent me to voicemail. Tried several times. Was in the need of several costumes. I guess they dont really need anybodys business. Will give mine to somebody else.
