I have lived in the park for almost 8 years, and I am super happy with all the hard work you guys have put into cleaning up the park :) such a difference ! The new management has been a blessing. Thanks Lori for addressing any issues that come up no matter how big or small. I hope to see more property/road maintenance in the coming future. Keep up the good work !

I love this place. The owners are very sweet and kind. Lorrie Tennant the property manager is awesome and she went out of her way to be helpful to us and we will never forget how good she was to us upon moving in and ever since

We have lived in this Park for over 45 Years. It’s close to Charleston, close to Our Drs, close to family, & Church. It’s been a perfect location for our family. The Landlord & the staff have been working hard to keep the mobile home park looking good. If we have a problem with anything, they do their best to take care of the situation.

I have lived in this park for 35 years and I have never had any problems in the last few years they have been making several improvements and I am sure there are more in the future. Keep up the good work!!

A lot better than what it used to be...could use some trees cut down in my area though Update:Trees have been cut and everything looks great! Thank you Lorrie your doing a great job.If you ever need a Notary let me know

Quiet place to live.Reasonable Management.

Great retirement community here!!!!

This has got to be the nastiest trailer park I have ever been in. There is overgrowth and dangerous trees everywhere. Trailers are surrounded with trash and garbage, junk cars and dilapidated trailers. There is a large amount of drugs trafficked through the park as well. The office is dirty and nasty and the personnel working within are hateful and unprofessional. I do not and would not recommend anyone live there.
