If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. I am a repeat customer at this smoke shop and they are by far the best in Charleston. They have an amazing selection at great prices, and the staff is overwhelmingly friendly and helpful in every way. I recommend this place to everyone.

Went to gallery looking specifically for a volcano desktop vape. Sheldon or Shelly or whoever was working in the shop told us they had just sold one and were out. He then proceeded to tell me about a pax 3 handheld vape. I told him we weren’t really interested in a hand held. He swore up and down that it was their most popular vaporizer and worked really well. I had heard bad things about hand helds so I was very skeptical. He assured me that they had a 14 day return policy and if I didn’t like it I could return it. 2 days after buying I try to return it and they say they don’t do returns unless it is broken. And by the way it’s a 7 day defective return so he was wrong even on the amount of days. Basically they stole $200 of my money. And if you read reviews below you will see similar complaints. This time they messed with a local though. I’m waiting on my custom order shirt to land that says gallery smoke shop store my $200 and I can guarantee you guys will be losing more than $200 on me. It’s really not worth my time to walk king with an anti gallery shirt but I’m not letting you thieves get away with this.

Went in for pods and they actually had a sale going on for buy 1 get 1 half off! The girl working behind the counter was amazing and knew what she was doing. Asked about the water pipes and she gladly went thru and helped me with what I was looking for. Didn’t buy one, but will definitely be back soon for a purchase. 10/10 customer service and product quality (:

This is where I buy all of the products to fulfill my inhaling needs. The people behind the counter are always super friendly and are always very helpful. Also try the CBD honey sticks as you head out they are so good and help me relax through my busy day!

I bought a slide that was too large (as obviously one cannot bring in their water pipe to check the fit when purchasing), I tried it in my piece at home and it did not fit, when I tried to swap it for that would fit, I was told they could not do that despite me making the purchase 15 hours earlier, still having the receipt, and not even wanting a refund, just wanting to swap for something I could actually use. Smoke and Brew on James Island would certainly have made this reasonable trade, and so would Purple Haze. Do not shop here, theyre overpriced, and wont accommodate even the smallest request. Greed is quite detrimental to a business such as this.

This place is my go to whenever I need anything vape related or some cbd gummies to help me sleep. Small little store next to chipotle, one might overlook it, but it’s a hidden gem. Not to mention, no other smoke shops even remotely close by.

Friend got a downstem slightly to large and came back the next day with it unused and they would not allow him to swap it out. This is the type of customer service you should expect when going here.

Shopped between 10-11pm Sunday 4/28. The person working was super helpful. He was working alone, juggling multiple groups of people. He gave me great advise and it didnt click until I was out of the chaos. So ten minutes later, unused with stickers on the item they wouldnt accept exchanges. I was ready to upgrade an unused product for something twice the price and they said no. I dont blame them, I blame the owner. Change your policy for reasonable exceptions. I have no reason to return and can no longer recommend. Sorry to everyone I sent! I didnt know they were like that!

I bought a battery which was faulty in its design, which broke within 24 hours of purchase. When I brought it back I was treated extremely well and offered a replacement or refund. I took a replacement and hoped for the best. When that one broke even quicker, the staff suggested a far better solution for equal or lesser value. The issues with the original battery product were known to the store by this point, and they were clearly taking steps to make sure I was among the last to mistakenly purchase a flawed product.This was all the first time Ive tried to buy a vaporizer and Gallery Smoke made sure that my first time was a good time. Five stars.

Prices on gear and juice 25% or more above MSRP. Clerk couldnt say anything about anything vape related, he said he didnt know anything and the vape guy was there during the day... How can someone who doesnt know anything about vapes sell vapes?

Like a normal idiot I decided to research my product the day after I bought it.I was EXTREMELY happy to find this exact rig on the manufacturers website for $300.00!! The same price minus the wait and shipping!! Very happy to shop there and the staff is great.

Waste of your time, Ive bought several pieces from this place and have not been satisfied once, but the most recent one i bought once i got it home the function was awful, it just bubbled, i took it back having not smoked out of it to be greeted by a snappy employee who demand me to leave the store as if i was stupid enough to bring a used piece in the store i insured him i had not smoked out of it and he was still rude and acted as if i just brought a used piece in the store. In all i would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible pieces everything is overpriced and the staff is clueless.

No one in the store knows what they’re talking about. Went in to get a replacement cartridge for my ecig and the guy pointed me to a cartridge of the same brand, told me it was compatable (wasn’t even the same shape) then complained to me about inventory. They don’t know what they carry, how it works and which works best and why.

I called before I decided to make the drive downtown. I asked if they had a very specific item and was told pretty strongly that yes they had this item. When I go in a little later, the girl doesnt even move or attempt to look for the item. I tell her I called earlier and she didnt care to look up from the computer screen. I was extremely disappointed. Im not normally one to write a review but I was very offended by how I was treated when trying to purchase a piece. Ive been in before and the owner is helpful if you have the very rare opportunity to meet him. The staff was unhelpful, especially one manager with black, curly hair that was extremely rude and unhelpful. I simply asked one question about a piece and she told me she was too busy to help me. This shops service is very poor and I am surprised they can stay in business when they are unwilling to show you a piece or even answer a simple question. Do Not Spend your money here!!

OMG WORST PLACE TO BYE ANYTHING, ITS THE SIZE OF A CLOSET WITH NO VIRETY

Horrible. We had the very same experience as the previous customer...salesperson on the cell phone, and little customer service. The salesperson recommended we upgrade and buy the Exxus Vaporizer, which we did, as well as bottles of the flavored fluid to fill it with. We had the vaporizer for less than 24 hours, and the mouthpiece broke off. It had been used only 4 times, by one user. When I contacted Red Light, I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do. They refuse to take it back or exchange it (Once you walk out of the store, there is legally nothing we can do). They do not stand behind what they sell and make no effort to assist when there is a problem. There is no warranty, and you are told to contact the manufacturer for replacement or refund. Unfortunately selling cheaply made Chinese products and at high prices....stay away from this place.

I purchased a 100 dollar vaporizer. The very next day it quit working so i took it back. This place refused to do anything about. Said it must be user error. They have nothing to do with the manufacturer and they apparently dont stand behind it. They have zero customer service And will stand and talk on their cell phone while you wait.the price of the mini vap was also way higher then when i looked around after at other places. i got screwed on both ends on this one dont let this be you. buyer be ware
