Dont recommend .Becomes very expensive to rent as rent goes up every year. Does not give the deposite back! Was there 9 years, rent went to $1100 a month. Never get ahead and feel stuck. Think twice before owning a trailer that cant be moved. They harassed people to replace the driveways but that was not their responsibilty, it was the owners. Guy on wheels always riding around harrassing people. Allows some tenants to do things others not allowed to do. People dont clean up after their dogs and neither does maintenence. The dog area is disgusting!There are too many rules, cars get towed. No place for visitors to park. Lots are practically on top of each other, No privacy. Dont get trapped.

It is hard to explain but this is a mixed bag. If you rent the community room for a party expect to loose your deposit. They will find any reason to keep the deposit. The previous head of maintenance was removed. Some of the staff can be polite the others flat out rude. I am trying not to act like a disgruntled resident, but something is shady about these guys.There is no double parking allowed at all, which I can understand. They have to allow space for emergency vehicles which is a valid explanation.I feel the office maintenance staff are quick to harass and yet slow to understand.First the maintenance staff harasses my wife and about the roof and then when we repair it the call the county because I did not have a permit. I also think it was because we didnt pay the $500 dollars the guys was asking for.If you cannot afford to go anywhere else then go purchase a house in which you have to pay a rental on the lot it is on. If you can go elsewhere stay the hell away. There are other places out there with less headaches.

Great for the family. Good size pool and hot tub for adults and young adults.

Basically a lower end mobile home Park with nice staff but badly needed repairs in common areas, roads and with security lighting. Just not sure how safe the property really was when we visited...

Its super chill with night security at the entrance, lots of room for walks and the rec room is also very accommodating. Super chill place.

Dog poop all over the park. Trash at the park overflows and there is no separate place for doggie waste, so it smells at the park. They tow every chance they get, even when they werent supposed to. They raise the rent EVERY year. Management isnt great. I would not recommend.

I thought this community was a very good place until they start asking us to replace the driveway. I believe they have an insurance for the land and the insurance should take care of that matter. But the management wants the residents to do it.

If you work at the airport, this is the best place to be. No trafic jam forever !

Have heard fabulous things about this community. Have lots of scheduled events for families.
