Been here 4 years and loving the new ownership, but I dont understand why I have to pay $44 this month on water and I live alone, all the while other people who live alone, they only get to pay $22 for June 2020, I asked the lady at the office but she told me it varies, but again this is for the month of June. I dont think its fair at all!! Elda 119 please get back with me on this issue.

Slum lord rental trailer hood. Im sure most of the people are nice. I fault the owners of the property. Their renters deserve better. You cant drive thru there without worrying about tearing up your car because of the huge pot holes.

Have a wonderful new maintenance man who knows what he is doing. Ive been here 5years no problems with rats or roaches if you keep a clean house you wont have any infestations. The park managers have always been friendly and helpful towards us

Have friends that live here. Seems pretty quiet and well kept.

My sister-in-law lives to here, she says its a good place rents not too expensive near restaurants Quiet Little area

I would NOT recommend this place. I moved here because my lease was ending less than a month and this was the most convenient place at the moment. They rushed me into moving early before my lease was up at the previous place stating everything would be ready. When I moved in they did not have the keys to the place, made us change our own locks, the front door has a crack to where someone can easily break in, kids room has no working ceiling fan or light with two holes in the bottom of wall where anything could easily come in, and the whole place stunk so bad. Still a couple weeks later after going through bottles and different fresheners we cannot get the stench out. Not to mention we had no stove and we had called and complained since day 1 but no one seems to want to put one in but still have to pay full rent when I cant even cook a hot meal for me and my family. Ive been here two weeks and already looking to move out ASAP. Definitely NOT worth the money and they charge you for every little thing. Office states they close at 1:30 so its hard to ever get in touch with someone. So I advise if you consider this place let it be your very last choice because it may come with many issues when your wanting and easy and relax place to stay. God bless

I wouldnt even give this run down place any stars. The owner is rude & antagonistic. The trailers are in need of major repair & theres an out of control rodent community living under the trailers. Rats, opposums as well as raccoons. Dogs are left roaming around unleashed constantly. We was even told at move in that deposits arent refunded.

Lived here for 1 year and I hated it. The trailers here have holes all over it, theyre filled with rats, spiders and roaches. (You get what you pay for I guess) the landlords are super rude! Let this place be your last option.

We rushed into a place that was cheap but you get what you pay for!! This place is disgusting rats and roaches i have to put everything in a container!! We been here for two months and i have caught at least 20 rats and i am not exaggerating i am ready to move we are breaking our so called lease and leaving within this month or next god willing!!! Also if you move here i recommend u change locks yourself because two weeks after moving in someone broke in and my gut feeling is it was maintenance no force entry by doors were left unlock and the just cut our grass that same day come on how obvious is that. Please look else where you may be thinking a great deal for a trailer but security wise its not safe nor sanitary. We have tried everything to get rid of rats n roaches because office says we brought them i dont think so am not a dirty person!! Dont get me started on manager she is rued and uugghhh biggest regret is moving here so fast
