We came here for the first time last week being new to AZ and my son had a blast! He know calls this place the pool with the red slide and grey slide. We had such a wonderful time and were so happy they could fit us in with such tight reservations we got the last two spots! One suggestion that would be nice would be to open reservations to non-chandler residents within 10-15 minutes drive. That is where we lie and it is stressful having to just show up and hope there is a spot. I understand residents of the city pay the taxes to fund these types of places but even leaving 5 slots open for non-residents at each swim time would be great for us proactive parents.

My kids love this place! It has a large beach entry pool with a fun playground water feature. They are limiting capacity due to the pandemic, we were there when it was full capacity and it was perfect, still able to keep an eye on the kids and keep distance from other parties. The lifeguards are attentive and helpful without being overbearing.

Great place for families and adults. I love the large lap pool for myself. The surface on the bottom of the kid pool is soft so that is nice. Lots and lots of lifeguards everywhere which is good so we dont worry. Big bathrooms are fairly clean. Very helpful staff and super inexpensive. Great resource!

We are in from out of town and my 4 year old was looking forward to going swimming today. We called prior to arriving to verify hours of operation due to the holiday. We were simply told that yes they were open until 8 P.M. so we pack up the kids and drive out there. We were then told that we would not be able to get in until 1 P.M. This was at 11:30 this morning. So ok fine, we killed some time and headed back over. Go up to the window and was then told that there was a waiting list and there were 20 people ahead of us. Are you kidding? The man working the window never once mentioned a waiting list during the call nor at the window when we were there the first time! What kind of customer service is that if you dont communicate your policies to your patrons? The manager then offered nothing but to talk to him.... Needless to say, we did not wait. Communication is important. Work on it!

This place looked great, but when we got there for our reserved time slot they had all the slides, the lazy river and the big pool closed. They told my kids they couldnt play in the toddler area because they were too big. We left after 10 minutes because there was literally nothing to do. We were very disappointed. Waste of time and money! And I double checked, and there is no mention of closures at certain times on the website!

When my family and I want to go for a swim, this is our favorite public pool to go to! My kids love all it has to offer. It has a lazy river, splash pad, water playground, 2 big slides, 2 diving boards, whirlpool, and a big pool with few lanes for laps. There is also a food truck on the grounds that sells Italian ice, hot dogs, chips, drinks and pizza.

This awesome public swimming pool is very affordable. We have a family of four had an amazing time. I have a 5 year old and 11 year old it was perfect for both age groups, to the diving board and lazy river who could beat that. Very convenient to have the ability to bring in a cooler and your own food I noticed some birthday parties going on, which is a great idea. I love the little food truck they had on the premises Angelos Italian Ice was just what we needed to give us that extra hydration. The lifeguards are on it and very friendly.

This aquatic center looks amazing in the photos - but do not be fooled by Photoshop. It was run-down, dirty, and tiny. The entire pool for regular swimming is about 10x10x. The lazy river is way overcrowded and about 100 around. The sidewalks are slimy, they do not allow kids to wear armies or water-wings, and the grassy areas might as well be dirt painted green. Check this off the list as a no-go.

I went here this afternoon with my daughter and she had a blast! Ive been in community pools in several states and I found this to be cleaner than most, especially there bathrooms. It is really cheap as well Im talking a couple dollars cheap.I thought the young kids that worked there were very responsible and really paying attention to the pools not messing around with each other. I dont know what some of the other people are complaining about there. Maybe they went on a day where everything was different or it was Opposite Day?It wasnt packed at all but not empty. My daughter met two nice girls the same age as her and they exchanged numbers. Theyre still friends today. The only drawback for me was that it was far from my home but thats not their fault. So, go... have fun! Everythings not gonna be perfect but for the price and the amount of different activities they have people have thre audacity to still complain.

The city of Chandler has done a really good job with these public aquatic parks. They are really convenient, I think that there are 5 or 6 of them total and they are really economical. The only drawback is that they do fill up quickly and if you dont arrive early you wont have anywhere to sit when you do arrive (unless you bring your own chairs). The pool area is really complete and apt for all ages. They have an area for those who like the diving boards (spring boards), lap swim, covered and uncovered slides, child play area, wading pool, whirlpool, lazy river and general swimming areas. This is a must for those visiting in the summer and for those who have family with small children who come to visit. Highly recommended.

My seven year old loves the water and this place is amazing. With a splash area, a play pool, two water slides, a lazy river, two diving boards, lap swim, and a full depth swimming pool we can be entertained for hours. Its really a small water park. It gets crowded, especially on discount days, but weve never felt overwhelmed or had to wait more than 8 or 9 minutes for anything. The lazy river is the craziest. My daughter prefers to ride with me despite being an excellent swimmer. Shes short for her age and cant reach the bottom while up in the tube so she has no control while on the lazy river. It can be a little overwhelming for her while being bounced around by more aggressive tubers.I dont have any problems. I am tall enough to put my feet down and strong enough to fight through the crowd of tubes.Aside from the lazy river, she can do everything independently. We often run into height restrictions at other pools, but shes tall enough for everything here. (Short kids everywhere, rejoice!)There is a decent amount of shade. There are lots of chairs and Ive not seen anything but courtesy from other patrons. The lifeguards are some of the best Ive seen. Theyre well trained and responsible. (You know how some places the lifeguards are so busy chatting and flirting that you feel like youre interrupting them? Not here. These guys are super professional!)You can bring in food, water, chairs, shade- they basically accommodate anything reasonable. All in all, this place is amazing. It doesnt have everything youd find at say, Sunsplash, but you wont have to take out a second mortgage to afford to go, either. There is plenty to keep us occupied and we always have a great experience. Thank you, City of Chandler!!

Arm floaties are not allowed but they do have free life vests for the little ones to use When we went last weekend there was a food truck there with hot dogs and pizza... however it would be cheaper to bring your own food.....lockers are available to use for a quarter so you can lock up your keys etc. We will be going back this weekend.

Took my kids here. Cant beat it. All the amenities are excellent. It does get really busy at times. I just visited today and there wasnt much seating in the shade but we found some. The kids didnt get to ride the lazy rectangle because it was packed but thats what I expected. They got on the slides and played around in everything else except the competition pool because it was closed right after we got there. This may seem like a negative review but it isnt. My advice is that on the weekends it will get busy. Its over 100 and everyone is trying to get out of the heat and get their kids off their Xbox for a few hours just like me. If you check the timeline on the Google overview, it will give real time data on how busy they are. My only question is can I bring in beach chairs to sit on because there werent any available? Thank you for this great place and the staff is super nice. From the front door to the lifeguards, you wont find anyplace that has a better staff.
