A-1 is the best golf cart dealer in the valley. Call in for a quote before making a purchase somewhere else. They quoted me thousands less than other local dealers and had tons of customization options with a nice show floor demonstrating the work. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They won’t prey on uninformed customers like other dealers did with me before purchasing. They truly put the customer first. I’ll be a lifelong customer here and refer all of my friends, family, and golf club members here. I’d give them a six star if I could!

I worked with Blake and the crew from A-1 Golf Carts for over 15 years while employed at Gila River Casinos. They were our go-to for all of our golf cart fleet for carts, parts, and service. Always just a phone call away and quick response with whatever we needed.

I respect small businesses and wouldnt write anything to harm their business. But I really had a bad aftertaste from the technician today.It was my second time using their service. Same golf cart had an issue only a few month ago. He said this time is a different problem and ended up changing the battery cables.First of all, they said the technician will show up between 8am-12pm. But no one came, so I called the office again. The technician showed up at around 2. I had to cancel my morning schedule to have him at my place. He called for a cart ride from the entrance, so I picked him up myself.I can let go of everything. Showing up late, giving the guy a ride. Thats all fine.But what I really am upset about is how he wrote up the invoice. I asked him how much and he said 197.33. I felt it was too expensive given the fact that it was only a few months ago that I had the service. I asked him if he can give some discount. He said no because the invoice is already been written that he cannot alter.So I ended up giving him the check for $ 197.33 for changing some cables.But I got so upset when I found the invoice. He actually changed the price on the invoice and raised his own labor cost overwriting what he wrote previously!I actually considered getting another golf cart from this company. But I now think twice about their honesty.

Clean, large selection. Nothing j could afford. Salesman didnt seem like he would deal. Didnt budge on any of the prices. Told him what I had to spend. He came back about $800.00 higher. Not going back.

Have used them for a while and always been recommending them till today. I had special ignition locks installed on my golf cart from them a while ago and have always trusted them so imagine my shock and disappointment when I realized today that they had duped me. Its terrible that they charged me and had never installed it at all. Shame on them for taking their customers trust for granted. I trusted them but never again. SHAME ON THEM.

I bought my little red sports car from A-1. The purchasing experience went very smoothly and I was able to get my cart fixed up just the way I wanted it. I recently had a flat tire away from home and they picked up my cart before my husband could get there to pick me up. They repaired the tire and returned it to my house for a very reasonable cost. I am so impressed with their service!

Bought a used cart in June. Good buying experience. I didnt get it for the price I wanted but we were only $50 apart. They treated me well.

We went to trade our old cart and ended up buying a brand new one. Salesman was nice. It did take a long time to get papers saying it was registered with the state. We licensed our cart.

We purchased 3 carts from A1 8 months ago to shuttle the elderly around our 8 acre senior community. We have had numerous break downs, poor response time and no one in the company seems to care about our account or our seniors! I hate to have to get our corporate attorneys involved.
