I visited this location to compare a few clubs, Larry Ludwig was my subject matter expert and he listened to my request, made great suggestions and fitted me with my new clubs. If you want the total experience, look him up. Hes a game changer.Amazing customer service and great product offering.

I walked in looking to spend quite a bit of money on a new driver in a new set of golf shoes, the gentleman I normally work with was off. I should’ve just gone home and waited for him to be back the next day. Two young guys were too busy putting to help me and as I asked questions all they wanted to know is had I paid for a fitting yet before they answered a single question.I stopped shopping at the PGA superstore for the same reason. I will spend twice as much if necessary to find good customer service, I am now frustrated that I have spent $2000 in the store in the last six months. I refuse to spend another dime with golf galaxy and I’ll make sure to let everyone know who I golf with to do the same.

Decent selection for clothing, clubs, balls, and everything else you could ever want or need for golf. Decent pricing if you catch them on a sale, the gentleman that does grips is very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. John is also a fantastic employee and is always very nice and helpful. The rest of the employees need some help, constantly talking to other employees while there is a line, goofing off on their phones, some arent even friendly.

Nice store patronizing rude service. Was willing to buy a new Taylor made driver walked out bought at a competitor.

The folks working here are top notch, and super friendly. They re-gripped 2 of my putters and helped me find a nice cover that fit they didnt try to oversell me on things I didnt need, and they provided valuable tips for the equipment I already had. This is the kind of service that will keep me coming back.

This place has been here for a very long time but you really should know its number roots.So this place started off as a small mom and pop store called Golf Planet. Then the shop got larger and they renamed it to Golf Solar System. Later it became so large that they named it Golf Galaxy. Will this place get even bigger and will they have to call it Golf Universe?

Came in with money to spend. Wanted a new set of irons for myself and a starter set for my daughter. Not one person spoke to me. They wouldnt even look in my direction and the store was practically empty. Guess I will make the drive to 2nd Swing.

A little overpriced on many items but a great selection, tons of bays to check out the clubs and they did me right by re-gripping my clubs in about 20 minutes when I was in a bind. I saw reviews about them not helping or acknowledging customers but I always have the opposite experience. Its Vans that I get ignored and treated like I shouldnt be there. I always stop here first.

Great place for anything golf-related. Its a massive superstore of golf gear/equipment.

Need a manager, or a new manager. I had some clubs regripped and was trying to buy a new 3 wood. LITERALLY, all the bays were occupied by the sales staff. I lingered in front of the bays looking at the demo clubs and was ignored, One guy wrapped up his practice but then joined his fellow associate in the adjoining bay to hit more balls.Vans is hit and miss and PGA is pretty far, but I can not go back to this place as they deserve to go out of business.

This store used to be good when it was Golf Smith, but now it is badly overpriced. Everything is too expensive. Avoid!

I cant believe this place. Dropped off a club at 9 am with a shaft. Club needed to be glued and gripped. Told me it would be ready by 11 the next day. Drove 30 minutes out of my way 24 hours later and the head was not even glued to the shaft yet.No phone call, got upset left my paperwork on the counter and told them to keep the club. Figured I would get a phone call from them, that never happened. The two guys in repair are in Disney Land and have no clue about customer service.Does not even deserve one star.

Been going here for a couple of years now. And I really started to notice that if you dont dress up like like a golfer or spend a long time here (like more then an hr). Not a single person will acknowledge you or say hi. Just spend a little over an hr there testing for a new driver. And not a single employee said hi or have you been helped. There was maybe 20 people in the entire store. While I was testing clubs. I noticed that in the back towards the back club fitting area. There were about 5 employees just sitting down chatting it up not caring about the floor at all. Im not going to go here if I cant get help or anyone to say hi. Good luck.

Great group of guys working there! Went in today 1/14/14 at 7 and they were all great help with figuring out the authenticity of a recent pair of clubs I bought.

Was anything but impressed with the Golfsmith super store. They didnt have ANY A or R flex steel shafts in the store and told me they didnt carry them. Didnt even carry the ole standard TT LITE steel shaft. Way OVERPRICED!

Love the Chandler store. The folks there are great to work with, very knowledgeable, they listen and help. Fair trade-in values on my clubs. Easy location from Casa Grande. Thanks!

These guys rock. Everytime I ever had something that needed attention they took care of it without question. Customer service and after sales attention is so good that I would pay more for their products but thank goodness that isnt an issue either. Bravo!

Worst experience ever! If your not a man they wont even talk to you! My 9 year old son (who is an avid golfer and a junior PGA golfer )and myself (an avid golfer) walked in there looking for a new hybrid and other stuff had to finally go to the front counter and get the Manager to help us. It was not busy at all at the time but the salesman in the department where the clubs were at was a SLEEZEBALL! greasy hair full of himself Ass. At least 4 times we asked for help and all times he acted like we didnt exist. Will Never Go Back to that location.

There just not that friendly , alway tell when staff didnt get training , zero personality, whatever attitude
