I absolutely love Michaels. However, ever since I became disabled from a car accident, its very hard to shop there. Yes, I have a wheelchair, but I cant load or unload it by myself. They have 1 wheelchair there, but its hard to wheelchair yourself around and shop. I wish they would get motorized carts. Theyre not the only store. Hobby Lobby is the same. Yes I can shop online, but I like to shop in store.

A lot of craft items and house hold things. Can make a Fran for any picture size. They also have classes for different crafts. Can call them for schedule and what classes they have. Great ideas on picture frames.

Nice young woman provided the service that I expected. My one suggestion would be to place a bell or some notification that a customer was at the desk.

Michaels is my favourite go to store for my arts and crafts. This week they had the canvas on an amazing sale! 60% off. Go and look around

Asked for help and the store didnt have what I wanted. They even checked the store of another craft store to see if they had the product I was looking for. The other store didnt have it to help me out. My 3rd craft store lost my business because I didnt get the help I needed. If youre looking for great customer service look no other place but Michaels. This is a great store and very helpful.

Went in and ask the cashier how many transactions can I make to use a coupon and the cashier asked her manager, the manager Sarah replied over the walkie talkie 2. I had friend with me who wanted to do the same and the cashier was nervous to do it again because we came in together so she called the manager to the front. Sarah the manager took one look at us ( we are African American) and then stated that we can only do 1 transaction, I stated that at first she said 2 she then bulged her eyes and stated its at their Discretion and walked away! That will be the last time that I spend money at that location and I will make a phone call in regards to this kind of behavior. We made the purchases at 3:17 p.m on 3/7/20.

Do not return items or cancel an online pick up order if you paid with a gift card. You won’t be able to use the card again for 24-48 hours.Went to the store to pick up an order only to see they were having a buy one get two free sale on one of my online order items so the manager cancelled the order so I could get that deal but did not tell me it would take 24-48 hours to refund to my gift card. When I went to check out I was SOL. Drove an hour away and left with nothing. I was very disappointed that I was not told prior to cancellation.

Michaels has good selection of most common craft supplies. The staff is friendly. Its not unusual to see customers that get weirdly territorial about aisle space (which is funnier than it is frustrating).

They have a great selection of art supplies and vinyl, albeit a little expensive. keep an eye out for deals and coupons and you can get things for great prices.

They have a lot of clearances. I did saw almost every corner of the store.

Michaels of course the place to shop for craft needs . I was there late , An hour before closing, and found the place nearly deserted. Sometimes going there at regular hours, The lines are very long. So its worth while to go there during off hours. I Saw some really reasonable multicolor stacked drawers for crafts that are really cute. Since couple years ago the baking Wilton supplies have decreased.

Fun place for hobby supplies. Look for coupons.

Great to get craft/art supplies

I find Michaels to be a great place for craft supplies. Better than the other craft chain store in town. Its a bit chaotic but crafting can be chaotic so it goes with crafting vibe. I recently found great tie dye kits and also some wonderful holiday decorations. The prices are what I would expect and there are sales often.

Always super clean and the employees are great at helping everyone. Which is extremal beneficial in a craft store because their are so many products. You can get overloading looking at everything from the beginners to advanced level depending upon your project.The staff was very accommodating.

I frequent our local Michaels quite often, mostly to have framing work done. I just want to say that you have one employee in the framing department that always goes above and beyond for her customers. Krista McClellan is so very helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. In a word, she is awesome. Michaels could and should use her as an example for the other employees so that they can provide the same stellar service that she provides for her customers.

Reliable supplier of most anything you might need for crafting. The CU store is larger than most in the area and has a larger selection.

Loved it, but they need to hire more associates cuz the 2 ladies I encountered were very busy.

*Warning* Do not place orders online unless you’re absolutely sure the order and info is correct. Was trying to figure out the cost of an order and shipping and accidentally placed the order instead of editing it. The website had no way for me to cancel the order and the email only provided a number for customer service but they aren’t 24/7. Got ahold of them as soon as it was within working hours. Was told there was no way they could cancel the order. They charged me $30 for next day shipping on a day planner and I didn’t even get a shipping notification for two days and it wasn’t delivered until another two days after that. Would rate zero stars if I could. Worst customer service imaginable and the website needs work. Will never shop at these stores again.

Michaels has a LOT of arts and crafts supplies. The one thing they dont have much of is fabric materials. JoAnn Fabrics across the street is better for that, but they have all of your other crafting needs especially for kids and always a bunch of seasonal items to help with decorating for the holidays.

They always have sales.

I love Micheals. They almost always have what I need. If you check online you can almost always get at least 40 percent off one item which is a really good deal. The staff is always friendly and will often point out if I have missed a better coupon. My only complaint it the carts are really squicky so whenever I am there it is always really noisy.

Perfect place to buy things for events that require arts and crafts. Definitely our go to place for paints and other trinkets for the kids.

I dont mind going there. But they say 50% off and Mark everything up 200% to make you feel like youre getting a deal if they would just put actual prices on the merchandise it would make way more sense

I always enjoy walking around a Michaels. This store is particularly heavy on picture frames and fake flowers, but none the less had the usual selection of yarns and a slightly smaller selection of beads than other Michaels Ive been in.
