This place was super enjoyable for my kids and even my self ️ I would recommend this to any one of all ages

Great place to take the kids to burn off their energy. Well staffed, plenty of fun play areas. They also have a concession area with pizza and other foods. Clean, the staff is constantly cleaning which is great.

This place was awesome our small little party had an aging time and we will definitely be back!

We were there and we had racist comments directed toward us completely not an environment to take children it was horrible we were there for a birthday party and I feel sorry for the little boy that had to do the birthday party there plus the whole place smells like feet and I also seen a couple coming out of the mens bathroom together....

Its a fun place but there are a lot of people. Some of them are sketchy too. Also they dont have lockers that lock. I would definitely be careful with your stuff. They do have great pizza though

We were told on Saturday that we could bring a cake in and when we arrived they told us we couldn’t . I was told to speak to Theresa andGuess what SHE HONORED IT AND EVEN GAVE US A PARTY ROOM for the inconvenience. This was such a great experience that I wantTo thank the whole Elevate team for helping celebrate my sons 2nd birthday l. We will be coming back just for this awesome experience. This is a really fun place to bring your kids or even to have a birthday party. The staff is super nice and is definitely the cleanest trampoline park I’ve ever seen. Would recommend to friends and family.

The boy had a blast. Snack bar is tasty and reasonably priced for such an attraction. The graffiti art is not to my liking and not very creative. They need a dedicated maintenance person. I got there an hour after opening and bathroom was already so filthy my shoes stuck to the floor. So .any little boys had to be climbing all over with socks full of pee!

This trampoline park is well structured and has a lot of different experiences for kids to try. I have twin 5 year olds and they have plenty to do and have fun every time we go. The only hang up they have is when older kids dont allow them to try stuff, but thats more of a personal problem/personal experience rather than a company issue. They are upfront about the risks that are involved with being at the park and you have to sign a waiver to jump. Overall great experience here.

Elevate is such a great place to get all your energy out. I take my littlest cousin there very often, its great for family and friends. Staff is very nice and friendly, they come up with games and contests for the kids and they win prizes such as Slushys and pizza. By the way their food is amazing. Most importantly it’s always clean and looks nice. I would highly recommend this park!

Compared to other trampoline parks, this is the worst one Ive been to. Hardly seen any workers except for 2 who were just walking around talking with each other. No rules, or if there are, theyre not enforced. Had to pay for myself, even though I wasnt jumping, just to be out on the floor with my 2 year old which was necessary since rules werent enforced. I took my 2 year old to the toddler area which is supposed to be for under 5 but there were older kids also in that area with no workers around, once again. If it wasnt for my older child, I would have turned around and left. I will not be returning to this trampoline park.

This place is great for all ages! My toddler loves it! We usually go on weekdays before noon and it isn’t real busy so he can explore all the areas! It’s great exercise for me too because I will bounce with him!

This is a great place for kids to enjoy a day and burn off some steam! Not only is it great for kids but us adults enjoy our time spent there just as much as the little ones do! The staff is great and extremely friendly and helpful. Even in the most chaotic and busy of times they still seem to make sure guests are enjoying there time! Birthday parties are amazing as well. The hosts take care of everything for you so you don’t have to lift a finger! All around Elevate is just a great place!

It’s the best trampoline park ever in my life like the best

I went to elevate with my son, his girlfriend and our little trey. We had a blast - we even played dodgeball! I initially wanted to do two hours, but my son suggested we start with one hour for us first timers. Wow...talk about a workout! I was so glad when that hour was up. Will definitely be going back.

If there is a zero-star button I will do that. I totally understand they don’t sell tickets one hour before close. We arrived 5:02pm and they close at 6pm. They said they didn’t have access to sell ticket, so I begged them to let my little boy (under 2, which is free) to jump couple times just in the open area next to their front desk. All others including one manager almost agree, but another female manager came out and said NO with a poker face. I was so mad, I didn’t expect to get such a face on Sunday night, she could say no in a much better way like other staffs. My son was so excited and then so sad when we stepped outside.

The waiver stations were not all functional and the check-in process was not streamlined. The jump park is nice but is showing some signs of wear

Decent. Its been here for a minute and its starting to show. Repairs and upgrades needed here and there. Suggestion- unless you are planning to eat there as part of your visit, 1 hour is enough.

Very fun place to take your kids for a weekend. Loved it. Wish we can go their more.

We went to elevate around 2pm on a Saturday. The place is easy to get to, but the parking lot is poorly laid out and the thruway is narrow. Check-in was quick, even though this was our first time. We filled out the waivers ahead of time to prevent the delay.The layout was very spacious and there are plenty of places to jump. Also, there are specific areas for kids under 5, basketball hoops and ball tag areas.The price for our visit (4/6/19), 2 kids under 7, 2 kids over 7 for one hour was $52. Everyone gets a colored band which tells the staff when your time is up, spectators get a different color. A staff member will announce that a specific colors time is up and they must leave the jumping area.In closing, my kids had a great time and the best part was the silence on the way home, all kids were knocked out!

We took our son and three frinds here for his birthday. They had a blast! They jumped for an hour and wanted to stay longer. We will defentily be coming back soon!

Definitely a fun place to bring the family! They’re pretty busy on weekends, but there is plenty of room to jump, so no worries! If you’re free during the week, take the kiddos in and let them have a blast! Also, if you’re hungry, their freshly-made pizzas are awesome!!

Manager and staff are super kind and sweet. They helped me to find back my lost phone, and returned it to me.

Clean compared to other parks in the area. Ive seen them cleaning out their foam pits on multiple occasions, while other parks Ive been to seem like foams been in them since they opened.

Great staff. Good fun for the kids when it’s not too busy. The parties are fantastic, and the party hosts are always striving to make it the best experience possible. JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOUR WHOLE GROUP SIGNS WAIVERS EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT JUMPING.

The activities are pretty good. The concessions are pretty bad though. Eat before you go!

Elevate ruined my child’s birthday. I called and spoke to their employee about having my child’s event at their facility days ahead and made plans according to what I was told and at the last minute I was told I was given the wrong information by their employee and they would not accommodate me in anyway. They couldn’t care less about my child’s experience on such a special day. I don’t think this is a place that caters to family. They are very unprofessional and don’t deserve my money. I’m very disappointed!

Excellent experience. Theres a couple of trampolines that were for jumping high that were great fun for my older g-kids...A dodgeball area and a Ninja practice area... Great fun for all.

Terrible place. Do not come here. Went to a party here on a Tuesday. There were 3 employees, all of which were cleaning. There was a few incidents with a kid calling other kids names, that was not with the party. Several adults asked him to stop, and our party kept leaving the area where the kid with the bad mouth was. The kid followed our party. The kid continued to berate the kids, punches were thrown. Again not one employee supervising. One of the kids from the party had to leave due to protecting himself. Also the manager freaked out because he thought I was recording him when I asked him what his response was to no floor supervision. He had zero response to no floor supervision. Sadly the whole ordeal would have been less if 1. the employees were supervising 2. if once they were alerted to the situation they would have warned both parties of no violence and no hands on each other. Terrible management.

The grandbabies had a great time.. place is super clean. Food was reasonable pizza looked great.. the staff was iffy.. the cashiers were very friendly .. some of the staff walking around didnt want to be there.. it was a chore to answer questions like where are the restrooms.. but some were helpful to.. appears to be very safe for the kids.. things are kinda sectioned off according to age.. we will be back..

Trampolines were fun but for the price we paid the zip line was out of commission and the oven was not working. So we cant bring g in food from the outside but they dont have anything but ice cream candy and nachos. Would have been a much better experience if everything was working.

I have never been to a trampoline park so poorly ran. There are 2 staff members walking around together Conversing not following the set rules posted at the front of the park. People are hoping from one trampoline to the next, having races across them while others are on them flipping or simply jumping. Their lack of acknowledgement is dangerous for all paying jumpers.

Great place to take the kids to get them tired. Overall clean and nice place. Food is cafeteria food but the pizza is actually pretty good compared to other places. Definitely recommend

This was our first time visiting on a non-Saturday. What a difference, we could hear each other talk and no fear of over crowding on the trampolines. This will definitely be our Friday night hangout again.

This is a great place for indoor fun during cold winter or hot summer days. There are a variety of trampolines, lots of foam-filled pits below obstacle courses, plus dodge ball and basketball trampolines. It gets busy during peak hours.

Nice place. Worth the 15$ for an hour. There are tons of kids there but students can enjoy it too

A lot to do. Two Dodgeball pits. Little human section. Has stuff similar to ultimate Ninja warrior. If you buy an hour pass and you come 15 min after the hour you will only get roughly 45 min.

Kids have fun... But they need more people on staff... And possibly a better way of checking in... And they need a bigger parking lot!

Website advertised $15 per hour but as we walked into Elevate was told it would be $20. Asked employees if we could pay $15 since it was posted but was told NO. Saturday night is a special night and $20 is charged. Reviewed website and did not find anything about the upcharge. Drove over an hour to jump. Paid the additional amount per kid but not happy.

It is a great place to have a child exercise and jump around and it even has a doge ball area it is fun to compete with other people

PROS:-It was fun-It was clean-Lots of space-Ample number of cubbies available for your belongings-Kids loved it-We were not rushed out of the party room at the end, maybe because ourparty was at the last time slot of the day. But we appreciated it.-Birthday child gets a free pass to Elevate and the guests get 50% offcoupon towards admission to Elevate.CONS:-Prices are high, particularly for the birthday parties-Poor organization-All employees were young with seemingly no one supervising things-Poor communication regarding parties. No instructions were given forsteps to take when arriving or as to how things work during the party.We were not told that a tip is required for the party coordinator. We werenot told that there were also cubbies upstairs to put our belongings.Wewere not told that we were supposed to carry all the supplies and giftsupstairs to the party coordinator. Etc....-Not enough food was provided for number of party guests. We had toorder an additional pizza.-Delays were created due to the lack of communication. We were not ableto start jumping at our party until at least 15 minutes after we weresupposed to.-The party coordinator kept leaving during the party without telling usanything.The party coordinator/someone should be waiting for you to arrive to lead everything and give you instructions. That did not happen with us. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TIP THE PARTY COORDINATOR. The suggested minimum amount for ours was $40.00. This was in addition to the already high price of the party. We were not aware of this policy beforehand. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE PARTY COORDINATOR WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE! Ours really didnt do that much. We didnt even know what the party coordinator was supposed to be doing. We cut the cake and served a lot of the pizza. I guess I can understand that maybe the amount of the coordinators pay should be contingent upon the quality of their service, similar to waitresses. I feel the minimum suggested tip was too high though and I think the price of the party should be lowered if we are required to tip the coordinator. Any other place weve purchased a party package at did not require or suggest a tip! Its highly unlikely that we will have another party at Elevate in the future. But if we did, it would be much better since we now know more about how it is done.Since this is a newly open business, hopefully the process will get smoother with time and they will improve things.

The places was over packed I paid for two hours for me and my girlfriend no employees were attempting crowd control they just chased the teenage girls around. Left early because we legit couldnt do anything nothing but try and dodge other customers.

Certainly very fun place! The crowds on a cold weekend day made it less enjoyable, so I think our next visit will be during off peak hours. Glad that this is available in the area, particularly during the winter months.

Most unorganized place I have ever seen. Staff is unfriendly and no help at all. Staff argued with us about filling our waivers out when we had the paper in our hand. Made us fill it out a 2nd time for no reason. For the amount of money you have to spend on a birthday party, you would think it would be a little more smooth flowing. Will not be coming back here and would not recommended it to anyone

Was fun, the activity times are a bit weirdly handled but otherwise super fun. Sucks you cant bring outside food so not ideal for a birthday party if you want to have a cake.

Elevate is clean and fun. We had kids, adults, and even grandpa hopping through the park, over the obstacle courses, off the high jump, even up the warped wall. Only bummer was the zip line was closed.

Really great place. A good variety of things to play on. I like that they had monitors actually watching the areas. They were not to strict and everyone was having a good time. There is an area for kids under 5 so they dont get run over by older kids. Dodgeball, big trampolines, basketball, ropes, ninja warrior stuff and a large jumping area. We had ages 4-11 and all ages were satisfied.Extremely crowded when I was there for a birthday party. The birthday parties had their own attendant that carried gifts, answered questions and picked up trash. Even though I felt like it was too many birthday parties at once it went pretty smooth overall.Parking is not adequate. Plan to spend at least 20 mins navigating the parking lot. No enough spaces and very tight. I was not expecting that and was late to my party. In the future I will come much earlier.Get an attendant for the bathroom (all of them were out of toilet paper) and more parking and 5 stars.
