The manager working Thanksgiving Eve was super knowledgeable about the products. Judegement free zone that made me feel very comfortable shopping. Huge assortment of products to choose from (shout out to whoever came up with the section called Dong Depot). Overall a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

My wife and I go here all the time. They have a punch card rewards system for recurring customers, and we’re on our sixth card. I mention this to clarify that we know this store very well. Reading through the poor reviews, I feel that they paint a misleading picture of this store.First, the music is not overly-loud. It’s loud enough that other people in the store won’t be able to hear your conversation with your significant other, if you want to have a private conversation about the items you’re browsing. The music isn’t disruptive, it’s simply a privacy screen.Second, they ask for ID as soon as you enter because it’s an adult store. They could get in a lot of trouble if they allow minors. I, personally, don’t think that strict adherence to local law on ID-verification is a bad thing. We have those six punch cards, and most, if not all of the employees recognize us, and we still get carded every single time.Third, the brand Patricia’s is not a mom-and-pop store, it’s a national franchise. Any website problems that someone has experienced should A) be reported to whomever the site administrator is and B) not be mentioned on a review of the local store, as it certainly is not their fault, nor their responsibility.In regards to the store itself, I have nothing but good things to say. They have a wide selection of items, from lingerie to toys, and for skill/experience levels ranging from absolute beginner to expert. The staff is very helpful, friendly, unobtrusive, and knowledgeable. They won’t sell you anything that they wouldn’t be happy with, themselves. I have yet to meet a single employee there that I have had anything but the most positive experiences with. As for prices, they’re competitive to even online stores, which is very impressive in this day and age where brick-and-mortar stores are dying. They’re the best adult store within a 100-mile radius, and I can say this having been to every store in a 100-mile radius. I can’t recommend them enough, and they deserve a much better rating than the 3.5 stars they have as of my writing this.

Patricias has a great selection of adult novelties without the dark slimy feeling of other shops. They carry sexy outfits for women of a variety of sizes. The staff is helpful without making you uncomfortable but willing to help when questions arise.

Music was too loud to even talk to my husband in the store. Turned around and walked out.

First time coming in, lady instantly yells to see my ID. Didnt feel welcomed at all, wont be coming back.
